North Bridge House Nursery & Pre-Prep West Hampstead

North Bridge House West Hampstead provides a nurturing setting for its pupils and has instilled in our kids a sense of curiosity and a adore of discovering. We’ve been delighted to see not only how much they’ve learned, but also how their social skills have developed since joining North Bridge House. The team are all fantastic, and the headteacher takes a very hands-on approach (star of the week getting to walk the head teacher’s dog is a particularly nice touch – they know how to motivate young kids!). Our kids (both in pre-reception) adore this school.

The team take the time to make the kids sense cheerful and comfortable and continually provides interesting activities for them to learn. There’s a real community sense to the school, like a village childcare centre in London. My son has settled in really well at North Bridge House and has benefitted from the care and outstanding facilities in the childcare centre.

We particularly delight in the additional activities that are offered from the ukulele and cooking after-school clubs to swimming and forest school which are part of the curriculum. Our son thrives at NBH, the educators and team are remarkable creating a enjoyable and engaging atmosphere for discovering.

The facilities are outstanding, lots of time is spent outside in the backyard which is a big plus for me. There is also forest school once per week. The educators are fantastic, the atmosphere is warm with kids becoming great friends. My daughter loves going there and raves about activities and after school clubs (currently gardening and ballet). When she was out for a couple of weeks (due to Covid) the school made an effort to include her in certain activities virtually which was really nice. Strongly recommended. North Bridge House pre-prep in West Hampstead is a very nurturing setting.

The well-trained team have helped him develop self‑assurance and emotional intelligence. They have helped develop his imagination and solve problems in the most imaginative ways. The school’s ethos travels with him wherever he goes and I am eternally impressed by how it manifests in different social situations.
The setting is very welcoming to siblings as well as anyone connected to your kid. The small class sizes give it a village school sense and a warmth which can be hard to find. The school instils the right values and the pastoral care has exceeded all expectations. I have also really enjoyed the tea and snacks at events from the onsite Brazilian chef and cuddles with the resident school dog aka Wilson.
We are very grateful for the adore, care and assistance we have received as a family and will cherish this chapter in the life of our kid. I would highly suggest this school to anyone. My son has built a solid foundation at this fantastic school.

His speech has dramatically improved, and he has been well-socialised. The range of activities the school offers is exceptional and they really do instil a adore of discovering early in the kids’s education. All the cute things they do such as having chicks and caterpillars in the school really create a nurturing setting of care and kindness. We are very cheerful there and I have been so impressed by the adore and care given to my son. My son has really thrived at the school.

Our son is in reception and we see how he flourishes with the help of everyone at the school. He has advanced immensely in his self‑assurance, as well as in his academic and social skills. We are very pleased with the school, our son’s educators are all lovely and very expert.

We moved to London two years ago and our main concern was to make sure our kid who has some discovering disability and needs assistance would settle in a school that suits his needs. The development he’s been doing in the last months is truly incredible and heartwarming. His class has a small number of kids and the educators are dedicated and supportive. The school team make sure we are updated and informed about his daily routine and It’s consistently a pleasure seeing the photos on the school app of the kid’s activities and reading what they’ve learned. I would highly suggest North Bridge House to any parent who wants to make sure his kid is getting the best assistance and educational setting in the early stages. Our son has been attending North Bridge House West Hampstead since September 2022 and I can honestly say this has been our best decision regarding our son’s education and development.

It has been the best decision we have made about her development. The educators and team provide a nurturing and warm setting with lots of creative and stimulating activities that have allowed our daughter to thrive. They have also supported her through a number of transitions including toilet training and welcoming a new sibling and encouraged her to acquire new skills to aid independence. The daily app updates are consistently the highlight of our day! Would suggest it to any parent! Our daughter has been attending North Bridge House Nursery – West Hampstead since September 2022.

Our son started during the pandemic and this was the first childcare centre he had attended. The team are all so supportive, accommodating, welcoming and attentive from the caretakers to admin and teaching team. There is a very personal sense to the childcare centre which we adore, despite the childcare centre being one of several branches of the NBH schools portfolio. The facilities are lovely with everything thought through, including a canopy outside so the kids can still get outside even in poor weather. Our son loves it – and even cries to go back when we pick him up! We couldn’t be happier and have already put our daughter down to attend when she is old enough. I would suggest this childcare centre without hesitation. We can’t speak highly enough of the team and facilities at North Bridge House Nursery West Hampstead.
