Little Trees Day Nursery Hucclecote

We moved our daughter from another setting and I was worried about how she would cope with the transition – but the team in adventurers were so calm, welcoming and reassuring that she settled almost instantly! On the move into investigators (Pre-school) my daughter struggled a little but again I can not fault the team with helping assistance that transition! The garden facilities are incredible! And resources/activities provided are there to ensure the kids are ready for school! Management are very approachable and no query or concern is too big or too small I sense listened to and not just brushed away! Remarkable setting! All team are extremely welcoming and helped my daughter settle well into childcare centre life.

The activities are incredible and well planned! I get two observations on my kid each week and they are so lovely to see.

The team are so loving and compassionate and have the best interest at heart for all the kids.

They do so many curriculum-based activities I really sense like they’re giving my kids the best start possible, especially with a view to being school ready!

Some of the spaces look a little tired but I’d much prefer this and my kids having a day of enjoyable and coming home covered in messy playtime and mud, rather than playing in a clinical setting where the paint on the walls is prioritised overplay and discovering!

Well done to everyone at Little Trees! You are all remarkable! I have two kids in different age groups attending Little Trees and I think it is an absolutely remarkable setting across the board.

All team are so bubbly and engaging, they really go above and beyond with the kids to give them positive interactions and a exceptional day.

I have comparisons with two other local settings and Little Trees stands out by far.

We get regular updates via the famly app along with a range of observations on my daughter. The team at Little Trees, are super welcoming and expert, they have the kids’s needs in their hearts at all time, whilst also being super welcoming to the parents.

Now in pre-school, the childcare centre has been outstanding in every way. All of the team during my kid’s time at childcare centre have been attentive and compassionate. They obviously work very hard to provide a secure and exciting setting, and the days are consistently structured well with plenty of activities going on. The team are welcoming and consistently show a keen interest in my kid’s development. The Famly app provides us with regular daily updates with photo’s, so we consistently know what our kid is up to.

The food has consistently been of the best quality, and through the updates, I can tell my kid loves all the food on offer. Feedback from my kid is consistently great and shows that this is the perfect setting for her to have grown up in as part of her weekly routine. The childcare centre itself is very well catered for. The outside space is very large with plenty of equipment for the kids to use. My kid has been coming to Little Trees Hucclecote since they were 7 months old.

The team at Little Trees are excellent, our little girl has created such a excellent relationship with all of them and enjoys her days there. They use the family app which is updated every meal time and we get sent photos daily, with individual observations too. A big thank you to the whole team at Little Trees for all you do. Our daughter has attended Little Trees since she was 9 months old now currently in her last year at the childcare centre before she starts school.

My son was born at 26 weeks and as a result, is very vulnerable to winter germs and viral infections. All the team at Little Trees take this very seriously and go out of their way to protect him as best as they can when the usual childcare centre germs are doing the rounds. Before joining Little Trees my son was sensitive to loud noises, found public settings overwhelming and was not confident playing in groups. He has really come into his own since attending Little Trees. I have noticed a huge difference in him at home and whilst in a public setting.
As a mother of a vulnerable baby, I had a lot of worries about leaving him in someone else’s care whilst I went back to work. The Team made me sense at ease very quickly and have shown how much they truly care for the kids they look after. I really am grateful for all the team at Little Trees and in my opinion every member deserves a 5* review. My son has been attending Little trees for 4 or 5 months now and he has thrived in the setting.

They have been very welcoming and the transition for him joining the childcare centre has been seamless. The level of care he has had during his varying level of development (he wasn’t crawling when he started) has been consistently supportive and encouraging.

We find the childcare centre provides a variety of activities throughout the week for the kids to get involved with, and heavily utilize the outdoor space on a daily basis regardless of the weather! Plus the use of the family app to keep us updated throughout the day about how he’s getting on with photos is outstanding. The food is nicely varied and they really follow any guidelines we’ve given with weaning or milk allowances.

The childcare centre is also very accommodating with changing of days or changes to our schedule even with last minute notice. We’ve never had an upset drop off which says it all! My son has been in Little Tree’s since he was 9 months old (now almost 2yrs old) and since our first settling-in session the team have been incredible.

I knew that Little Trees was the childcare centre for my toddler the minute I stepped through the door.
There is such a lovely atmosphere within, and the team are so welcoming and welcoming, yet incredibly expert.
The team make it clear that they are there for you as much as they are there for your kids, and I really liked that. My 18-month-old started at the childcare centre back in the summer, and I have to say, he is absolutely thriving at Little Trees.
The work the team put in is exceptional.

I was not assured that his needs were understood sufficiently prior to his first day.
2) On three occasions, I was told that my kid had received food that did not meet his dietary/cultural needs meaning these were either not followed or were miscommunicated.
3) I was notified that my son had been picked up and removed from the childcare centre causing huge panic. When contacted, the childcare centre stated this was recorded on the wrong kid.
4) A team member manhandled my kid, forcibly grabbed his arm, shouted in his face, and attempted to snatch his comforter from him whilst he was upset. This was seen by a worker who had whistleblown. The childcare centre did not inform me of this for 6.5 hours and he was left there without a source of parental comfort.
5) He was unhappy, unsettled, and was distressed at handover. Since changing childcare centre, he is like a different kid. My 18-month-old attended for just nine weeks:
