Tiddley Tots Nursery Hackney

My daughter has been attending Tiddley Tots Daycare since January 2021. She has been having so much fun exploring new activities that I can’t do with her at home. She talks about her teachers and friends over the weekend and can’t wait to go into the nursery. I am so glad that Tiddley Tots is giving ongoing support to my child’s learning and making her day fun. I always get lovely feedback on her app, always look forward to seeing her observations with photos and videos attached.

Very dissatisfied with their service. Trust must be built when settling a new family and they failed on that. No one asked about her routines upon settling. No one enquired why she missed nursery on her second week. I never had an observation about her settling process so unsure if they know about the curricula. Parents are not allowed in rooms with the “safeguarding” excuse as if they are hiding something. Staff gave me the wrong info or the opposite like: she slept well oh no she didn’t or she cried a lot oh no she did not.
If I called to see how she was doing I was met with answers like I don’t know I have not been in rooms.
When I gave notice they could not care less and no one tried to mediate until two weeks later when I had already signed her into another place. Very sad about all this as I had thought they were a great nursery when I did the tour last year. I would avoid it at all because there are way better places in the area.
