She is developing exceptionally well both academically and socially. She feels cheerful and reassured and has an admirable relationship with all team including the Childcare centre Manager. Updates with parents is great. The small family sense works well for our daughter’s personality, as she can sometimes be overwhelmed with lots of new faces/large spaces. The team are expert and it is clear to see they genuinely adore working at the childcare centre. My daughter loves Brentford Day Childcare centre.

The childcare centre has been so attentive and supportive of my son and myself and my partner. He has settled well and really enjoys his time at the childcare centre. Updates is remarkable and I’m so glad we chose The Brentford Day Childcare centre! Thank you! My little boy could not be in better hands.

The standard of care has been consistently outstanding, with each of our sons’ key workers providing stellar care. One keyworker has almost been adopted into our family due to the time and energy she has put into shaping our eldest and two other team members continue to be a inviting and enthusiastic influence on our youngest, who has flourished whilst there. The outdoor space and inventive ways adopted by this team of team are such a find in a busy location like Brentford and the standards of care relating to safety and first aid are beyond those we’ve found amongst those of our friends’ childcare choices. Additionally, team turnover is low, allowing continuity for our little one but when new team do arrive, they are well qualified, energetic and well‑informed. They are led by the manager who is brilliantly organised and consistently expert and generous with her time. I hugely suggest them all. Both of our young sons have attended this fantastic childcare centre, the eldest since he was 9 months old.

My daughter started in February 2022 and has settled in so well. The settling-in period was so hard for myself and my daughter but the team were incredible, I didn’t think she would settle but she did! The team have got to know her so well, she gets so excited in the mornings knowing she is going to be spending her day with her childcare centre family. There are consistently enjoyable activities throughout the days and they even have Spanish lessons! I don’t think she ever has time to get bored. I get a daily update from the team on how her day went and they are consistently cheerful to chat. My daughter has never been great at eating proper meals but somehow she eats 2 portions almost every day! We have been sent an updated 3 weekly menu of what is served and it’s like a posh restaurant. I wish I could have my lunch there! Very healthy, balanced meals. While at work, I never have to worry about her as I know she is well looked after, well fed and very cheerful. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough.

He walks in and doesn’t look back. He’s also consistently cheerful when we pick him up. Our son is our first kid, we had a month of settling in which other nurseries don’t offer but it meant that we felt comfortable leaving him. The childcare centre communicates well with us and lets us know of anything they pick up whilst our son is with them, e.g. teething, or a cold. We are really pleased our son is in a secure and loving place. He has also learned and developed so much in his time there. My son is incredibly cheerful at The Brentford Day Childcare centre.

I find management responsive and attentive, the daily logs with descriptions of activities are very useful as well as the time educators spend at pick up to talk us through how the day went. I’d like to see pictures more often, but I understand team are busy, but probably more than this, I’d adore the opportunity to visit and get a better idea of how my kid interacts with activities and people. Two team members, in particular, are very attentive and affectionate, but I’m glad that my kid seems cheerful with each and all. My kid started attending in Sept 2022 with an outstanding settling in period and approach.

I have never worried about the safety of my kid rather she wishes to go and spend time with her friends and educators every single day (weekends as well) developing social and academic skills which, we can see in real-time development. Truly forming bonds with the team and kids that I dread the day she will eventually have to leave. The facilities are immaculate, the activities are abundant. But the team really are the game changer. The most patient and compassionate people I am personally yet to meet where there have been many an occasion where they went above and beyond for me and my family personally. I could not think of a better institution and people to look after and be with our kids in the most crucial years of their lives and am grateful. Brentford day childcare centre is an organisation which I can confidently say has surpassed and leapt over every expectation I had of them.

The settling-in period was long enough for both her and myself to get used to the new setting. I felt reassured that she was in great hands and the updates was exceptional. The team in the baby room are very welcoming, I really delight in chatting to them about my daughter’s day during the pickup time. I can see that my baby is kept entertained and she is discovering new skills. Management are also very welcoming, they engage with both kids and parents. A excellent place for the little ones! My 1-year-old daughter really enjoys her time in the childcare centre.

After joining from another local Childcare centre that closed down, I could immediately see the difference and professionalism in the team. My son is 2 and has developmental delays, the team here have given me and my son excellent assistance and guidance and also have done everything possible to settle my little one. I can’t thank the team enough! Really pleased with this Childcare centre!

He has been finding it hard but with the help of the remarkable team he is now settling in well.

The team are consistently welcoming, polite and informative. Nothing is an issue for them and they already have a close bond with our son.

Im looking forward to them developing our son in this stage of his life and I couldn’t suggest them enough. Our son has been going to childcare centre since his settling in days in December and 3 days per week from January.
