Honey's Nest

Management are excellent, very friendly teachers and very understanding and supportive to myself as well as my son. Always looking for ways to support when possible. Sometimes the manager, as well as the teachers, assist me by giving me options of foods for my son’s lunch pack. My son now understands sharing with other children. He knows his letters, sounds and is good at counting etc.

The Honey’s Nest have been a fantastic pre-school for our eldest son. They helped settle him into a new routine very quickly and helped us big time with getting him to potty train!
We would recommend any parents to send their children to the Honey’s Nest. The Manager and the team are very friendly and have a great understanding of how toddlers work and think.
We are looking forward to sending our twin boys and our youngest lad, when they are old enough.

Would highly recommend Honey’s Nest – my 3-year-old child started at the nursery in between the first and second lockdown. Although I was not directly able to visit the nursery (online tour available), I felt confident it was the right nursery for my little boy. All staff go above and beyond to cater for the needs of every child both academically and socially (even during a pandemic, Santa was able to visit). My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting, having had some concerns at his 2.5-year review, he is now thriving and that is definitely down to the care he receives at Honey’s Nest.

My child loves going to nursery and has really come out of their shell since starting. They are always trying new things, which we get to see through the regular updates and photographs.
The time in which the staff take just to give daily reviews at the door show the level of care that goes into each and every child. It is wonderful to know that they have taken the time to really get to know each individual.
I am so impressed with the progress my child is making, and I cannot wait to see which new feats they conquer while at nursery.

My daughter started coming here from September 2021. Since then i have noticed a big positive change in her. They look after the children really well and make sure every one of them gets the best learning.
I am so happy i brought my daughter here. They do so many good things for the nursery. Great teacher and parent partnership feedback also as they always include us in lots of events.

My son started at Honeys Nest preschool in January. He had only just turned 2 but due to covid he had very little interaction with anyone his age and he was saying very little so I thought he would benefit from it. He goes 2 mornings a week. At first he was a little hesitant going in but now he runs in and he has absolutely flourished since starting there, now saying lots of different words and learning new things all the time. The staff are very friendly and nothing is any bother. Roll on January when he can go everyday!

This is an amazing nursery/pre-school. My child loves the teachers, activities and made a lot of friends there. Teachers are very encouraging in every way. Pre-school education is fantastic and my daughter always comes back home with something new he has learned. Teachers are very caring and approachable. My daughter is very fond of all of them, which is very reassuring for parents. We receive regular feedback with photos and progress information and children are rewarded for their work. My daughter adores being recognised for things she does well and they work on her strong points and make her thrive. Team are amazing at building a child’s confidence and social skills. I can see how my daughter flourished in the last year and a half and the nursery certainly contributed to that. Contact with management and availability is excellent.

I am relieved that my son is in a secure environment. The staff is well-trained, amiable and extremely flexible with my son’s routine. The activities at Honey’s Nest include painting, cooking, gardening, role-playing, singing, sports, dancing, and hatching duck eggs or butterflies. They also use a play-based interactive digital table where kids may learn about numbers and letters. The staff has the best methods and encouraged my son to be independent, establishing a pleasant environment so my son loves going in every morning without even saying goodbye. In addition, we received educational materials and weekly updates with photos and evaluations of my son’s development, staff also promptly let me know of any concerns. Most importantly, my eldest son attended the same nursery and misses both, the setting and the warmth of the employees, being sad about having to go to preschool. Overall, we are very pleased with the nursery and assured that our son is in the best hands.

Amazing nursery and staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. They genuinely care about the children in their care. We were nervous about switching nursery as my son had already made friends in his previous Nursery. The transition was seamless, all credit to the staff. The manager in particular is very responsive and always willing to help. Easily the best nursery in the area, from the resources they have for the children, to the way they communicate children’s development to parents online. Honey Nest gears children up with the tools they need to transition in school life. My son loved his graduation party, a really nice touch from the Honey Nest team. Thank you!
