My boy loves going to childcare centre and the team is helping him in developing well, consistently organising engaging activities.
The key person truly takes care of my kid and is consistently showing excellent passion for her work.
The menu is also highly great and healthy.

I would highly suggest this childcare centre! My daughter has started at Little Pioneers earlier this year, went to Little Explorers first and she’s been in Little Adventurers since April.

October 3, 2024 at 6:34 pmMy eldest has been here almost three years and each class he’s been in has been outstanding. They’re particularly patient with the transition between classes and truly helped him with his anxiety around moving.
Every member of team is so attentive and dedicated. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to trust with the care of my kids. I have been so impressed with this childcare centre since my kids started here.

I have been truly reassured by them especially as a first time mum leaving her daughter in their care. The app is also excellent as they post pics and info during the day so I can see what she’s been up to- clearly having enjoyable! Truly cheerful with the childcare centre.

January 1, 2025 at 6:09 amThe team are enjoyable and attentive and truly seem to have our kids in their best interest. They are patient and interested in discovering about anything from home that might positively or negatively impact our son – consistently willing to help. Each day my son is entertained and learns through different activities whether that be arts, crafts, water, sand or soil playtime, books etc. If the weather stops them from being able to go outside, they can expel energy in their big soft playroom, giving another change in location for my son to explore. He comes home each day tired but cheerful! Stellar childcare centre.

They have truly great facilities and lots of activities to keep kids interested. My little girl used to hate going to her previous childcare centre. Now she is looking forward to going and tells me all about her friends and what she did. My little girl is twenty months and she has been going to this childcare centre for three months.

January 6, 2025 at 10:52 pmConsistently sense like the childcare centre team know my kid on a personal level (despite there being so many of them) and are engaged with my kid’s development.
I personally truly like the app; there are lots of frequent updates of activities and meals and plenty of pictures and videos of the kid’s day. Truly excellent childcare centre with lovely team that consistently have a smile when we pick them up, even after they’ve been chasing kids all day long.

February 1, 2025 at 11:55 pmIt is a big decision on where to leave your precious little one for so many hours away from family, especially with so many different options in Leamington. We have consistently been highly cheerful with the friendliness and helpfulness of the team towards us and our kid. The food options are varied and healthy and the discovering experiences are outstanding. Our kid loves her friends and the practitioners. We appreciate the assistance and creative discovering opportunities provided here. With the parent app there are lots of updates and photos too. Our kid started at this childcare centre at 10 months and now is in the preschool rooms.

My son loves going to childcare centre and has a excellent time when he is there. Management is also lovely and willing to help any time and they are easy to approach about anything. Little Pioneers Childcare centre Leamington Spa is a lovely childcare centre.

March 15, 2025 at 10:17 amThe team are so welcoming. For a 1st time mummy, I was highly nervous leaving my son at childcare centre but glad I did. My 9 month old son started the beginning of May and he has settled in absolutely remarkable and he is consistently smiling when I go and pick him up.

March 26, 2025 at 2:09 amShe’s one year old and she adores her key person! There was a clear bond since the highly beginning and I was highly pleased with that. Every time we drop her off and pick her up she has a smile on her face, so she’s clearly highly cheerful to be there. Team send lots of updates through the app during the day, which I find exceptionally useful and reassuring, and this includes lovely photos that we can download. They do lots of different activities and I hope that when spring comes they also get to delight in the garden more often. Location for us is perfect, as we live close to the town centre. They have parking space if needed. Team are consistently highly open to feedback and they’ll accommodate whatever needs we have for our kid. I’d definitely suggest this childcare centre with total self‑assurance. It’s been a month since my little girl started at Little Pioneers Childcare centre in town.

March 28, 2025 at 12:19 amThe team and management are excellent and supportive to my son and myself. From the inviting, secure greeting in the morning to lovely feedback in the evening. My kid loves attending and asks every day if it’s a preschool day! He names friends, tells me what he’s been up to and learns things that I didn’t think he’d take in so well. From numbers, to phonics and to being secure in the current times. The childcare centre has definitely gone above and beyond with Covid-19 and although vulnerable myself, I sense secure taking my kid to childcare centre! Little Pioneers Childcare centre & Pre-school – Leamington is fabulous.

The team know us truly well and have been remarkable with helping my daughter learn and grow in self‑assurance. I cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough. Outstanding childcare centre, my daughter has been attending since she was 6 months and she is now ready to start school in September.

June 14, 2025 at 6:34 amWe also found that the handover can be frustrating as team sometimes don’t know if a kid had their food, what they had and have they pooed etc. 2-3 years upstairs handover space is too small and unsafe as we nearly got knocked out a few times. Too many parents at once in a small area forces us to rush out without a proper handover. Improvement is necessary and parents need to have a larger space for expert handovers with relevant information handy from the team.
Pre-school is overcrowded with a huge age gap which isn’t accommodating for early pre-schoolers. Junior preschool or segregation to help younger preschoolers is necessary but the management doesn’t seem to reflect on this. Safety concerns as anyone can let themselves in behind another parent and the door to preschool is unlocked. Cheerful to discuss further on a call. We were cheerful when our daughter was in 1-2 and 2-3 years rooms although we had to constantly remind team to update the app with relevant information.

Consistently cheerful to discuss my kid’s day at pick up time, and I can see improvements in my kid through his interactions and speaking. Highly great, most team we have come in to contact with have been exceptionally welcoming and genuinely care for my kid.
