Team are committed and lots of activities take place. Our kid is clearly cheerful and makes lots of great connections and experiences and this can be noticed in his great mood and the things he tells at home.
The only slightly negative side is that the actual premises are a bit too old and smell a bit musty. This can be noticed by the smell of our kid’s clothes and hair when coming back home. Ok, not a major problem! The childcare centre is highly well located in terms of proximity to our house and surroundings.

She tells me all about her experiences with the team when she gets home which to me demonstrates their compassion and dedication to the kids. We ultimately chose this childcare centre over others we visited (when my daughter first started childcare centre) and now I am so glad we did! I adore the daily updates we get detailing what the kids have been up to and the photos make my day! Having the app, I sense has truly improved my journey as a parent but I also sense it showcases the excellent work the team do every day. Thank you so much to all the team. My daughter absolutely loves going to the childcare centre and spending time with both the kids but also the team.

Both our kids adore attending and wander in in the morning without a backwards glance. The team are nurturing and consider each kid’s needs on an individual basis – it helps that it’s a relatively small childcare centre so the kids get to know all the team well. The team have worked with us in respect of developmental steps and are patient and encouraging with the kids. We’re highly grateful that we have somewhere for the kids to go where we have complete trust that they’re secure and cared for. This is an outstanding childcare centre with lovely team and a wide range of activities for the kids to participate in – I honestly don’t know how they fit it all in!

The groups of kids are quite small so team know them all highly well and great relationships develop between the adults and kids and the kids themselves.
A lot of thought and effort is put into the activities the kids do every day and this is communicated via an app so you can see what your kid has been up to that day. These activities are varied and enjoyable and also are adapted to kids’s interests and abilities. My son has a excellent time every day doing things such as messy playtime, small world and arts, it would be highly difficult for me to replicate alone at home.
My son is potty training currently and we have been given assistance and advice throughout this process, which has been excellent for us as parents and for him.
I adore how there are also a variety of classes available to the kids including French lessons, tennis lessons and Forest School sessions. This is a lovely little childcare centre and preschool in an idyllic setting.

They make a huge effort to know your kid and take an interest in what is going on at home too. They work with parents to ensure they are working towards appropriate skills and goals for your kid and are exceptional at keeping you updated on what they are up to each day. They are creative in their activities and create a enjoyable setting for the kids. Lovely childcare centre with dedicated team who are inviting and welcoming.

I’m highly pleased with how my kid has settled. They are keen to develop the individual in a compassionate and attentive manner. The kids are provided with a nutritious meal, which my kid loves. The updates between parents and the childcare centre is exceptional. A welcoming and attentive childcare centre, that makes lovely relationships with the kids.

The team at Secret Garden could not have been more accommodating, the updates is remarkable and it’s excellent how it’s such a small family sense to the childcare centre. There were the normal worries of ‘what if she hates childcare centre?’ but we never had to worry about that, she loves it and loves the other kids and team which is a testament to what a remarkable job you all do. After a serious health scare more recently, we couldn’t have praised the childcare centre team anymore, expert and attentive. Thank you. We were both exceptionally anxious about leaving our daughter, especially around her allergies.

This was a real anxiety for us as a family when she started childcare centre. Having had numerous reactions at home I was aware this could be likely at the childcare centre and through their outstanding assistance and care there hasn’t been a single incident.
The team are outstanding at interacting with us and answering our queries truly quickly.
Our daughter loves childcare centre and we have seen her develop and flourish since starting, her self‑assurance has grown and she is so much more sociable. She talks fondly of her time there and is consistently excited to go. My daughter loves how much time the kids spend outside which she is truly keen on too. And the music class she attends is remarkable. Team have been outstanding in supporting our daughter with her allergies.

He absolutely loves his days at the childcare centre and we are kept updated with all the activities he has enjoyed doing during the day. Couldn’t rate the team any higher and he seems to adore every one of them! We started at The Secret Garden Attenborough Day Childcare centre when our baby was 11 months old and since day one we have felt super relaxed.

I am exceptionally cheerful with the level of care they give, and I can see how much the kids delight in their time in the rooms. There is consistently something for the kids to engage with and I have seen my kid develop truly well under their care. The team seem truly geared towards supporting each kid in their individual needs and the small setting has truly encouraged my kid to make some great friends. I currently have a kid at childcare centre here, and cannot rate the team higher.
