April 11, 2025 at 4:34 amThey have no real understanding of SEN – avoid if you have a kid with any additional needs. Every excuse in the book to not work on my kid’s targets hence no development made. Told me my kid couldn’t have extended hours due to being SEN – discrimination at its worst?
High-level management doesn’t care – childcare centre is part of Barnados group who have another 3 nurseries in Gloucester. Avoid! A poorly managed understaffed childcare centre.

April 18, 2025 at 4:04 pmFantastic, welcoming team who are consistently willing to go above and beyond their duties. Showed my son excellent care and understanding and have consistently been very supportive of his additional needs. Transition to school was helped and supported by the team and management. My son excelled due to the team working on his targets. Excellent updates between all team and parents. Would highly suggest. Remarkable setting.

June 14, 2025 at 2:21 pmI was a little anxious about her starting in a new setting but she settled in very quickly. I have found the team outstanding, consistently greeting the kids with smiles and laughter. My daughter loves attending and she speaks very fondly of the team.
There is consistently great updates by team to parents and they have recently started forest school session which the kids adore. I would definitely suggest the preschool to my family and friends.
I have put satisfactory for cleanliness and for food option to be able to submit however I have not been able to review inside cleanliness due to Covid restrictions and food-wise my daughter takes her own lunch box in but they do provide healthy snacks. My daughter moved from another childcare centre settling to Pebbles Childcare centre when she turned 3 years.
