October 10, 2024 at 12:40 amThey consistently have time to discuss things with all parents at the end of what must be an exhausting day. Our little girl loves the place and is disappointed when she’s not coming here. She was indifferent about the previous childcare centre although overall it was ok. The team, in particular, are what stands out about this pre-school.

October 15, 2024 at 1:46 amThey have gone above and beyond helping my son overcome some struggles and continue to do so. He is so cheerful attending and comes home having had so much enjoyable with all the lovely team and kids. I can’t wait for my youngest son to start attending soon enough! Would definitely suggest this preschool.

October 17, 2024 at 2:38 pmMy son (and us) were very cheerful, he had plenty of friends he would consistently talk about at home, and he adore all the team there. He learnt new things every day and consistently had a smile on his face when we picked him up at the end of the day! He’s come so far since joining there and formed such important friendships that are everything to him. He even tells team in the supermarket about his childcare centre friends and educators as it’s been like a second home to him, and he has to tell everyone how much he loves it there!
Unfortunately, our journey with Safari had to end sooner than we wanted it, as we moved house and it’s been so, so difficult for my son. He’s had to leave the educators and friends he adores so much, and it breaks my heart, but at the end of the day, it also shows how cheerful, secure, loved and included he was and felt there as they were like a second family to him! Thank you. My son started at Safari when he turned two, and I honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our journey here.

I sense very cheerful to leave my kid here at Safari and would suggest this childcare centre to anyone! Safari Childcare has been exceptional with my little one who has been finding it hard to say goodbye to me.

November 9, 2024 at 3:13 amHe was 2.5 years old when he started back in September and we needed somewhere school term time hours to fit in with his brother’s hours so this was perfect. The team are consistently supportive and welcoming. At his previous childcare centre, he went to with his brother, he would cry at each drop-off, but since coming here on his own, he cried for a couple of days and now he runs into childcare centre excited on his own. It makes my working life so much easier. They have made the most of the facilities they have. When you go inside, it is spotless and well kept. They have lots of role-playtime toys such as building, kitchen etc. My son loves coming here.

November 20, 2024 at 9:40 amWe had several meetings regarding the boys, before their start to go in Childcare centre. The management and team got to know the kids and the whole situation around my kids. I attached the paperwork so they could have a better insight into my kids. The boys even had two days of rehearsals in Childcare centre. First, they stayed for an hour, then two hours, and finally three hours of stay. After that, we were told that the boys are ok, that everything is fine and that they have everything necessary for the boys to stay in the childcare centre. The boys were cheerful every day to go to the childcare centre. On the last day of their stay in the childcare centre, I came to pick up the kids, the deputy manager told me that the boys were excellent and everything was fine.
We arrived home happily, and then in the afternoon, I received an email explaining that the boys are very difficult, that it is very difficult to work with them, and that my boys can no longer come to the childcare centre. So in the morning, everything was fine and in the afternoon it wasn’t?! I understand that they rejected us in the Childcare centre while the kids were in rehearsal or similar, but to do something shameful and without any shame like this is absolutely reprehensible. If you do an assessment with the kids and accept them, you cannot change your mind later, it is not human. The boys were sad and disappointed that they don’t go to the childcare centre anymore, and while we found the next childcare centre for them.
We also paid for snacks for the whole month, and the boys stopped going to kindergarten after two days. No one has contacted me yet, to apologize, return the money or something similar. I repeat, that the boys refused in the assessment period, everything is fine, but after so many meetings and introductions and promises that everything will be fine to do this, I would not wish it on any parent or kids. Shame. I have twin boys, who are diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay.

December 17, 2024 at 9:37 amMy daughter has been going for about 6-months, and she absolutely loves it. Each morning she’s excited to go and comes home chatting about her friends and what she’s done that day. There is a really great range of activities and discovering. I’ve recently joined the closed Facebook group, and it’s lovely to see what they get up to. The team are all really welcoming and welcoming and made it very easy for her to settle in. I would definitely suggest Safari Childcare Pre-school to other parents. Safari Childcare Pre-school is a lovely little setting.

March 10, 2025 at 10:19 amWe don’t have tears at drop off, he’s consistently talking about it and asking to go! We’ve recommended to friends and family members and they’ve signed their kids up. It’s the best move we made for him. My son started Safari Pre-school in November and he’s come on leaps and bounds.

March 30, 2025 at 9:25 pmThrilled with the development and development I decided her younger sister would also attend Safari Childcare centre. Looked after them as a group but attending to their individual needs. Safari ensures my kids and others in their care are looked after and cared for in a home away from home setting. I’m really cheerful with the continued development, assistance and updates we receive on a regular basis through this Covid crisis. My daughter started at childcare centre at 18 months old is now attending Safari Pre-School Clairmont Road at 3.9 years old.

June 12, 2025 at 6:17 pmThe ladies are so lovely and attentive. They really do take time and effort with every single kid. It’s lovely to see I can’t suggest this pre school enough, my little girl goes here and she used to be so nervous about going but now she loves it.

July 6, 2025 at 8:18 amMy son attended from March 21 – July 22 when he graduated’ for primary school.
We had a very welcoming look around the Pre-School before my son started and felt confident that we had chosen a excellent setting for him. I liked the volume of kids and indoor and outdoor space. On viewing other Pre-Schools, some felt too busy and overwhelming, whereas some were very quiet, but Safari seemed a comfortable size.
One thing that I have really loved about this setting is the team. All the ladies there work so hard to welcome kids, make parents sense at ease and keep you well informed about what your kid has been up to and if there have been any issues as well as wow moments.
We have met some lovely families there, and the Pre-School has various events to encourage relationship building with parents involved. We highly suggest Safari. After a difficult time with my kid’s previous Pre-School, I was cheerful to receive a personal recommendation for Safari Pre-School from a family member.
