The team are very welcoming and attentive. The childcare centre is very spotless and spacious with lots of activity resources seen available. The food is of great variety. My son has started to attend childcare centre due to my change in work and he has settled so well in just a few sessions.

She absolutely loves going to childcare centre and she has made so many friends.
The team are very attentive and expert and I am also kept up to date on the parent log so I know what my daughter has been doing during the day.
My daughter has especially loved taking part in forest school and cooking school and they consistently plan lots of activities for the kids every day. My daughter has grown in self‑assurance, learnt how to handle her emotions, made friendships and is now preparing to start school this year. This is a lovely childcare centre with lovely team. My daughter started at Tops Poole when she was nine months old and she is now four.

She has been through all the rooms there and so we have worked with all the team throughout the childcare centre. We have found them all to be very expert and attentive, they are consistently loving and often cuddling kids and providing a loving setting. Our daughter has her days when she doesn’t want to be in childcare centre and the team make such a excellent effort to make sure she enjoys herself. They could be reading books when we go in but the plan is very much subject to change if painting is what distracts her when we go in, next thing all the kids are rushing to paint! We adore all the activities they do and how Tops is constantly coming up with new innovative, environmentally welcoming ideas to stimulate and entertain the kids! Keep it up! Our daughter has been going to Tops since she was 6 months old and is 3 now.

In 100% of cases my daughter comes out really cheerful and I see she enjoys it. The girls in the room are very welcoming and attentive to my baby. They seem to really care. They go the extra mile when it comes to anything you may ask and consistently listen to your kid’s needs.
My kid has built such a bond with several members of team, and if he’s sad, they know just how to cheer him up.
The childcare centre has a excellent playtime and discovering model, and have many activities, which changes frequently.
The menus are varied and healthy, with great choices.
All and all, I personally have no issues. Team consistently appear polite, smiley and cheerful to both parents and kid.

The team in his room have consistently been very welcoming and they consistently let me know what he has been doing during the day. He has lots of toys and things to choose from and seems cheerful to see his friends when I bring him in. My kid has been attending for a few months now and he really loves it.

They take great care of my son during that time. They have a nice garden space where the kids can playtime. We adore that they have Halloween, book days, pirate days and lots more occasional days. We suggest the Tops Day childcare centre in Poole. My son is cheerful going to childcare centre as they have plenty of activities that he really likes.

The team are so attentive towards my kid but also take the time and effort to get to know us as a family. I trust them with my kid completely and that is the most important thing about choosing a childcare centre. Both of my kids have attended this childcare centre with my son currently attending.

The manager was so supportive and well‑informed about my daughter’s funding position I was filled with self‑assurance. We booked childcare with only two days notice and were happily accommodated. It was unusal dropping off my kids to a setting I had not visited, but the member of team who greeted us was very welcoming I felt reassured, he was confident and my kids were inquisitive about their new setting. When we collected our kids, they were both exhausted having had to settle at a new setting, but both cheerful. Three weeks on, they both adore attending Tops. They are cheerful to go to childcare centre and greet the team in the morning and still cheerful when we collect them. Often covered in sand, they have been able to delight in the outside space at the childcare centre and have had enjoyable. I would definitely suggest Tops, their updates is exceptional, and they are very flexible making work arrangements easy. Our usual childcare centre was closed due to the current circumstances, however, we still required childcare so contacted Tops.
