Description

Marston Green Infant School was opened in 1971 and became Marston Green Infant Academy on 1st April 2014. It has an outstanding reputation within the local community for academic achievement. With over three hundred pupils, a Nursery unit, Pre-School, Full Day Care and a Before and After School Club, we strive to meet the needs of our working parents. Our aim is to provide a community that values and celebrates individuals and their achievements and encourages them to develop their potential to become useful and productive young citizens.

We have a Day Nursery, Marston Green Leapfrogs Nursery which offers ‘wrap around service’ on site. This provides a Day Care Nursery for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years. The facilities are open 50 weeks a year between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm. The school also manages a before and after school club called Leapfrogs B&A Club. This offers a breakfast club as well as a homework club at the end of the day. Leapfrogs provide a playscheme on Inset days and during school holidays.

It is like he has consistently been there! He has settled in fab, he consistently talks about the team and other kids by name so I know he has built some lovely relationships.
I sense the team get to know each kid and consistently feedback anything new my son is doing/showing interest in etc.
There are lots of areas set up for the kids to explore; mud kitchen, garden area, book corner, dress up and role playtime amongst others.
I like that we receive a daily update in regards to how our son has eaten/napped and any activities that day. As we can then discuss these at home.
He will definitely miss the team and the dress up area! When he leaves for pre-school in September! My youngest son has been at LeapFrogs since September 2018, after moving from another childcare centre, due to my older son starting reception at the school on the same site.

He has settled in brilliantly. He loves attending childcare centre. The team are lovely and they all get to know the kids personally. They are consistently coming up with lots of enjoyable activities for the kids to do. It’s a lovely setting where both the kids and team consistently look cheerful. We will definitely be sad when the time comes for my son to move on. My son started in January 2019 when I returned to work after maternity leave.

I have seen that she is making excellent development and discovering important values from her friends and the team around her. I am so glad that my daughter has settled well into preschool and is able to cooperate.

This is evident in the amount of time our son speaks about them all.
We will be saddened when it is time for him to move on. Our son is a bright and funny little boy and we sense this is in part due to the care and assistance from all at LeapFrogs. Our son loves attending LeapFrogs, so much so he often cries when we pick him up!
The team are highly welcoming, approachable and attentive.

There are a range of extensive activities to help my son grow and develop. I am regularly updated with feedback forms/photo uploads and the care diary as to how he is progressing and enjoying his time at pre school. He enjoys playing with friends and doing craft activities but he especially likes playing outside. The team are so attentive and expert and my son has built a excellent relationship with them. My son has attended childcare centre/pre school for 21 months and it is truly an outstanding setting.

This childcare centre is one that I can honestly trust.
I have found that the childcare centre itself is spotless and tidy, lots of discovering options for the kids.
We get regular updates from them, an opportunity to gain access to a colourful and creative discovering diary where everything is documented and most of all, we see our kid is secure and discovering new things every day.
The price is reasonable and the kids are all highly cheerful and the team is highly great and pleasant at all times.

Approachable, attentive team our kids have grown attached to. Reliable, consistently high standards over the years. We still sense lucky to have our kids attend Leapfrogs. Our daughter loves Leapfrogs just as much as our son did.

He loves the team and they are consistently supportive for a first time mum with hints and tips on how I can help at home. The space is excellent, mud kitchen and cars are my little boys favourite and the creative artwork he brings home is excellent to cherish and keep.
A lovely secure setting for our little froglets. My son has come on so much with his speech and interaction with other kids since being at Leapfrogs.

My youngest absolutely loves attending the childcare centre and runs in with excitement when I drop her off in the morning. The team are all excellent and exceptionally approachable. It is a truly cosy childcare centre with excellent facilities, consistently something different going on and consistently new crafts coming home for us to display! We will all be exceptionally sad when my daughter is old enough to move on. Both my kids have attended Leapfrogs, of which they both adore.

He can’t wait for his days here playing with all his favourite toys. He consistently comes out with a massive smile on his face so I consistently know he has enjoyed his time there.
The team are lovely and welcoming, consistently welcoming. They give great feedback on how the day has gone.
We highly suggest anyone with kids to apply here, it’s a excellent pre-school. My kid has settled in well from the beginning.

Team consistently have smiles on their faces, polite and highly welcoming. My son has only been going for 6 months and he has already come on leaps. My son truly enjoys going to childcare centre.
The childcare centre has made us both sense highly welcomed and they also make my 2 older kids welcome when we pick my son up.
