April 19, 2022 at 12:00 amExcellent standards of care across facilities and equipment, learning needs, caring qualities. My little boy started at 6-months and is two at the end of this month, and can’t fault any care at all.
All staff are lovely, communicate well, with no doubt that they all provide care to the best of their abilities.

April 19, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son always enjoys his time at nursery and has a great relationship with his key workers. He has attended since he was one, and it is the best nursery! Staff are always informative and helpful, and the meals that he has are brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

April 19, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little boy loves going to Serendipitys. They have great facilities, nutritious meals and fantastic staff. My eldest also came here when we moved to the area, and his progress came on leaps and bounds, thanks to the high quality of care and attention from the staff.
I’d highly recommend this nursery; it is the best one I’ve come across!

It is like a home from home, and all the staff look after the children like they are their own, developing extremely strong bonds with each other. The range of activities and resources are incredible, as are the meals. I cannot recommend Serendipitys Bingham highly enough!

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amHaving to return to work after my maternity leave was extremely difficult, and I was so anxious about leaving my little one in the care of others. However, Serendipitys made my experience of this less daunting. They were so welcoming to both my little girl and myself and provided understanding and compassion during this transition. The nursery took into consideration my little girl’s routine, likes, interests and really wanted to get to know us both and match the care she receives at home. Since then, my little girl has been so happy there, and I have stopped phoning every day in the trust that my daughter is happy, thriving and well cared for.

My eldest settled in from day one, and is now settled in fantastically at school, had no doubt in our second joining and has been attending preschool since September, has settled in really well and is going from strength to strength. Staff our fantastic there and has a lovely personal feel. Love hearing about all the activities the children have been up to and what they have learnt. The children are encouraged, and the space they have is fantastic, great indoor and outdoor space.

The staff are amazing with the kids, and they do fun activities with them every day, and they serve really nice food too. So helpful and nice. Highly recommend this nursery/preschool to everyone I know.

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter has attended Serendipity’s since she was 6-months-old, and she has always been so happy to go to nursery and has formed strong bonds with staff throughout her time. When she first went, we had struggled to get her to take a bottle, the manager gave me lots of reassurance and supported me in transitioning her to the bottle, and within one day, had managed to get her to take one, which was a huge relief! I’ve found all the staff to be really caring and friendly, and the management is really helpful and flexible if you need to switch days. I have experience of other nurseries in Bingham and had very different experiences (inflexible, rude management, not helpful) but have nothing but praise for the staff and management here, just lovely people, who genuinely have your child’s best interests at heart. My daughter leaves nursery every day happy and having done lots of fun activities, couldn’t ask for anything more!

My daughter absolutely loves her days at Serendipity’s and is always excited in the morning. There is a great deal of care taken in the small baby’s room, and they always do a very detailed handover. All the staff are lovely, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice for my daughter.

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son has been at Serendipitys for the last 6-months. He absolutely loves going and happily walks in each morning. His confidence has grown and grown whilst at Serendipitys.
The staff have all been great. Our son has a milk allergy, and we’ve always felt this has been well catered for.

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth our children attend Serendipity’s, and we have only ever been happy with the nursery. The staff at the nursery are very approachable and caring. Our eldest daughter often speaks about her key worker(s) and explains that they showed her how to do something eg, how to put her coat on or to make sure she washes her hands before she eats. Facilities are good and adequate outdoor provision too. We are also happy with the variety of meals offered and how great the nursery has been with our food choices and allergies. Staff put a lot of time and effort at the end of the day to explain what they have been up to and how much they’ve eaten and slept etc. If there were any issues, I would feel happy to contact the nursery and/or speak with management too, which I think is important as a parent for transparency. Overall, very happy!

The range of activities they do with the children is fab, and very happy with the varied meals they provide too. It’s such a comfort to know that my son is very happy when he’s at nursery, meaning I can go to work without any worries!

The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and both my children love attending, which makes mornings much more pleasant. They are always in communication about the topics the children are working on, and the summary at the end of each day gives a good insight into their activities. The management team have been really helpful with any questions I’ve had and is always happy to help. I would 100% recommend this nursery!

April 21, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son absolutely loves his time at Serendipitys. He is always so happy on his nursery days. He recently moved up into the toddler room, and he barely seems to have noticed, the transition was dealt with so well. It’s not our closest nursery, so we generally drive, but parking isn’t normally a problem.
We’ve recently had concerns about his speech development, and they’ve been really supportive in trying to help him out. It’s definitely paid off, and his confidence in his speech is through the roof.
Never had any issues with getting in touch, and they’re always happy to help.
Definitely recommend!

April 27, 2022 at 12:00 amSometimes key information isn’t cascaded down to parents very formally, for example, key staff leaving, which when it affects your child as it’s their key worker, would be good to know so you can prepare your child that they will not be seeing them again.
