Storytime Private Day Nursery

I am a first-time mum and was highly nervous to send my baby to the childcare centre, but the manager and the girls were highly reassuring and made sure my son was comfortable. He was hard work at first, but the girls were highly patient with him, and now he loves it. Highly recommended. Exceptional childcare centre and team.

The team overall are highly welcoming, thoughtful and attentive towards my kids.

I think they would benefit from better technology and an online system for updating parents on their kid’s development regularly, especially as they approach school years. Both of my kids currently attend Storytime Childcare centre and truly adore it.

I sense confident and reassured that they are being left in secure hands. The team and management are all highly expert, but also highly welcoming, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They truly do go above and beyond. Everything is so much enjoyable, and they provide such a cheerful discovering setting. Each family’s/kid’s individual needs are catered for, and my daughters have thrived here. Thank you, Storytime! Both of my daughters have attended for the past 2-3 years and absolutely adore every minute of their time here.

Throughout Covid they have focused on creating a secure and secure setting to provide normality to the Kids and have provided a phased journey back to normality as restrictions were lifted. My daughters have learnt so much and been well prepared for starting their journey into “big school” and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest the childcare centre to anyone looking for a place for their kid to go to. The manager and the team are welcoming and attentive professionals who look after the kids as if they were their own.

They have consistently gone above and beyond for my two boys, both of whom have thrived and blossomed from being at Storytime. My eldest is awaiting an autism diagnosis, and from noticing the signs in the beginning and making his initial referral – right through to supporting him after he had left and started reception, the manager, Senco and all the team were truly fabulous with him and also assistance me. My youngest still attends and runs into the childcare centre with a big smile on his face every day! I’m so glad I made the choice to send my boys to Storytime; thank you for everything you do! 10/10! Storytime is a fabulous childcare centre, brilliantly run, and they are incredible with the little ones.

They have gone above and beyond for my little boy, and he has come on in leaps and bounds! All team are exceptionally welcoming and are all willing to help in any way they can. Can’t rate this childcare centre highly enough.

He was a lockdown baby and missed out on so much. I was so nervous about leaving him as he hadn’t spent a day without me, but the team are incredible, and he felt at home straight away. He absolutely loves going and doing all the enjoyable activities, book time and playing with his friends. Can’t thank all the team enough for everything they do. My son has settled into Storytime so well.

I wasn’t disappointed; they all remembered my older daughter and made a real fuss of her. My younger daughter now loves it there, and they are truly helping her to explore lots of new things, especially with her food, as she was truly fussy. Would highly suggest. My eldest daughter attended until 2017 and enjoyed it, so when looking for somewhere for my baby in September, it was the obvious choice.

This was my original number one choice for my son (who will be turning two at the end of June) for when I returned to work following my maternity leave when he was 9-months-old, however, as I was unable to offer set days, he, unfortunately, couldn’t get a place.
I sent him to another childcare centre (which I will not name) and chose to move my son as soon as I was given set days at work as I felt his childcare centre wasn’t doing enough for him in terms of his discovering and development. And what a difference this has made! He has come on leaps and bounds in terms of speech, gross motor skills, etc! It is obvious the team at Storytime truly adore their jobs and genuinely care about the kids there. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough! I absolutely adore this childcare centre and its highly attentive, approachable, experienced and attentive team.

All these lovely people will go above and beyond for you and your kid. My son is a full-time kid and has been since he was 1. He is now turning 4 and I couldn’t have chosen a better group of incredible people for him to grow up with. What a childcare centre!
