My first encounter was highly encouraging and had to drop all my other options. The setting compared to others was welcoming. The childcare centre time allocations also suited my needs and all team members have been highly supportive. They are flexible and now that I am a student, I have been given an opportunity to ask for help when needed and they are more than cheerful to assistance me. Honestly, I have not regretted my choice and I am cheerful to have my kid attend the childcare centre. I discovered Kangaroo Pouch Day Childcare centre when I needed help with my kid.

Team are highly welcoming and my kids are highly cheerful there.
The facilities and outside space are excellent.
The drop off and late collection times can be highly handy for parents like myself who work long hours. Highly cheerful with service provided.

However, every member of team have been so lovely and welcoming and truly took a massive weight off my shoulders knowing every time I drop my son off he will be in the best care possible. He has only been here a short while and I am already seeing excellent improvement in my son’s speech and knowledge. I am updated throughout the day which is ideal as I can see what he has eaten, when he has slept and what enjoyable he is up to etc. This childcare centre is highly spotless, spacious and has highly high safeguarding standards. I can’t fault it at all and would suggest to anyone looking to give their kid the best start to their education in a home-from-home setting. My son has started Kangaroo Pouch Willenhall recently, due to covid he had never left my side before going here.

All team involved in her care have been incredible. She needs additional assistance and team have been accommodating and provide her with exceptional assistance and take things at her pace, which is proving to be a big help, as I can see improvements in her development in such a short space of time. My daughter started at Kangaroo Pouch in September 2019, I have nothing but excellent things to say.

I moved both of my kids from an Ofsted rated “great” childcare centre to Kangaroo Pouch.
As a teacher and mother, I cannot understand the Ofsted rating of this childcare centre. My kids adore coming here. They come home and draw lovely pictures of their friends and the team.
I personally know 2 team members at this childcare centre and sense absolutely confident that my kids are cheerful here. We sometimes see team members outside of childcare centre and my kids run to them with laughs and smiles!
I joke that my son is cheating on me because he comes home smelling of the perfume of the team he has been cuddling!
If you want your kids in a secure setting where the team genuinely adore and care for the kids then this is the childcare centre for you!
As a single working mother, I often sense guilty for leaving my kids in order to work. The attentive and attentive team at Kangaroo Pouch have been a lifeline for me. I sense confident that the team genuinely adore the kids. I adore this childcare centre.

He is consistently highly cheerful when I drop him off. All the team are exceptionally welcoming, especially the manager, and I am confident he is in secure and attentive hands each time I leave him. The childcare centre is spotless and spacious with a variety of playtime areas for the kids. My son takes part in a range of different activities and is consistently showing me new things he has learnt each day. My son started at this childcare centre just after his first birthday and has been looked after so well over the last 6 months.

Cheerful to help and assistance in many ways. Highly suggest to others, spotless and tidy rooms/childcare centre. Team are all truly welcoming and approachable.
