N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells

The team are so supportive; they really take the time to explain what the kids have done, areas we can help and ways in which we can help the development at home. The app is updated regularly, and we receive photos and videos every day, which is really reassuring. Finally, the menu each week is extremely well-balanced and diverse, which means our son has really developed his taste for food and flavours. Our son has settled in so well, and the development we have seen since starting has been remarkable.

Our 10-month-old son loves it there, and every single member of team we come across is informed and delightful. The attention to detail and level of organisation, be it planned activities or the incredible menu, is exceptional. The best element, however, is the app, which is updated in real-time for every stage of the day (food, photos, videos, sleep, nappies etc), which means we as parents are informed and relaxed in the knowledge that our son is secure, entertained and cheerful. Outstanding childcare centre.

We felt welcomed into the N Family right from the start and I truly believe they have been a key part in shaping my son’s development. The key points for us are that our boy absolutely loves going, we sense like it supports that we are both working parents, the updates is very great, the team are all highly committed, the food and menu are outstanding, the management is highly effective and overall it suits our family life very well. The drop-off and pick-ups are very slick, the front-of-house team are exceptional, and I sense like they genuinely care and adore my boy and that’s all we really want. All the activities are geared toward some sort of discovering, and the team really do go above and beyond to make sure that the kids are getting the fullest journey each day. We’re so glad we have N in Tunbridge Wells, I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to any and all parents. We have had an incredible journey at N Family Club – Tunbridge Wells and I am so cheerful our son goes here.

He is so cheerful there I cannot suggest highly enough. The team are extremely attentive and constantly coming up with new exciting activities to keep the kids entertained. It’s by far the best childcare centre in Tunbridge wells! N Family Club has been remarkable for our son.

He is discovering a lot more and is productive. His key worker is extremely lovely and very attentive and attentive, which I’m really cheerful with. I could not have chosen a better childcare centre for my son. I completely adore the childcare centre, the team are excellent and my son loves it a lot as well.

Our boys adore going to N Family Club. They have formed incredible bonds with the team and are educated and enlightened each week with the activities put on for them. This is a special place and we can’t thank the manager and team enough for their incredible care. A remarkable establishment with fantastic team.

The team are all so welcoming and supportive and really supportive of our kid’s education and development. The childcare centre is decorated beautifully with loads of facilities and toys and an outstanding garden. There is an in-house chef producing a varied menu for the kids. The app is exceptional, the educators keep us parents up to date with everything our kid is doing throughout the day. Would highly suggest to any parents looking for a childcare centre! N Family is the most incredible childcare centre.

The updates from the team at N is incredible, both on a daily basis in terms of what your kid is doing and their development, but also general notices and extra events. The outdoor space is exceptional as is the number of different indoor activities. I really sense the childcare centre workers know my kid and her likes/dislikes. I’ve found it so much easier being back at work knowing she is cheerful and in great hands. We moved our daughter here from another childcare centre a few months ago and have assumed that all nurseries were much of a muchness, couldn’t believe the difference between the two settings.

The others promised the world but at the end of the day (literally), we’d be getting the same pre-canned feedback (‘they ate all of their dinner’, ‘they had 5 wet nappies’ – despite being out of nappies for months) and management was weak. N Family Club appears to be very different – management are highly organised and communicative and the room team give honest and varied feedback about our kid’s day. They’re attentive and compassionate. The brochure and open day were polished and the cynic in me thought it was surely too great to be true; 3 months later they have upheld everything they promised, which is refreshing. Our daughter is the happiest she has ever been – she is clearly being stimulated, making friends, developing well and eating healthily! What a excellent childcare centre. We’ve tried 3 ‘highly rated’ nurseries now and, so far, N Family Club stands head and shoulders above the rest.

The educational methods followed the welcoming and supportive team, the lovely and modern setting, the healthy foo: all incredible. We see how our daughter is gaining self‑assurance and discovering new things every time. She really enjoys her time there and we can tell she has a very positive relationship with the educators in her room who are all exceptional and attentive. Also, the N app is super handy. There is information about food consumption, nappy changing, garden time, naps etc. The best part is receiving photos and videos and seeing our girl having so much enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our childcare centre choice. N Family Club is outstanding!
