Jubilee Gems

Both of our boys went to Jubilee Gems, and we could not be happier with the care and education they received there. The manager and the team are brilliant, caring and supportive. There was never a day the boys did not want to go in and always had a smile when we picked them up. So sad our youngest is finishing this year to start school as we will miss the team there.

We are so pleased with the care our son receives at Jubilee Gems. The outdoor space is fantastic, and we love the access to the garden, mud kitchen and farm animals. The practitioners know our son so well, giving daily updates and thorough written reports, as well as parents open afternoons. All staff are friendly, welcoming and understanding. There is no request that has been too much, everything is always met with a smile and willingness to do the best for the children. The menu is varied and there is a focus on healthy eating with lots of fruit and vegetables. Would highly recommend.

Not only does our son absolutely adore his time there and all the incredible staff but the team go above and beyond to support the parents too. We couldn’t be happier and more reassured that it is a safe, fun and creative environment.

We absolutely love Jubilee Gems. All the staff are extremely friendly and it’s clear they are passionate about their work. I have a little one in Sapphires and Tiny Twinkles and I’ve been so impressed with the level of care and feedback. My 3 year old moved nursery back in February and he settled in so quickly. I believe this is all due to the supportive staff. My eldest boy loves going to preschool and both kids always come home happy at the end of the day. We really enjoy looking at all the updates and pictures of what the kids get up to that day. The developmental reviews are also excellent with plenty of detail. I’m so grateful that my boys have been able to attend Jubilee Gems and I’m sad in a way that my eldest will be leaving soon to go to school. I wish he had more time at Jubilee Gems. Thank you to everyone at the nursery. You are all brilliant.

We feel so fortunate to have found Jubilee Gems and would recommend it highly. We have two children who have been through Gems, and they have loved it every day. The staff are incredible and genuinely care about all the children. The children get to spend so much time outdoors and are always busy doing and learning new things. Our children have made such good friends at Gems, and we are going to miss the team so much.

We cannot recommend this nursery and every single member of the staff, who are just incredible. Our son has come on leaps and bounds and is achieving things we never dreamt of.
We actually have just to cut a UK holiday slightly short as he was missing his room, practitioners and friends in Emeralds so much (despite being thoroughly spoilt with the best treat days out!).
The facilities and outdoor space are fantastic, and we couldn’t want for more.

This nursery is truly a magical place! Having recently moved to Jubilee Gems from another setting, we have been nothing but thrilled at the care our son is receiving. The thought and care that goes into the curriculum at pre-school are second to none. The staff are wonderful, and their attention to detail in terms of how they communicate with the children and parents alike is appreciated. The surroundings are beautiful, and any child would be lucky to attend this nursery!

Jubilee Gems is a first-class nursery. The staff make it! They are so caring and genuinely love the children they are looking after. The management team do their very best to be as flexible and helpful as possible – often helping me out massively. The fact you can book in 15-minute increments is fantastic, and also with it being term time but having the option of continuing through the holiday – brilliant! Can’t get more flexible than that. I think when a child is happy and secure, this will show in eating and naps. Our daughter has thrived at the nursery after starting at only four months old. We feel the staff are a huge part of the reason she is such a happy/content child. Never any tears at drop off, just a massive smile and reaching out for a cuddle from the room practitioners. The app they use for communication is incredible and constantly updated, which makes me feel so much better. They also were fantastic at supporting me with using pumped breast milk to continue breastfeeding.

My daughter attended Jubliee Gems from roughly 8 months old; she has progressed through all of the rooms to pre-school. The staff have been fantastic throughout her progression, assisting with milestones and offering great advice and insight as needed, going above and beyond. Jubilee Gems has always been flexible to suit our family needs with their ad-hoc booking system and school holiday cover, meaning we didn’t have to pay for childcare when it wasn’t needed but still had the flexibility to add additional hours, which I have found invaluable running a small business. The setting is great, and the children benefit from all of the outdoor activities within the Jubilee nurseries all year round, including a big field, and trips to the farm and forest school, which she absolutely loves. My daughter looks forward to attending and is progressing very well with learning, she really enjoys her time there, and she’s always happy when I pick her up with lots of stories to tell about her day.

The team at Jubilee Gems are absolutely wonderful. My children love attending here. They learn and experience so much and we have enjoyed watching them grow in confidence since they started. This month I got to attend a Daddy and Doughnuts event for Father’s Day which was wonderful to be a part of.
