The most important factor is that the team are highly efficient and welcoming at the same time. This can be seen through their effective interaction with all the kids from different age groups and different backgrounds. My daughters adore their childcare centre and they have learnt a lot through the years: letters, songs, numbers, to name a few. Most importantly, the educators helped my daughters develop their social skills as well as their cognitive skills. Childcare centre team are like a second family to the kids as they are supportive and cooperative. They provide a variety of healthy meals and snacks. The updates between childcare centre and us (parents) is highly easy as they are highly organized and approachable. Their targets for the kids are logical and clear and they guide the kid towards reaching that goal and acquiring new skills. Since 2016, we have been taking our daughters to this childcare centre and we never thought about changing it as it is one of the best in this area for many reasons.

He loves childcare centre, the team are excellent, almost like family. They have consistently backed up our values such as politeness. He enjoys numbers, reading and singing, all of which have been encouraged by the team, as a result he is exceeding his year group targets.
He gets a balanced diet and gets to playtime with a variety of toys and equipment. The activities are varied, including indoor and outdoor playtime. He never comes home bored or dull, he talks about childcare centre with enthusiasm and joy. My son has been attending since he was 8 months old, he is nearly 3 now.
