My daughter was struggling with talking in front of adults, and I suspected selective mutism. The depths the SENCO went to in order to assistance my daughter and implement strategies were above and beyond. Her key worker spoke with me daily, and now my daughter is talking freely and gaining more and more self‑assurance every day. This, I believe, is definitely down to the assistance received from all at Small World. They are simply fantastic! I cannot speak highly enough of Small World.

I sense so comfortable with the care he receives from all the team. He has already learned so much from there and has come on amazingly in a short time. I have already recommended this childcare centre to family and friends. My son has been at Small World since he was eight months old.

After having a bad journey at another local childcare centre, I decided to move my little one to Small World, and the difference in the setting, team and development my daughter has been making is astounding.
All team and managers are genuinely interested in the development of my daughter; they go above and beyond to encourage her and instantly made her (and me!) sense welcome and part of their family. You can tell this is not just a job for the team here; they are attentive and considerate and overall highly experienced at what they do!
I get regular updates from my daughters’ key worker on the steps she is making and how they are tailoring their age-appropriate activities. I trust the team here entirely, and more importantly, my little girl loves them all! She runs in and sometimes wants to stay longer when I go to pick her up! I will definitely be sending my newborn here and would suggest it to anyone. Moving my little girl to Small World was by far the best decision I ever made.

The incredible team had made sure she was school ready with the skills needed to start school, but most importantly, doing so whilst ensuring she felt secure, loved and cheerful! Both my kids have attended here since they were just under 1 year old, and we’ve consistently been so cheerful with the care they’ve received! Thanks to all the team who filled us with the self‑assurance to drop off our precious little ones each day, knowing they were in the best hands! My daughter has just started her new adventure in reception after having the best start possible at Small World.

In that time, they’ve seen us through weaning, lockdown activities, potty training, social development, preparing for school and much more, all with a duty of care and attention that went above and beyond what we ever expected. My son started at 9 months old and has received similarly exemplary care and attention. The team and management treat your kids like their own, and we have consistently felt highly secure in the knowledge that they will alert us to any concerns or changes as well as keeping us informed of development and celebrate the victories, small and large, alongside us. After seeing how much our 4-year-old thrived under their care, we’re looking forward to seeing our son through, especially with the extra bonus of the lovely graduation service and mementoes that they provided to mark the end of our daughter’s journey with them. My little girl just left this childcare centre after attending since she was 7 months old.

The team are consistently inviting and welcoming, and the care that he receives is outstanding. We receive daily updates about his development (which has been incredible since joining Small World!), and he just adores his time there. We absolutely adore that the childcare centre teaches – alongside language! Our son has picked this up so quickly, and we have been amazed at his updates skills. We are truly grateful to all of the incredible team for settling our son so well and are looking forward to watching him flourish even further under their care. We have the greatest peace of mind knowing that he is secure and cheerful, and we truly couldn’t wish for anything more! As first-time parents, we were highly anxious about sending our little boy to childcare centre full-time, but we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place for him to be!

All of the team are experienced and provide a inviting and welcoming setting for the kids. It is a highly cheerful childcare centre, and I would highly suggest it. Small World is a stimulating and attentive childcare centre setting.

Our second kid has just left pre-school; he was more than ready, thanks to the outstanding activities that were planned by the team. He sobbed on the day he left because he had built such strong relations with the lovely, attentive team, along with the other kids. We were so upset to see him leave as he was so settled and at home there. The scrapbook of his journey they gave us brought us to tears; so thoughtful and lovely.
Our daughter is in the baby room and is well looked after and cared for. We get regular updates on the app, and the team are so welcoming and approachable that they let you know exactly how they have been all day. Nothing is ever too much for them, and she is so cheerful there. Thank you to all of the team at Small World for taking fantastic care of our three kids. Small World provides outstanding care for your kid from the moment they start until they finish.

He has autism and is nonverbal. I was particularly worried about him starting childcare centre as I am a little protective of him. Over a year later, he is now in the preschool room, and I couldn’t have wished for a better childcare centre and team! They are all incredible. My little boy has even started to say words! I cannot believe how much he has developed since he started at Small World. I am so proud of him but equally so proud of all the team who have helped to get him to where he is today.
My little girl has not long started in the toddler room, and she loves it! Her speech is coming along so well, and she cannot wait to get out of the car and into the childcare centre to see her friends!
I sense so at ease leaving both of my babies here, and the updates between the team and myself is second to none. They consistently keep me informed and send pictures through the childcare centre app, which consistently makes me smile!
