Monton Village Nursery and Forest School

My daughter has been at Monton Village since she was 8 months old. She now is in the preschool getting ready to her move to primary school. The staff have always shown great care and attention for all her needs from when she was a baby to the little person she has now become. They have been fundamental in her development and encouraging her to the best of her ability. All staff members are approachable and will support with all concerns how big or small. They show genuine care and consideration to her as if she was their own. From the first visit, I knew that this is where I wanted my little girl to be. I have not been disappointed and it fills me with absolute joy as she recounts her day and shares the amazing experiences with me. I would highly recommend Monton Village to anyone looking at a safe, inspiring and caring space for their child.

My son has been here since he was 8 months old, he is now 2 and a half. I’ve watched him grow into an independent, confident and talented little boy.
The staff are always smiling and friendly and take time to talk to me about my child’s day in detail. The staff are always there to listen to any concerns or questions I have and are always supportive Throughout the pandemic the staff have been incredible, I cannot thank each and every one of them enough for their hard work and dedication to being there for my child when I had to work and couldn’t be there.
One of the things that drew me to Monton Village was that children can be children. My child gets messy, dirty, covered in paint and all sorts and has the best time when he’s there. This includes inside and outside play.
I couldn’t ask for a better start for my child and highly recommend to anyone I know looking for a nursery.

Since starting at Monton Village Nursery in the baby room my son has settled in extremely well and has transitioned right the way through the nursery into the Pre School room. At around 2 years of age it became apparent that my son had additional needs. Throughout this process which has been very difficult to take in parents, the staff at Monton Village Nursery have supported us in heading in the right direction to get the help he needs. We honestly can not thank them all enough for providing outstanding care and being with us every step of the way.

Our son loves going to the baby room at Monton Nursery, as soon as he sees where he is he gets so excited. It’s so lovely to see as it shows how much he loves going and makes us feel more at ease leaving him. So glad we picked Monton.
The staff are amazing with all the babies, how they interact with them is fab. The activities they set up for the babies are amazing and I love looking at the pictures when I’m at work seeing what he’s been up to.
Just can’t fault the staff or the nursery. Highly recommended which I have done and now a couple of friends’ babies now attend.

Monton have been an exceptional home for home for both of my babies from a very young age. They have adapted to my growing needs with ease and have been there to support my children and I every step of the way – from supporting my breastfeeding/expressing nursery journey to teaching my children to recognise their name and count to 10 and beyond. It is hard leaving your children somewhere whilst you go to work – but I have never once doubted or regretted my decision. The staff genuinely adore children and relish in their company. They know my children almost better than myself and have been there to celebrate every success with me through the years. The staff are fun and lively and invested – they make the best playmates for the children whilst still providing the nurture and support that they need to grow both socially and academically. I have loved my experience as a Monton parent – and more importantly I know that my children have loved their time as a child at Monton – thank you!

My son attended since he turned 1. It has been an amazing 3 years despite the covid period. The staff were very helpful and caring all the way through. Thanks a lot for everything you have done for my son.

I couldn’t recommend Monton Village more. Our son has been there since he was ten months old and the staff there have become part of our family.
Our son has additional needs and they have gone above and beyond to help adapt the space for him and ensure he isn’t left behind.
He runs out every day with the biggest smile on his face, he absolutely loves it.
We wanted a nursery that would focus on fun mostly but also on learning and development, which Monton does to an exceptional level.
I’m already excited to send my future children there.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery, which makes us feel so happy about sending her there. Every time we pull up she has the biggest smile on her face, and most times runs in without barely saying goodbye. We keep up to date of what she is up to via the app and CCTV. As well as a chat with her teachers upon pickup. She has come on so much since starting in April 2022 and all the staff we have come across so far have been amazing. I would highly recommend.

Such a fantastic nursery. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for their baby’s nursery. So happy we made such a good choice. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, the meals are nutritional, the play activities set up are highly educational and my little boy always has so much fun learning and playing. We are very happy with all the care and attention he receives on a daily basis and nothing has been to much to ask since he started, medication is always given correct times when needed, extra days added on it needed, etc.

My little girl has been here since she was 9 months old and she’ll be leaving to start reception in September. We’ve been so lucky to have chosen Monton Village Nursery and Forest School, every single person that has looked after her feels like they’ve become a member of the family and I’m already really sad at the thought of leaving. The care, love and attention they’ve given her has been incredible and she’s thrived educationally as well. She teaches me something new every day! I can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend to others.
