September 7, 2024 at 7:15 amThe management and team have consistently been extremely welcoming, compassionate, attentive and supportive, consistently greeting us with a smile. It feels like you are leaving your kid with family and we consistently delight in to hear the enjoyable stories of the day from our son when he gets home! Our son has developed a lot in the time he has been with Little Rascals, and we have no doubts that a big part of that is the care and attention he is given by the team and the enjoyable but educational activities they conduct. It is consistently supportive to hear their informative feedback on our son at the end of the day. From a personal perspective, working in the City, the location of Little Rascals Pre-Prep being so close to the train station is remarkable. Thank you to all the team and management for taking such excellent care of our son! We are very pleased with the decision we made to send our son to Little Rascals Pre-Prep, and I would consistently suggest it to anyone looking for a childcare centre for their kid.

We have seen our little boy develop so much over years and all credit to the Little Rascals team – thank you! At first, we were not sure which pre-prep to send our little boy too and now looking back it was our best decision choosing Little Rascals and I cannot suggest them enough to everyone.
The manager and the team are very approachable and welcoming.

She loves the team who have helped her become much more confident and we as parents sense very cheerful leaving her in their care. Little Rascals is a welcoming and enjoyable setting.

December 2, 2024 at 7:08 amThe team are welcoming and know the kids well, the safeguarding system works well and the facilities seem great. Unlike some nurseries I’ve heard about, the menu seems to be balanced and varied. The location (next to the train station, in the centre of town) and the slightly longer than usual hours are added bonuses.
We sense the team have coped really well during the lockdown under trying circumstances and hugely appreciative of the hard work the whole teams puts in to make sure our son and his friends stay secure, healthy and engaged.
Highly recommended! Our boy has really thrived at Little Rascals, having been there for nearly 3 years now.

There is a relaxing sense with lovely, thoughtful activities and an outstanding garden which our son really enjoys. Team are consistently cheerful to discuss things at drop off and pick up and the kids all seem cheerful, compassionate and welcoming. We are very cheerful with our choice of preschool! We have only been at Little Rascals since January but we are so cheerful with how our son has settled in.

December 13, 2024 at 12:02 amHe developed independence during his time in the younger pre-prep room and his move to the older pre-prep has helped prepare him for school; by discovering through playtime. The team know each kid very well and the team dote on them. He has made friends and is cheerful. I am reassured to go about my day knowing he is well looked after and secure. My son has really enjoyed his time at Little Rascals Pre-Prep.

January 21, 2025 at 10:45 amHe has an incredible outside space to explore, so many daily creative and educational projects, and a nice healthy dose of messy playtime. He is well fed, cheerful and confident. Team are attentive and compassionate, I really could not ask for more. Since moving to the borough, my son has been welcomed with literal open arms into the preschool.

Interesting activities are planned all the time and every day my daughter comes home telling me about something new she has learnt. I think Little Rascals has done a excellent job in ensuring she is ready for school. She loves the food and the menu is really varied. My daughter goes in every day cheerful and when I collect her she consistently wants to stay longer to keep playing – so really can’t ask for more than that. Our little girl has loved Little Rascals Pre-Prep, from starting at one year right through to moving onto school.

She enjoys the discovering activities and loves the outdoor space in which they spend lots of time. She consistently comes home with a smile on her face and talks about her friends and the activities she did. The team are consistently welcoming and supportive and really care about the kids. The location and hours have been useful too. My daughter’s been at Little Rascals for over two years.

My son has made some excellent friends and we have seen his self‑assurance grow during his time here. The team are consistently supportive, thoughtful and responsive to any questions you have as a parent. I sense his time at Little Rascals has really helped him in his early years and is setting him up well for school. My son has attended Little Rascals Pre-Prep for approximately eighteen months and absolutely loves it.

Lots to do there – all the rooms are well set up for playtime, and there’s consistently lots of enjoyable activities for them too! Really cheerful with Little Rascals.

April 28, 2025 at 2:03 pmMy son attended Little Rascals in 2021 after we moved into the area but he was so unhappy there that we withdrew him after a few months. At his previous childcare centre, he skipped into the door happily, as he does at his current one. Not so at Little Rascals. Every day he asked not to go there. We never really got to the bottom of what the problem was as he would not tell us (despite being an open and chatty kid) but we suspect there was some bullying or at least exclusionary behaviour from the other kids.
His key person was very nice but other team were unimpressive, especially those in management. The settling-in process was incredibly disorganised – I was invited in on a day when all the kids there were leaving to go to school, his key person wasn’t there, and all team who were there had resigned and would not be there when he started. Very unsettling.
This childcare centre seems glossy on the surface but the substance doesn’t match. I would not suggest this childcare centre to anyone.

The way they have handled covid has been incredibly reassuring. My daughter comes away from childcare centre cheerful, full of stories and exhausted from such a enjoyable day! Thank you for making the process easy and stress-free for me to return to work knowing my kid is secure with you. I can not suggest Little Rascals pre-prep enough.

Thank you for looking after her so well. My daughter loved her time at pre-prep.

July 6, 2025 at 6:33 pmI received daily information on what she has been doing from the lovely team each day, which I found very supportive as I can talk to her about her day. She is so excited to go to childcare centre each day, she even asks on Saturday if is it a childcare centre day.
The team and management are very compassionate and supportive when settling my daughter into the childcare centre. They have a lovely outdoor space and large classrooms. My daughter started at Little Rascals Pre-Prep this September.
