Tigger's @ Tetbury

Tiggers @ Tetbury is the most amazing childcare setting. The staff are incredible. They are so passionate and have cared for my children for the last three years. They cared so well for our son that we drive a 40-minute round trip so that our daughter can have the same experience, despite moving house and being further away.

Amazing! My son is happy with no tears and the staff really care about him. I am a happy mum but I would like to see more pictures. (Management)

The staff in the Acorn room are wonderful, they have such enthusiasm when talking about the activities they organise for the babies, which seem to be chosen with much thought as to the benefits and stimulation for the children, so I feel confident that my baby is having new and interesting experiences at nursery. They always have information about my baby’s day at pick up and time to talk, which helps me feel connected. I really feel they care and I am happy at how they’ve eased my nerves as a first time mum leaving my baby. They are involved in the baby’s development and have been so helpful and supportive with trying to encourage progress on one of my baby’s milestones that’s been a concern. They are so engaging and have a lovely calming presence, I can see why the babies feel secure and happy with them. The facilities are excellent as well, it’s a clean and bright space, with a wide range of toys, books and sensory equipment, and I also think it’s great they promote outdoor play.

Our little boy settled in quickly at Tigger’s @ Tetbury and really enjoys his nursery days! he is in the larches room now and the staff are exceptional. Two staff members have been incredibly supportive, helping us through a tricky age! It would be nice to have more communication from the nursery and more visible top tier management.

We are delighted with how welcoming and accommodating the staff in Maples have been. Our son looks forward to his playschool days and always seems happy when collected.

I am very pleased with Tigger’s in all aspects. The facilities are excellent. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and informative and our daughter loves being here. The recent app upgrade is really good too. When I come to pick up my daughter she is always having such a great time and sometimes she talks about the things she has done. Personally, I would like to get more feedback on tips and how she is doing, things like potty training and teeth cleaning. Otherwise absolutely no complaints here!

Both of our girls love coming here and have formed really strong bonds with the workers in their rooms. Our eldest has come on leaps and bounds and is very ready for school and it’s comforting to know the youngest settles quickly even when upset in the morning. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is communication home, as sometimes things are missed.

To say my children has been given excellent care and education is an understatement. Tigger’s Tetbury in my opinion is at the highest level of child care and development. Every single member of staff are always so kind, understand, friendly and massively supportive. To trust my child to someone else was a huge fear, but seeing the love, care and attention from her teachers each day and regular updates through the day on my phone, has been such a relief. I can never thank them enough.

We are so happy with the care and fun our child has at Tigger’s. The staff are all wonderful and brilliant to be able to drop him off knowing he is such good hands.

The most important thing as a parent when handing over your most prized possession over to a nursery setting is knowing they are happy and cared for, for the last three years I feel my son has been extremely happy and cared for when in the setting which is such a comfort.
The staff are friendly and so caring. The activities are fun and enjoyable for the children.
We have been extremely happy with his care whilst at Tigger’s.
