Kids Planet Great Sankey

I am very happy about the progress that my children made in English and Math. My children are very happy when they are going to the nursery. Staff are always very helpful and we communicate a lot. They always give some advice if I need.

My daughter has been looked after almost every day for 4 years and the service is amazing. Dad and I have never had a complaint. We’re all very sad she’s leaving but her brother is joining soon and we can’t wait to start the journey again.

I absolutely love this nursery and would recommend it to anyone. All staff are friendly and welcoming. The children have a great mix of learning and play. The menu is varied and nutritious. Management welcomes any comments or suggestions and it feels like a family. We’ll be really sad when our daughter starts school and we no longer need to go there!

My child can be very anxious when going into nursery, the staff always notice when my child is having this moment and straight away jump in to support us and my child.
Both of my boys have attended this nursery and I can never recommend it enough. The team always greet us and are always available to help or chat.
It’s very clear that this nursery’s mission is to be here for the kids as a priority and help them grow and learn.

Excellent response to unwell child. Gave infant suspension medicine and kept us informed.

My little girl has been at this nursery for a few months and she loves it. The facilities are great and the staff are so friendly. The food sounds lovely and she is always busy with different activities.

My daughter loves coming to nursery I know she is in safe hands, it was hard knowing I would have to leave her whilst I went back to work after maternity leave but got lots of reassurance from staff and the manager.
The staff are all friendly and approachable and she has good relationships with the staff.
I couldn’t imagine sending my daughter anywhere else.

A wonderful and inclusive nursery with hard working, caring and dedicated staff. My son who has additional needs is well looked after, nurtured and always included in nursery life. The room team are amazing with him, especially his key worker, and best of all he is happy being at nursery and with the staff and the activities they do. My younger son has just started the nursery and the baby room staff again are very kind, nurturing and thorough with their care. I am confident in leaving both my sons in the care of the fabulous staff at Kids Planet Great Sankey.

My daughter was in the initial cohort of toddlers to join Kids Planet Great Sankey and thrived throughout her time in nursery/pre-school. Recently, my son joined Kids Planet and the high quality of care and dedication is impressive. I couldn’t be happier with how approachable and reassuring the staff are. Communication is key and Kids Planet excels in ensuring that both home and nursery are working together to strive for the best levels of care for each child.

My children have been at Kids Planet for a few years now and they enjoy attending. The nursery is in a nice setting and all of the staff are really lovely and obviously care about the children. Generally, we are happy with the nursery, however, prices have gone up quite steeply year on year, the food quality appears to have declined and staff turnover seems to be increasing which is unsurprising as I don’t feel the pay/flexibility the staff get (including management) is likely to reflect the responsibility, hard work and commitment to their role.
