Is my kid going to be cheerful? I can honestly say from the moment I walked in I wanted my son to go there. He’s been there 2 years now and absolutely loves it! He’s consistently cheerful and that puts me at ease whilst at work. All the team are incredible I literally can’t fault anything about them. My son loves all the girls that’s have helped him grow into a confident little boy. The food menu I get jealous over sometimes when I’m eating a sandwich and he’s got home-cooked meals and desserts. I have highly recommended Home from home to anyone who asks what childcare centre my son attends. During covid which was a hard time for everyone they went above and beyond to make sure all the kids and team were well looked after. I know my son is going to miss all the girls once he leaves to start school. I will miss them all as well. I can’t thank them all enough! 5* from myself and my boy. Finding a childcare centre can be daunting, mothers guilt kick in, is it the best place?

Every team member is exceptionally supportive and nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond every day. I can not believe how well the team know all the kids with their individual likes and dislikes. If my son is ever upset going (which isn’t often) they know exactly which team member to get and the right things to say to get him smiling and going in cheerful. He comes out every day smiling and cheerful and asks to see the team when at home. I couldn’t have picked a better childcare centre and will be devastated when my son has to leave. I could not suggest this childcare centre enough.

Both of us as parents and our daughter. She attends one day a week but absolutely loves the team and gets excited when they greet us at the door. The updates, the care, kindness and adore from the team are second to none. Not to mention the incredible app that gives me such a lovely picture of her day/how it’s going. I can’t thank you enough! We absolutely adore Home from Home.

It caters for the kids brilliantly. I adore that the team keep in touch throughout the day updating me in how my little boy is doing, what snack/food he has had and sending some photos of him. My little one has now started performing actions to songs and tries to sing along to them since attending the childcare centre. The team are so welcoming and are highly approachable. I can go to work knowing my little boy is in secure hands. I would definitely suggest! Home from Home Kids’s Day Childcare centre is a remarkable setting.

My daughter settled so quickly and the app with updates and photos reassure me too! They cater for her vegetarian diet and nothing is too much for the team, who are all super welcoming! I adore that they have an outdoor area and go for walks, this is highly important to us as a family. After visiting this childcare centre, we didn’t need to visit any others, we knew it was perfect for us.

We attended three stay-and-playtime sessions, but after the first session, I knew this was the place! He absolutely loved it there!
Team were welcoming, understanding and so nurturing to all kids – I just knew my son would flourish in their care.
Throughout my son’s childcare centre journey, lots of referrals were made to assistance my son’s development and childcare centre were so supportive of this, sending off relevant documents and evidence to assistance these referrals.
All team were so accommodating to my son’s needs, I truly couldn’t have gotten through each referral process without them.
Day-to-day updates with the childcare centre was so consistent and thorough, it was just incredible.
I have never thought I, as a parent, would get so attached to a childcare centre, I would 100% suggest Home From Home to any parent. My son started at Home from Home when he was just seven months old, and as a first-time parent I was petrified to leave him in the care of others.

I was so nervous about leaving him as he was completely attached to me and would cry with others. However, he settled in no time and that is no doubt due to their outstanding care and attention. My son has come on so well developmentally and I sense that the childcare centre have taken the time to get to know him and what works for him and this makes all the difference. Outstanding updates with myself and Dad. They use an app which updates you throughout the day and are consistently responsive to messages. They also think about the little touches like sending a message to check in when your little one is sick. I sense they are a assistance to us as a family and we can ask them for advice. Another excellent thing is the activities. Even though he is young my son has been mark making, printing with hands and feet and making Christmas decorations and cards. There is consistently so much for him to do and learn. We adore Home From Home Kids’s Day Childcare centre! My little one has been attending childcare centre since 8 months of age when I had to go back to work.

The team are absolutely incredible with them they go above and beyond. My little girl consistently comes home telling me about how she’s had a enjoyable filled day and is so excited to go back each time! The childcare centre on my stay and playtime sessions was consistently lovely and spotless with plenty of age appropriate toys, the team were absolutely incredible with the other kids to which was lovely to see knowing they were going to care for my little ones. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre more, the best childcare centre by far in Wales! My two daughters attend Home From Home Kids’s Day Childcare centre and it is most definitely the home from home journey for them!

From the exceptional facilities and the outstanding team and management team they have in place – they have a remarkable set-up in every area.
My two kids have attended the setting since 2018 and have both flourished from the journey. I have consistently felt that both have received outstanding and genuine care from the team and management within the childcare centre. My eldest kid has additional needs and the childcare centre catered for this and developed specific plans to meet his needs without the push from myself. The educational element has been at the forefront of the boy’s journey which has and will equip them well for the transition to school
I will be sad to see the end of our journey with Home from home when we take the step to school in September 22 but know they have more than equipped my kids with the skills they need to take this step.
It truly is a Home from home. I cannot speak highly enough of Home from Home Kids’s day childcare centre.

He is now two and half and thriving. He absolutely loves the team members, they are like a big family. I also sense highly supported by the team. They keep me up to date continuously throughout the day, making me sense at ease. I one hundred percent suggest this childcare centre, it’s the best in the area.
The food is incredible and they are consistently carrying out new and exciting activities. Thank you to Home From Home Kids’s Day Childcare centre Ltd for everything so far. My son has attended this childcare centre since he was twelve months old.
