March 4, 2021 at 12:00 amI have used this nursery for a few years now with my son, that has moved onto school now and doing very well. It’s all down to the help he has had while attending the nursery. My daughter has attended Serendipity since she was 8-months-old and loves going. The staff are all amazing and treat your children as well as any parent. I wouldn’t use any other nursery and have recommended Serendipity on numerous occasions to my friends.

March 17, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son has attended the nursery for 6-month now, and in just a short amount of time has come such a long way. The staff at the nursery have helped him master his walking, widen his vocabulary and ace using cutlery at meal times! They share pictures and videos to help you feel involved with your child’s development. I feel the environment they offer is a home from home, and I know my son feels comfortable there. Would highly recommend booking a viewing!

March 17, 2021 at 12:00 amExcellently trained and willing to train to adapt to having additional needs children, superb staff, lovely connections with the children – treat them like their own. Helping work on personal goals with my son with severe additional needs and taking on every challenge he’s given them. Looking forward to my son developing and learning new skills that I can’t offer him at home. Manager helping me start the educational help process and attending meetings I have with his care team, and encouraging further help for my son, when and if he needs it.

December 10, 2021 at 12:00 amSerendipitys Day Nursery Grantham is such a lovely nursery. My son has attended since 9 months old, starting during the first lockdown and he settled in brilliantly. The staff are all so friendly, caring and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

December 10, 2021 at 12:00 amI would not hesitate to recommend Serendipitys Nursery in Grantham to family and friends as a home from home setting for their little ones. We looked at a few other nurseries but none of them had the instant homely feel and support that we had from Serendipitys. Our son was a lockdown baby and so we were nervous for him to spend time who with other children and staff. We were instantly put at ease and able to have lots of settling in sessions to help us all to feel comfortable. The staff have been brilliant ever since and I have no concerns that our son is well looked after and loved. He has lots of fun while he is at nursery and has come along so much in the past few months.

February 22, 2022 at 12:00 amSerendipitys is a lovely nursery. Exceptional staff, who are happy to go above and beyond for all the children. My child has been attending since he was 12-months-old and was diagnosed with a serious medical condition subsequently. The staff at the nursery fully embraced all the training so that he could return safely and have to adapt every day to his challenging needs.
The nursery has a lovely setting with stimulating activities and excellent food that is cooked on the premises.

March 11, 2022 at 12:00 amA huge thank you for the staff at Serendipitys Day Nursery Grantham for all the care, support and teaching offered to my children. My son started at 18-months, and my daughter at 4-months-old, and both of them settled very fast, are happy and enjoy going to nursery and having so much fun.
They are doing lots of activities, which help their development and gaining new skills.

The women go the extra mile when my son has a habit of handing them his bogies, they take everything in their stride.

March 31, 2022 at 12:00 amMy child started Serendipitys in December 21. He is undergoing additional needs assessments, and the nursery has helped us in every way they can. My son has come on leaps and bounds being in this setting. I wish I had moved him sooner. He gets greeted daily with cuddles, no matter who opens the door! It’s one big family. They go above and beyond for my child, and I am so grateful he has the nursery as part of his routine. He has made some great friends and has fun no matter what, he is fed nutritional meals and given additional food if he doesn’t like what they have provided. It is clear children are at the centre of their hearts. A range of activities and games are played daily, and the children even venture out into town itself. It’s also reassuring to know I can go to the staff myself for advice and on how to manage certain situations; my messages are always replied to, and I am helped out as much as I can be. I am so happy with them.

April 7, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth of my boys have been to Serendipitys; it’s like a home from home. Staff are so caring and are so genuine. Activities are excellent and well throughout. My youngest still goes and loves going. I recommend it to everyone as it is really the best preschool in the area. Big shout out to all the staff.

September 13, 2022 at 12:00 amI took my one-year-old son to Serendipity for the first time this week. The first time he has been to a nursery. I was scared, and I can say I was actually terrified. It has now been a week since he is going there, and I can say that I am really happy with the way he is treated and cared for. Not only that they have been amazing with my son, but they reassured me, listened to my concerns and accommodated all my requests. The ladies over there have been amazing. He settled in very well, much better than I expected. The food is amazing as well. I would like to say a big thank you to all.

March 13, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter attends Serendipitys Day Nursery every day of the week and always looks forward to going there. The staff are always pleasant, and the nursery is always keen to monitor the child’s progress and guide parents if they feel they need assistance. The staff are genuine and have a good connection with the children. The learning resources are always improving, and Serendipitys is a great place to prepare your child for ‘Bbigg’ school. All my children have attended Serendipitys, and it was a good foundation for them.
