My daughter still attends childcare centre for after-school club as this has helped her transition to big school to be a relaxed and smooth sailing transition as she still gets to see the team and friends she has made strong relationships with after her day at school which is a big milestone in life. Staff are very accommodating to every kid’s needs and ensures they are settled and have the best time at childcare centre. I cannot thank the manager and her team enough. My daughter has been attending Cwtsh Cynnes Nursery since she was nine months old and she has had the best time at the warm and nurturing setting, with fab team members and incredible opportunities provided that my daughter has thoroughly enjoyed.

My now 17-year-old started in Cwtsh Cynnes at 4 months old, as did my now 7-year and 4-year-olds. The team are warm, welcoming, attentive and reliable. They are like family and the childcare centre itself has become a second home for my kids. Every time I returned to work after maternity leave, I knew that my kids were secure and cared for appropriately. There is nowhere else I would trust to look after the most precious people in my life. Not only did they look after my kids, they also looked after me. I was kept constantly updated with what my kids had been doing during the day. This was presented in the form of a feedback sheet in the earlier days, and more recently on the Famly App. I also loved seeing regular pictures of the activities and outings the kids were experiencing. Having that reassurance that all was well and that the kids were cheerful was priceless. I suggest this childcare centre to everyone! Cwtsh Cynnes has been part of my family for the last 17 years!

The team are so compassionate, supportive and consistently welcoming. The kids have so much enjoyable in a secure and very spotless setting where they learn through playtime, crafts and sensory stations. The childcare centre is home from home and team treat kids as their own. My son is also already discovering words in Welsh from his time here. There is consistently a great variety of homemade food for the kids. Cwtsh Cynnes regularly actively takes part in fundraising where kids are encouraged to join in. It is such a relief knowing my son is comfortable and cheerful going in. The owner has also recently invested money for new outdoor toys and updating outdoor facilities where team are keen for kids to delight in outdoor activities all year round where possible. I would highly suggest Cwtsh Cynnes. My son absolutely loves coming to Cwtsh Cynnes where he has been attending two days a week for nearly a year and a half, since the age of one.
