Spring Valley

Team are consistently expert, approachable and inviting in their manner. Updates has been fabulous throughout, and I sense confident he is in a secure, expert and therapeutic setting. Of course, the best evidence comes from him, as he happily recounts the enjoyment he has in the company of team and the other kids. We are very cheerful and pleased, and a big thank you to all. My family are very cheerful and grateful to the holiday club facility for our 10-year-old son.

Team were lovely and supportive. Daughter didn’t like the lunch much, bit too fancy for her. But she did delight in the snacks (portions too small). Loved seeing photos on the app. Will most definitely use again for the club. Daughter is seven years old and said the food was more for babies but did delight in some days. Thank you. Daughter loved her time at Summer Club.

Consistently a quick response with any updates. Just overall remarkable. I am so glad I made the choice to send him to this childcare centre, as he has blossomed since being there. The team at Spring Valley are so very welcoming, and the smile on my kid’s face when he sees them just proves how much the kids adore to be there.

He started there at 9-months-old and is now 18-months. They were patient and compassionate in the early days sending frequent reassuring updates and photos, which really helped. We also still get daily photos and reports of what he has eaten, nappies, sleep etc via their really great app, which certainly helps with working mum guilt. He loves going and has a big smile for all the team. They have a excellent outdoor space, and the inside is spotless and modern with modern wooden kiddie furniture and bright open spaces to explore and playtime. He does a different crafty type/experiential exercise each day. Excellent selection of healthy meals. The team are engaging, welcoming and supportive. Team seem to make an effort to communicate in Welsh and English with him, which we really appreciate, as would like him to be able to be bilingual as he’ll be going to Welsh school, but we are mostly a English speaking family. Spring Valley has been so fantastic with our son.

I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. The team are lovely, inviting and welcoming. The childcare centre is very spotless and tidy.
They are very flexible and accommodating for any last-minute requests and are consistently cheerful to help. Firstly my two-year-old son comes here and both my niece and nephew attended in the past.

The team are super welcoming and was so easy for our daughter to settle into the class. The facilities are excellent and have a real emphasis of outside playtime which suited our little one perfectly. The childcare centre uses a very user welcoming app to liaise with parents and provides updates on your kid during the day depending on the activities they are doing.

My eldest has been going here for almost three years and my youngest now for six months. They both adore the place. The team ensures the kids settle in with ease and my boys really trust all the team. Nothing is ever too much.
They are consistently reassuring parents and making life just that bit easier daily. The app is remarkable. I consistently know if the boys have eaten, what activities they have been doing etc.
The rooms are well equipped with everything you could imagine to keep the kids cheerful and entertained.
I couldn’t think of a better place for them. Spring Valley is a fabulous place.
