Julia Durbin Day Nursery (Oxford)

Their time at childcare centre has been invaluable – for their discovering/development and for me knowing they are secure and well looked after whilst I’m at work. this year our time at Julia Durbin Day Childcare centre (Oxford) will come to an end as my oldest kid starts school. We will miss everything about it but especially the team and friendships we have with the team. I can highly suggest Julia Durbin Day Childcare centre (Oxford) without hesitation. I have had two kids at Julia Durbin Day Childcare centre (Oxford) since 2017.

They keep the kids well-fed (breakfast, lunch, tea) and hydrated. There are plenty of enjoyable activities organised by the team to keep them entertained. It makes each day just that little bit special. They playtime and interact with mixed age groups and my kid’s vocabulary has expanded significantly thanks to Julia Durbin’s inviting and attentive educators. I am particularly pleased by the high quality and varied food and delight in the parent zone app where they upload pictures and summaries from the day’s activities. I highly suggest Julia Durbin Day Childcare centre and we will miss the lovely educators! Welcoming team that made my daughter’s stay at childcare centre and pre-school an absolute delight.

He’s made friends and developed hugely. Butterflies is a fantastic setting -my son is excited to go every morning and returns home with incredible stories of all he’s done.

Our oldest left a couple of years ago and our 18 month old started in the baby room when she was 5 months old. We came back because of our initial incredible journey and we have not been disappointed.
The team are attentive, compassionate, well‑informed and flexible with the kids. They are so approachable and welcoming with the parents and they work incredibly hard! They were so cheerful to accommodate our specific needs and have been excellent with changes.
My daughter is now in her second room and she absolutely loves being there! There’s a excellent outdoor space and the kids are out as much as they can be (weather dependent)! The kids have so many choices of playtime equipment, water playtime, sand pits, mobile scooters and other things it’s excellent. It’s also lovely to see the interaction of the bigger kids with the little ones in the outside garden.

The admin team are also exceptional and truly do make you sense welcome. Excellent childcare centre! We have been parents of the childcare centre for the last 6 years.

The range of activities for the kids are incredible, the team are welcoming and attentive, and the management are sensible, honest and trustworthy. I have two kids at the childcare centre in different rooms, and I couldn’t praise them highly enough. Would suggest it to anyone. Julia Durbin Day Childcare centre is a fantastic childcare centre.

He happily goes in and never wants to leave. Childcare centre has an incredible atmosphere, the facilities are excellent and the garden is fantastic. They cater for any particular needs and are highly cautious. Childcare centre organises many events for parents to join in as well, they also do charity events, and parents meetings. I particularly like the updates with photos we get in the app so we can see what they got up to that day. They definitely positively influenced my little one’s development and I would suggest the childcare centre to anyone. We absolutely adore the childcare centre and so does our little one.

They are highly cheerful there. They have been attending for just over three months. Team engagement with the kids, and us as parents has been remarkable. The facilities (both indoor and outdoor) in both of their rooms are exciting and engaging as are the team that care for them. There is a genuine sense that the team truly are invested in the progression of the kids which is such comfort to us. The catering is also incredible, the kids adore their food and the variety again is to be commended. We are highly cheerful. We are highly cheerful that our kids attend Julia Durbin Day Childcare centre (Oxford).

My kid has improved his speech, independence and ability to stay with others significantly. My daughter is absolutely enjoying it. They both adore going to the childcare centre which is a piece of mind when going to work.
Thank you Julia Durbin. I 100% suggest it to every single family out there. Julia Durbin has been exceptionally great at accommodating my kids after their previous childcare centre had closed down.

Exceptional team- attentive, organised and proactive. Updates is excellent. Lots of structured creative enjoyable activities in pre-school.
Would highly suggest it to anyone. We have had our two boys here for six months after coming from another childcare centre which was having problems.

The team are outstanding, the breadth of activities is impressive and the garden is fantastic. We know that our little boy is in fantastic hands and he loves attending childcare centre here.
