September 26, 2024 at 1:01 amOur daughter has settled in from the moment she arrived at 9 months old. The team were and still are compassionate, attentive, welcoming and exceptionally supportive. They put the needs of the kids at the centre of their focus. They put us at ease returning to work and we would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. The whole running of the childcare centre is remarkable and we have no negatives to share. This childcare centre is just what we were looking for.

She has plenty of discovering opportunities through playtime. Thank you highly much, Smart Tots, for helping us and my daughter in this difficult time, Covid-19. They all show a real interest in making sure my daughter is cheerful and have been key to her development. I am truly looking forward to seeing her development further as she moves up through the childcare centre. I truly like the parent portal too, it enables me to get regular notification updates throughout the day of how my daughter is and get updates of things she is doing. In summary a remarkable childcare centre with exceptional team. My daughter started at this childcare centre when she was ten months and has been attending for just over a year.

After just 2 months my son is more open to other kids and has improved his English highly much. Thank you so much for the efforts and the lovely job you are doing. December 6, 2024 at 1:21 amI was so worried about childcare, as it was never our plan for our little one to be in a formal setting at such a young age and we didn’t have long at all to find a suitable setting for him. I’ve been beyond pleased with the journey we’ve had at Smart Tots, I know how much my little boy loves it and will miss it! The team made the journey so easy and straightforward for me as a first time mum leaving her baby for the first time and I can tell that my little one has such a strong bond with his two fantastic key workers. I can highly suggest Smart Tots, the care he has received is fantastic. I got called back into work before Christmas for two days a week before my maternity leave was due to end.

December 6, 2024 at 2:06 pmSince the first settling-in session, she has had a smile on her face every time she is handed over to one of the team members. The app is incredible and keeps me updated every 1-2 hours on what she’s eaten/toilet/slept/played with. All the team are highly welcoming (although I haven’t met many due to Covid) the Manager consistently puts me at ease and explains everything for me. They have followed my routine I have given them for what I do with my daughter at home. I’m exceptionally cheerful with the service and would highly suggest it. My daughter has been attending Smart Tots since she was 9 months old, I’m exceptionally cheerful with the service they give.

She enjoys a range of enjoyable and educational range of activities and loves all the meals which are prepared fresh daily for her.
Highly suggest. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre for over a year now and she has built some incredible bonds with the girls.

February 13, 2025 at 10:37 amI wouldn’t hesitate to enrol your kid or infant at Smart Tots Childcare centre. My little boy started at Smart tots at 16 months old when we moved to the local area, we did some research and felt this was the best and most diverse perfect for his childcare.
The girls working here take care of the kids as they would their own therefore it’s excellent peace of mind especially as we both travel for work and we’re out of town a lot!

February 17, 2025 at 3:02 amShe has such a great time and consistently seems to be having lots of enjoyable- I adore seeing what she gets up to during the day through the app. There is such a wide selection of toys and activities on offer including the outdoor space.
The team at Smart Tots are expert, welcoming and attentive and I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. My daughter has been attending since July when my maternity leave finished and I returned to work- we couldn’t be happier with our journey so far.

Our daughter loves going there and we sense completely at ease when we drop her off, knowing that she is going to be well looked after. Special thanks to the team for all that they do. Our daughter has formed a highly special bond with her keyworker too which we are truly grateful for. We have used Smart Tots since our daughter was seven months old and she is now three and a half.

She’s consistently tired out at the end of the day and has settled in truly well.
There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
I would definitely suggest Smart Tots to friends and family.

April 7, 2025 at 12:14 amWelcoming. Attentive. The warmth you sense from the minute the door opens is incredible. I sense that my kid is consistently secure, loved and cared for, just the same as I am with them. They are all informative, highly well‑informed about my kid and highly forthcoming with how the day has gone. You cant ask for more when it comes to Smart Tots team. I adore how they make you sense confident with every one of them. When my kid gets to the door ready for the day, the smile that beams from their face are incredible. The food is outstanding. A great variety every week. Milk feeds to nappy changes, and the app is outstanding and easy to use.
The playtime time outside is a firm favourite for my kid. The activities in the day are exceptional and change all the time. I can’t ask for more, and I won’t because what they offer is exceptional. Thank you, Smart Tots. Incredible team.

The team are so lovely, the updates is second to none, and she literally runs in there excited every single day. We only wish we’d moved her sooner!

They have an app that they update throughout the day, so you know what your little one is getting up to. The photos are exceptional. Smart Tots is a lovely childcare centre!

Would thoroughly suggest this childcare centre. We have never found anything that isn’t too much trouble for them. Highly accommodating to any requests. Our little boy has been going to Smart Tots since he was 12-months-old.

The manager and the girls work incredibly hard, and they are one of a compassionate. It takes a lot to trust your kid with someone else, but Smart Tots is a family. My daughter has been attending this setting since January 2020.

May 6, 2025 at 11:17 amOur son has attended for over two years, and he has been exceptionally well cared for and challenged. The team are all highly inviting, supportive and expert. Updates between the childcare centre and parents is also highly great. There is a real family sense to the childcare centre, unlike larger nurseries. My kids have loved attending and both settled in quickly. My son has particularly enjoyed discovering French too.
We highly suggest Smart Tots and thank the team for all their assistance over the years. Both of our kids have attended Smart Tots, and both have enjoyed a fantastic journey.

He settled in in no time and is now excited to see everyone when he arrives each morning. Having had to find him a place and start his childcare centre care in a rush, we couldn’t have been happier with the assistance and reassurance everyone at the childcare centre has given us. We have been so pleased with Smart Tots and the level of care they have shown for our son.
