The team are consistently responsive to our needs and queries whatever they may be about. We also appreciated the assistance and care during the Covid pandemic. All the team have worked above and beyond to make sure that the care and well-being of the kids there is the number one priority, as well as supporting the parents during what has been a tough and scary time for everyone. His brother also attended the nursey for 3-years. it is highly spotless, and the team are expert and attentive. I never worry when I drop my son off and if I have any concerns about anything, it is highly easy to approach them, It is like a second home. I sense that he is now ready to go to school and Kiddi Caru played a big role. My son attended Kiddi Caru Wellingborough from when he was 9 months old until he joined the school in September.

The only point we want to suggest to the management is to analyze the possibility not to charge for the meals when the kids are absent, for example travelling on a short vacation, and the management can be informed, for example, one month in advance. Thank you highly much. They have a highly great service, and our daughter is highly cheerful there, and she has made visible development with her updates skills.

The team in the emerald room and diamond room are incredible with the kids. Would definitely suggest. No issues with this childcare centre at all, my daughter loved her time there and I would suggest in the future.

We are well informed of events the childcare centre room is taking part in, such as World Book Day and can view our kid’s care diary on the online app and receive a notebook each day with how our daughter has been throughout the day. We are highly cheerful with the care our daughter has received. We would definitely suggest. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre for ten months now, and it’s the best decision we have made.

She’s becoming a proper little person and we couldn’t thank anyone but this childcare centre and the carers in her room. We looked around this childcare centre once and we could tell it was the place to enrol her too, she enjoys it so much that when we go to pick her up she doesn’t even realise we’re there because she’s too busy playing or singing along. My daughter only started in February and since then her words have become more clear and she’s learnt so many more that we didn’t even know she knew!

I find all of the team welcoming and engaging. The updates from childcare centre to home is highly great and I am consistently made to sense comfortable when I drop my daughter off and pick her her. The management team are excellent and this reflects on the positive setting that the childcare centre has. I consistently sense confident that my daughter will be fine when I leave and can see how much the key workers and team embrace her character and encourage her to be the little explorer that she is. I would suggest this childcare centre to all parents. I am highly cheerful with my choice of childcare centre for my daughter.
