Kindred Winterbourne Earls Day Nursery and Pre-School

The team are consistently highly welcoming, calm, patient and exceptionally hard working (I couldn’t do what you ladies do – bless you all!) I sense confident saying that my son has developed and progressed so well these past 2 years with the help of everyone at Kindred. My son has been at Kindred for 2 years and honestly, he has been so cheerful with everything there, as have I.

On visiting Kindred it was just clear it was the right choice and thing to do for him! It put all my worries at ease. The ladies are excellent, the app is fab too and I adore keeping updated on his day. He consistently runs out full of laughter and happiness telling me all about his day. Lovely childcare centre and I’m so pleased my boy is getting the best start with them. I was also highly nervous about my little boy starting childcare centre and the two previously visited he clung to me and sobbed and that was only a visit with me!

She has been there for one year now. I sense highly comfortable leaving her in their highly capable hands. The Famly app is outstanding and is kept up to date. Updates at pick-up and drop-offs is excellent. We have consistently been notified about any accidental bumps/illnesses/etc highly promptly and dealt with professionally. We absolutely adore the childcare centre, and so does our daughter!

It is well run and most team are welcoming and willing to engage with us. The food is exceptionally great and fresh, cooked on site. The childcare centre appears well run and responds to questions quickly. I would ideally like there to be a bigger range of activities available. Some nurseries offer things like cooking or swimming for instance, as well as trips offsite. Overall, the standard of care is great and now that Covid-19 restrictions are released we are starting to be able to go into childcare centre again for events, which is lovely, and these events are well organised. We get excellent observations from the team and adore this insight into what the kids do. I have two small negatives, one criticism would be the number of our kids’s clothes that go missing, despite having names in, and the other is that sometimes drop off and pick up can be highly slow and inefficient. However, overall we would suggest this as a welcoming and attentive childcare centre. We have two kids here and they are cheerful and settled.

My daughter is highly cheerful at Kindred Winterbourne Earls Day Childcare centre and Pre-School and is discovering lots and her self‑assurance is growing. I sense highly confident in the team to leave my kid in their care. Overall we are highly cheerful with our journey at Kindred. The team are excellent, welcoming and dedicated to the kids.

My kid comes out cheerful everyday and there are frequent updates about what they get up to each day. They also spend lots of time focusing on the development of each kid and look for input from home to make them individualised. Lots of outdoor space and promotion of outdoor activity which is excellent. A fantastic setting, with welcoming attentive team who go above and beyond.

Since my daughter started a few months ago we have just loved the childcare centre even more as she is consistently cheerful to run in to see her friends and the incredible ladies that take care of her. She has freshly prepared home-cooked meals each day she is in along with snacks which is excellent for me as it is less cooking for me and I know she is well fed. The childcare centre has also been excellent with supporting us as my daughter starts to toilet train and making sure she is taken regularly to try and making it a cheerful positive journey for her. They are excellent at supporting and continuing our home routine at the childcare centre making it a home away from home where we sense secure and confident leaving our daughter with people who truly care about them. I couldn’t suggest a better place! We fell in adore with Kindred Winterbourne from our first viewing, from the open-ended toys to the multiple gardens for my little one to explore!

The team are fabulous and go above and beyond to ensure she’s settled, cheerful and content at childcare centre. My daughter has a dairy allergy which the childcare centre supports 100%, providing oat milk and alternative foods for her to ensure she’s not excluded. The app we use between the childcare centre and home is remarkable and highly interactive, her father and I adore being able to see regular photos and updates from her key person. Thank you Kindred Winterbourne for consistently being fab. My daughter joined the childcare centre back in January 2022 when she was 1 year old.

She loves the variety in playtime spaces and activities. On Tuesdays they have an outside ballet teacher come in to teach the kids – without any extra charge. The meals are all freshly prepared and cooked on site which provides a whole balanced and nutritious meal. My daughter loves her educators – she enjoys all the activities that are carefully thought out to be engaging and educational. I know when my daughter starts primary school in September Kindred Winterbourne Earls will have prepared her for her new adventure. I will consistently thank them for the care and adore they show my daughter – and us as her parents My 3 year old daughter currently attends Woodlands Room and it’s remarkable.

I highly much enjoyed using the app and being kept informed of all his daily activities. And we were so impressed with the special days you carried out for the kids, outdoor facilities and special events held throughout the year.
But most of all, I want to praise your incredibly committed members of team, who have all left a lasting impression with us. Mums can be the most difficult people to deal with, yet nothing has ever been too much for your team to put in place in my son’s daily routine with you. One could consistently see the genuine dedication and attentive nature all your members of team had towards the kids, real assets to your organization! Thank you all for helping my son grow and blossom into the confident and cheerful kid that he has become.
