September 6, 2024 at 3:19 amMy daughter is well looked after and she is cheerful arriving at childcare centre which is probably the best feedback. The Famly App is reassuring to keep us updated on some aspects of her day. I’m never quite sure about the activities she is doing or what she is discovering, or even struggling with and sense the App could be used to provide some of this information which is invaluable to parents. We used to get weekly updates on what our kid’s room had been working on during the week but unfortunately, that stopped a while ago. It’s difficult to comment on some of the points below such as resources and cleanliness as due to the pandemic I haven’t had the opportunity to see inside. The wraparound for local Primary Schools does seem truly limited which is unfortunate. Excellent team who are consistently welcoming, welcoming and answer any questions I may have.

September 10, 2024 at 2:14 pmThey delight in going to childcare centre and will be incredibly sad when the go to school. They have been inclusive in my journey as a parent using cloth nappies and adapting menus to suit my kid’s dietary needs. Only small problem is the daily stuff isn’t consistently uploaded to the Famly app consistently. But aside from that the whole team are fantastic and have taken excellent care of my kid. Little inspirations has been incredibly supportive from the moment my kid started.

September 26, 2024 at 1:24 pmOnly managed a month and then we had to keep him home for lockdown. I had a phone call halfway through lockdown to see how we were managing and getting on and that they couldn’t wait for him to go back.
Since being back July 2020 he has loved every minute. He has been coming home with lots of arts and crafts. They keep the app up to date so we can see what his eating and napping is like throughout the day.
They’ve been working truly hard to keep everyone secure during this rough time but still keeping it as normal as possible for the kids. My son has been going to Little Inspirations Newport since February 2020.

October 23, 2024 at 10:18 amOur son started whilst we were in the pandemic and so we were worried about how he would be, and whilst it got off to a rocky start with some staffing issues, after management took over it has got better and better. We moved out of the immediate area and so it would have been easier for us to change nurseries but we decided to stay and also put our daughter into Little Inspirations Day Childcare centre – Newport as well. She has been well cared for and loves going for the 2 days a week. I think the fact that I and many other parents trust Little Inspirations Day Childcare centre – Newport with our most precious loved ones says it all. Both our kids have thrived at Little Inspirations Day Childcare centre – Newport.

November 14, 2024 at 5:10 amHe has come on so much and he absolutely loves it. They have done so well in terms to COVID. I am so cheerful with the childcare centre and would 100% suggest. My son started in September 2020, the team have been remarkable since day 1.

December 17, 2024 at 9:25 amTeam are attentive and attentive, and the childcare centre is a truly nurturing setting. There is a wide range of educational activities and a great variety of healthy meals and snacks, freshly cooked on the premises each day.
Safeguarding and updates with parents is second to none and I adore following my little boys day on the parent app, seeing when he’s eaten, been changed or had a little sleep. The team also send pictures on the app to you too, which is a lovely extra touch, especially in these times.
All in all, I can’t praise the childcare centre and the lovely team highly enough, and I am highly pleased that there was space for my little boy this year. My little girl used to attend Little Inspirations before coronavirus and consistently enjoyed her time here, so when it was time for our 1 year old son to start childcare centre Little Inspirations was our first choice.

Be aware; management (out of childcare centre) are highly slow to assistance these team and cut every corner possible. Updates is poor from the same people.
They pay team minimum wage – which is the same at most nurseries, but they do not reward their hard work. Why follow when you can lead? Pay team better and naturally you will get better team and happier parents.
Apart from that – the childcare centre is excellent, a bit old and needs work done but again management will not be doing this anytime soon! They depend on their team doing goodwill gestures. Team are fab, kids adore them.

The team are incredible, so attentive and expert – I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough! Both my daughters attend the childcare centre they are 4 and 2.

April 2, 2025 at 12:39 amThey provide nice handovers too, about their day, and how they’ve been. Overall cheerful. Lovely nursey, all the team are truly welcoming, my little ones consistently come home full of smiles, and the pictures they provide consistently shows him cheerful too.
