August 25, 2015 at 12:00 amFantastic nursery that my child really enjoys attending. Good range of structured and child led activities, including baking, music and craft. Particularly like that there is plenty of outdoor space and a forest school also that the children sometimes visit. Good and varied lines of communication including facebook group. Child’s progress is tracked in a learning journal and regular updates given via parents evening. We have used this nursery for about two half years and so far have nothing but praise for it.

November 9, 2015 at 12:00 amI have two children at The Elms and could not be happier with it. The girls both clearly love it there and love all the practitioners. In particular my eldest, has recently gone through a very clingy phase and the staff dealt with this brilliantly – both ensuring she was happy and reassuring me. When we are on holiday they both talk about nursery lots – I think this is a sign they like it! The nursery itself is clean and welcoming. The outside space, whilst not huge, is well kept and has lots of equipment. The forest school and the new sensory room are both added bonuses. I couldn’t recommend The Elms more.

September 6, 2019 at 12:00 amGreat staff, professional nursery managers.
My daughter attended The Elms from the day after she turned 1 until she was the right age to move to the same school as her elder brother. As is normal, she cried when dropped and collected for the first few weeks but by week 6 she was leaping into the arms of her carers at The Elms.
A particular member of staff in the Squirrel was my complete favourite because I always felt she loved my daughter as though she were her own and as such, they had a fantastic bond. That kind of care made it so easy for me to go to work every day.
Whenever I dealt with the nursery managers regarding admin issues, they were responsive, reasonable and accommodating.
I definitely recommend The Elms Nursery.

September 16, 2019 at 12:00 amI have found The Elms to be an excellent nursery for both of my children. They have been fantastic with dealing with my older child’s allergies and the menus provided good variety. They were very supportive with putting in place strategies to deal with a spell of challenging behaviour. It’s a lovely environment and the facilities are great. The staff are superb and really care for the children. I would highly recommend this nusery.
