Both my kids settled into the childcare centre almost immediately and this was thanks to the expertise and dedication of all of the team members. They both continue to flourish there and I find the team and facilities are outstanding. The team are approachable, attentive and make it very easy for me to leave my kids there for a significant period of time knowing they are in very great hands. My son and daughter have been at the childcare centre for a year now and we have had an outstanding journey of all three rooms.

In that time her and my journey has been very mixed. Unfortunately, there is a very high turn around of team, which means that on a daily basis there is often a different person in the room greeting the kids, therefore even after 2 years she struggles to settle and it’s a battle to get her to go.

The team promised her a reward for being brave at drop off times but then didn’t follow through. The kids are very much left to their own devices to playtime and I very rarely get artwork or painting home. There is also no evidence of any discovering. About a year ago they had a very great teacher and the kids were discovering phonics and Spanish and their discovering was evident all over the walls but she left and there hasn’t been any evidence of discovering since.

I am very disappointed in the childcare centre and sense that it is not meeting my needs. Unless drastic changes are made in the management of the childcare centre I would not suggest it. My kid has been at Loretto Childcare centre for 2 years.

My daughter has recently joined and I had been dreading the process of maternity leave ending and settling her into childcare centre. I have been so pleasantly surprised by the whole journey which has gone much more smoothly than I ever imagined. I believe this is down to the fantastic team and lovely setting. My daughter is cheerful there and I sense cheerful that she is receiving the best possible care. I am delighted with my choice of childcare centre.

I would like to have a greater variety in the food, as my daughter does not adore pasta so much. Team are very welcoming, I am very pleased with this. My daughter is very cheerful when she goes to childcare centre.

Couldn’t be happier. My son didn’t settle very well but both managers and team made it both easy for me and my son to settle in.

I wouldn’t send her anywhere else. The team are all so welcoming, compassionate and expert and really care about the kids. She has only been there a short time but already we see a difference in her eating and communicating. Couldn’t suggest Loretto highly enough!! My daughter started at childcare centre about a month ago.

They have both formed great relationships with other kids and team who they are both clearly comfortable with.
Over the last 12 months, I have had some mild concerns with the trend in turnover of team and lack of updates due to ipads not being available to team members for photos and development updates. Fees have increased for the second year running and I sense little choice in managing this without additional further flexibility in start and finish times. Both my kids adore the food and the menu seems healthy and varied.
The childcare centre photo shoots appear to have not taken place for 6 months or more. I would like to see more parent to team introductions, particularly through transition stages for kids between the different age groups and room changes. I have been very cheerful with how my two kids have developed since they attended Loretto Childcare centre.

My two kids attend there and are clearly very cheerful and very well looked after.
The team are welcoming, attentive and really focus on each kid’s individual needs.
The outdoor spaces are well thought out and considered for each age group.
Indoors, the space is spotless, bright with outstanding toys and activities. Very impressed with the childcare centre.

My daughter settled in with no tears and has enjoyed every minute of it. I get to hear from the ladies when I collect her, as well as from my daughter herself how much she is doing during the day and it is all great discovering enjoyable! The ladies who work there are welcoming and it is consistently spotless and as tidy as can be with lots of kids!

It is clear to see how she is developing and both myself and my husband are very cheerful to see how well she is doing. This is my daughter’s second childcare centre and we changed for logistic purposes, however, we are very cheerful with how she is progressing.

We adore the additional classes ie music, p.e. and the large outdoor spaces. My daughter is very settled here, she loves all the team in the Bunnies and Submarines.
