September 7, 2024 at 9:23 pmThe team are compassionate and attentive, and look after the kids well. She enjoys the food and often has second helpings! The garden has just been refurbished with a new wooden climbing frame which the kids adore using, and they do lots of outdoor discovering, for example in the mud kitchen.
The hours of operation are outstanding from 7.30am to 6.30pm, which means commuting into London is possible. The new app that has been introduced is a excellent new addition. Carers send photos and comments about your kid which you can reply to. They also record what the kid has eaten that day etc. Overall we would highly suggest this childcare centre to other parents. It has a excellent family atmosphere and above all is a attentive discovering setting where you can trust that your kid will be secure and well cared for. Our daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle Cheshunt for two and a half years and she has loved it there.

My son is currently there and has come such a long way with his discovering etc with the compassionate assistance from team, consistently so cheerful to help, compassionate and welcoming. Would highly suggest. My journey with Monkey Puzzle has been very great.

My son took a while to settle away from myself (mum) and the team at Monkey Puzzle were outstanding by making this transition easy for myself and my son. They are compassionate and understanding in many ways. Management is remarkable and fully involved in the childcare centre. Discovering is also outstanding too. My son has been at Monkey Puzzle for over a year and a half now, and I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre.

November 8, 2024 at 8:37 amMy little boy started here with hardly any speech or social skills and is now on target or above in all areas. The team consistently put their all into all they do for the kids, and create incredible bonds with every single kid. The resourses are incredible and even still they continue to improve and bring new and exciting ideas to the childcare centre for the kids to delight in. I will definitely be sending my youngest here too. This nursey is remarkable my kids have been attending for two years now and they absolutely adore it, they get excited about going to childcare centre.
They have achieved and grown so much since attending here.

She is consistently very cheerful to go and is very cheerful when I pick her up. My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzles for 6 weeks now and I am so pleased with the development she has made whilst attending the facility.

November 20, 2024 at 11:17 amMy firstborn has ventured off to primary school now however does return on school holidays – it is incredible that this is offered, and the bonus is, he loved being at this childcare centre and as a working parent knowing your kids are well looked after and actually like going is a Godsend! He has younger friends still there and kids from primary school return with him too so even more friends come together. My girl absolutely loves it at Monkey Puzzle from the team to the other boys and girls she gets to playtime with all day! I know when leaving my girl she is well looked after, having enjoyable and eating great food, honestly the best childcare centre in Cheshunt, in my opinion! The team are so supportive, not just to the kids, but us parents too they are so incredible and I am so grateful to have found them! If you are looking for childcare this one is the best around so make an appointment to get in there quick before spaces fill up! I had 2 kids going to Monkey Puzzle.

He is now 20 months and looks forward to going to childcare centre and at times hard to get him out as he’s enjoyed his day so much. The team are very welcoming and very expert with the kids and seem as though they delight in their jobs. They made it easy for me to leave my son in their care who I can trust. My son started at Monkey Puzzle when he was 7 months old.

The facilities are remarkable – the kids are served nutritious and freshly cooked food, and they have a lovely, newly refurbed garden to playtime in. The team consistently make an effort to plan activities around different themes, which provides an outstanding opportunity for the kids to learn while having enjoyable. The team at Monkey Puzzle are consistently welcoming, attentive, well trained, and just outstanding.

We are glad she gets to spend time outside in the garden.
We also like the food that she is being served, she seems to delight in it.
Overall, very pleased and proud to be part of the childcare centre. Our daughter is very cheerful here.

His key worker knows him so well and the information we receive about his development helps reassure us that he is well looked after and cared for whilst there.
My son loves all the food that is provided and the range of snacks they receive is excellent.
The management are inviting and approachable and you can really see the improvements that are being made since the new owner took over.
Thank you to the whole team for making my decision to go back to work so easy! I am really cheerful with the care Monkey Puzzle Cheshunt provides for my son.

June 23, 2025 at 5:14 pmorganisation and duty of care displayed at Monkey Puzzle, Cheshunt. From the beginning, my daughter has been cared for very well. When I drop her off in the morning, she consistently has a inviting welcome and I am able to leave knowing the team are well trained, organised and consistently pay close attention to the kids and their needs. This includes kids like my daughter who has special health needs and requires regular monitoring, attention and regulation of her condition. It is not easy, but the leadership and team have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my daughter is well, cheerful and healthy.
I would 100% suggest. I am very pleased with the professionalism.

I adore hearing about her day when I pick her up from childcare centre and sometimes she doesn’t even want to come home with me. The girls are so welcoming and are consistently willing to go the extra mile for my daughter.
