Little Cubs Academy Honor Oak, Forest Hill Nursery & Pre-School

We couldn’t be happier with the decision. The childcare centre team are inviting and welcoming and my daughter has created a lovely bond with them all. Out of number of visits made to the other nurseries in Forest Hill, we felt right at home at Little Cubs the moment we walked in. A lovely childcare centre that I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest! We had recently moved to the Forest Hill area and chose Little Cubs Academy Honor Oak Childcare centre for our daughter.

The team at the childcare centre are so attentive and welcoming, they have consistently made our family sense comfortable and at home. Our son loves going to childcare centre and has learnt so much from being there, he has come out of his shell and is more confident in social settings Our son goes to Little Cubs Academy’s childcare centre in Forest Hill and I could not suggest them enough!

But it becomes a lot easier when I’m dropping my daughter at Little Cubs Academy in Honor Oak Park. There are so many excellent things about the place – its inviting and inviting setting, the activities and style of developmental engagement, the healthy, home-cooked meals, the updates with parents and use of the Famly app. But the thing that’s most important to me, and clearly has had the biggest impact on my daughter, is the relationship with the people who work there. They have built a deep and personalised relationship with her, and she is thriving because she is being supported, nurtured and cared for in such a genuine way. It may be hard to leave her each morning, but when she gets home energised and cheerful from a excellent day at childcare centre, I know we’re doing the right thing! I think my journey is like that of a lot of parents – it’s incredibly hard to leave my kid when I have to go to work each day.

What a remarkable place. We looked at so many nurseries for our son, and yours is the best we looked at. Your excellent reputation does you justice. Keep up the great work. Thank you Little Cubs for the incredible job you do.

Obviously being a lockdown baby he has had highly little contact with others outside our home. The team at Little Cubs have been remarkable allowing our little one, now only 4 weeks in, to sense right at home. We have already noticed a leap in their development and this is down to the activities that are being offered and the loving care they receive on a day to day basis.
All members of team are available to talk through worries/concerns or just answer any question no matter how silly they may seem. Every drop off and pick up we are welcomed with a huge welcoming smile, which is something we have benefited from over the past few weeks.
The setting and space that the childcare centre has is remarkable, it has truly taken into account the level of development for each room age. The outdoor area that is available is remarkable for explorers of all ages. Our little one (11 months) recently started at Little Cubs.

The team there take truly great care of the kids, they all are highly cheerful, which leads to cheerful parents! What a relief when you know you are leaving your precious kid in great hands, this definitely helps to have a day apart from your kid. I would deeply suggest Little Cubs as it is a fantastic childcare centre.

We could not suggest them more and have done so to multiple friends and family in search of childcare locally. The team’s attention and care to the kids are obvious and how they have the energy at the end of the day to give each parent a debrief of their kid’s day, I don’t know – but I commend them! They truly understand the challenges of being a working parent and the reassurances we need to know our kid is in the best care whilst we are at work. After a brief stint at another childcare centre which was not a great fit for us, we were so grateful for the Little Cubs team and how they accommodated us and truly engaged with and cared for our son – we truly witnessed him thrive in his time there. We will miss it! Our son attended Little Cubs academy from the age of one to three and a half years and it’s only because we were moving out of London that we reluctantly had to take him out!

Such welcoming, bubbly team and a personal touch that is second to none. Consistently a daily debrief of the days activities with every parent and knowledge of all aspects of their day is fed back. Plus – adore the app to see pictures during the day! Incredible!

The childcare centre also has excellent outdoor space. Our kids have been exceptionally cheerful throughout their time at Little Cubs. My son and daughter have attended Little Cubs Academy in Honor Oak and our journey with the childcare centre has been exceptional.

The childcare centre is well managed, the food is great and – most importantly – my kids have been in the care of fantastic team.

I was highly nervous about her starting childcare centre but she has absolutely flourished. The care in the baby room was beyond what I expected. We were kept up to date with phone calls and photos, and we even got some laminated pictures of her doing some artwork which are now pride of place in the kitchen.
This was the first time my daughter had ever truly been apart from her parents, but she settled in exceptionally quickly. I put this down to the adore and care shown to her by the team at Little Cubs. She naps truly well there and the food she is given looks delicious and highly healthy and varied.
I can’t suggest enough this childcare centre! Our daughter started at Little Cubs Honor Oak Park in March 2021 when she was 12 months old.
