Description
Our purpose-built East Sheen nursery is located on Upper Richmond Road West, in the heart of the town centre. The nursery is open all year round from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Christmas week and bank holidays), and provides childcare and education for babies and young children from three months to five years old.
Our fees include a nursery backpack and all meals and extracurricular activities.
We understand that choosing a nursery for your child is one of the most challenging decisions you will have to make. Therefore, it is important that you visit different nurseries in the area to find the one that’s right for you. The team are truly supportive and informative. They keep us up to date on our daughter’s development and send lots of pictures on the app.
The food consistently seems highly healthy and our daughter enjoys it. Our daughter loves going to childcare centre here.

The team are so welcoming and attentive, my daughter often comes home and chats about the team and her friends at childcare centre. They truly care about whether the kids are cheerful there and try to make it enjoyable within a attentive setting. Cannot suggest them enough and I am consistently singing their praises to anyone that will listen. Our daughter has been attending Kids Inc in East Sheen since July 2020 and she absolutely loves going there.

All staffs are super welcoming and the preschool education is remarkable. I’ve had 2 kids in the childcare centre and have been cheerful with the care.

They took covid secure but supportive actions to ensure that our son and I felt at ease with the settling process and went above and beyond what we felt other nurseries had offered. The team have been highly supportive and welcoming and we can see that our son loves his days here. Our son started here earlier this year aged 15 months after we felt unhappy with the settling-in process offered by another childcare centre.

December 26, 2024 at 2:12 pmBoth girls built excellent relationships with their key workers, indeed with all of the Kids Inc team. Feedback, particularly the quarterly letters, truly gave the sense that team know the kids highly well and are highly committed to their development. There is a real sense of community at the childcare centre. Both my daughters attended Kids Inc childcare centre and we were truly pleased with the care they received – particularly the phonics and numeracy focus in preschool.

They run in the morning without looking back and come out in the afternoons smiling and laughing – for them to be cheerful is our priority. The team in the pre-school room set the kids up brilliantly for school. It is the team that make this childcare centre what it is, and I hope the company realise how lucky they are to have such a dedicated team. We have had kids at this childcare centre since August 2018.

Our daughter has developed brilliantly over the last 18 months that she has been there. Our daughter is highly cheerful at this childcare centre.

February 14, 2025 at 8:49 amThe staffing has been consistent and the educators in each room are remarkable and show that they care about her as an individual as they are able to report her strengths back and understand her behaviour. She loves the food they provide for her; the chef is excellent!
They keep her cheerful every day and I’m highly grateful for that. I am sad that we will have to leave childcare centre for Primary School as it has been so reassuring to know my daughter is well cared for during her time at Kids Inc East Sheen. My daughter loves attending Kids Inc East Sheen – every day she takes part in different activities which are shared with me through an app.

April 27, 2025 at 2:09 pmOur daughter has been attending full-time for over a year now and she loves her time there which is the number one thing for us – she is cheerful when we drop her off and cheerful when we collect her. The difference in her development from almost the day she started there was remarkable and it seems as though she has new skills every day (and not ones that Mum and Dad have taught her!).
The team are also remarkable and the team is led with so much pro-activity, consistently coming up with new ways to enhance the days for the kids and to build a community around the childcare centre – there is a book swap and a clothes swap which is exceptional.
We spent so long deciding which childcare centre would be best for our daughter and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The childcare centre is a remarkable facility with so many things on offer for the kids to do.

The team are remarkable, so compassionate and thoughtful, and her days are consistently full of enjoyable activities. Highly suggest. Our daughter recently started at Kids Inc (at 14 months old) and absolutely loves it.

May 15, 2025 at 9:00 amWhat I adore most about this childcare centre is its relatively small and intimate size, despite our son being in the baby room he seems familiar with most of the kids and all of the team and all the groups eat breakfast together in the morning. He is currently transitioning to the next room and it’s been seamless, which is a real testament to his self‑assurance in the team members. Despite COVID and its challenges, the team have managed to maintain a close relationship with the parents and we sense highly much kept in the loop about the developments of our son, despite not being able to enter the premises. Would suggest this childcare centre to any local parent! Our son has been going to Kids Inc Sheen since Sep-20, when he was 10 months, and we couldn’t be more cheerful with our choice for this childcare centre, he settled in so quickly and the team have been incredible with supporting him in his overall development, taking his first steps and saying his first words.

My kids have been so cheerful there and, despite there not truly being any green space, they do have an outdoor playtime area which the kids adore. Both of my kids attend Kids Inc and it has consistently provided excellent meals, prompt responses to emails and concerns and welcoming team.

The facilities seem highly great and we like the fact it’s all on one level. The manager does an outstanding job running this childcare centre ably supported by the wider team.
Our daughter cannot wait to go in every morning and comes out at the end of the day with a big smile on her face!
