Spring Valley

Spring Valley is a fabulous place. My eldest has been going here for almost three years and my youngest now for six months. They both love the place. The staff ensures the children settle in with ease and my boys really trust all the staff. Nothing is ever too much.
They are always reassuring parents and making life just that bit easier daily. The app is fantastic. I always know if the boys have eaten, what activities they have been doing etc.
The rooms are well equipped with everything you could imagine to keep the kids happy and entertained.
I couldn’t think of a better place for them.

My family are very happy and grateful to the holiday club facility for our 10-year-old son. Staff are always professional, approachable and warm in their manner. Communication has been fabulous throughout, and I feel confident he is in a safe, professional and therapeutic environment. Of course, the best evidence comes from him, as he happily recounts the enjoyment he has in the company of staff and the other children. We are very happy and pleased, and a big thank you to all.

Daughter loved her time at Summer Club. Staff were lovely and helpful. Daughter didn’t like the lunch much, bit too fancy for her. But she did enjoy the snacks (portions too small). Loved seeing photos on the app. Will most definitely use again for the club. Daughter is seven years old and said the food was more for babies but did enjoy some days. Thank you.

Excellent nursery, daily updates and great communication between parents and carers, and even great when it comes to the admin and fees! Fully recommended and looking forward to the foreseeable future with sending our child to nursery.

Spring Valley has been so wonderful with our son. He started there at 9-months-old and is now 18-months. They were patient and kind in the early days sending frequent reassuring updates and photos, which really helped. We also still get daily photos and reports of what he has eaten, nappies, sleep etc via their really good app, which certainly helps with working mum guilt. He loves going and has a big smile for all the staff. They have a great outdoor space, and the inside is clean and modern with modern wooden kiddie furniture and bright open spaces to explore and play. He does a different crafty type/experiential exercise each day. Great selection of healthy meals. The team are engaging, friendly and helpful. Staff seem to make an effort to communicate in Welsh and English with him, which we really appreciate, as would like him to be able to be bilingual as he’ll be going to Welsh school, but we are mostly a English speaking family.

They’re amazing with my son; he’s come along so much since going here. He always says he enjoys his dinner and pudding! His favourite time of any day. His speech has come a very long way in such a short time with the help of the nursery! Can’t thank everyone enough!

Lovely nursery. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. We love the fact the food is homemade every day. We also like that they try and keep routine, eg same cot for naps. We feel very comfortable leaving our child and know he will be well looked after.

I could not recommend this nursery enough and feel so lucky my children were able to go here. They care so much about the children and have great activities planned for them every day.
The development was fantastic, and I saw a great improvement in both of them from their time there, but also the support I had from them as we learned the children had a dairy intolerance. There is a fantastic app that they use to post updates and pictures of the children every day.
We, unfortunately, relocated, so they are at a new nursery now, and it breaks my heart to say they no longer cheer when they see the sign for their new nursery – because Spring Valley is special. The staff were amazing, and I would even say a patient with my chaotic personality naturally affected by two kids under 2. I miss them myself terribly! Wish I could pick them all up and move them to where we are now.
