April 12, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son broke his arm and with very little notice a risk assessment had been completed and the nursery welcomed him in. Due to their efficiency, my son didn’t miss any days of nursery and was able to carry on like normal. Amazing.

They made the transition of my one year old starting nursery a very relaxed and considered one.
The team are always welcoming, understanding, considerate and caring.
I have no worries leaving my child in their capable hands and would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for one.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amMy 2-year-old is really happy at the setting. We moved her from a different nursery around a year ago as there was a high turnover of staff and it was a very busy nursery. In contrast to this, Hilton Day Nursery is small and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. All of the staff know my child well and she adores them all. She took a while to settle in but all the staff were really supportive and encouraging. They are supporting us with toilet training at the moment and it’s really helping us to have their encouragement and advice. The staff there are all lovely and the manager is very welcoming and supportive. She is very helpful and responds quickly and efficiently to any queries we have. We couldn’t be happier with the care they provide and how involved and supportive they are in our daughter’s development.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amI am really happy that my son goes to Hilton Day Nursery. He also loves going and has really come on leaps and bounds with his confidence and learning. The staff are all superb, friendly and very experienced. I get daily or twice a day updates via the app on his learning and am encouraged to comment and feel engaged. The setting is lovely and comfortable both indoors and outdoors with the activities and room division, age-appropriate. The menus are balanced and so good that he comments that our ‘home’ food isn’t as good as nursery’s! I do feel very lucky that we found Hilton. It’s a home from home and wouldn’t want him to go anywhere else. So, a massive thanks to all the staff for their dedication and help in raising him.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amHilton have looked after my little boy since he was 7 months old. The staff went above and beyond to help settle him in and to reassure me during the early days that he was happy. He attends 4 full days a week so I need his carers to be like second parents to him and Hilton have not failed me here.
Staff teach him the necessary life skills he needs and he is an independent little boy, loving attending nursery every day which makes my life easier knowing that he is happy and cared for. We are almost at the end of our journey, he starts school in September and we will both be very sad leaving this environment and wonderful staff.
Between now and then I know the staff will work super hard with all the pre-schoolers, preparing them for their next adventure. The nursery is located in a lovely village and when staffing allows, the children are taken on walks to see the ducks and to the local park.

April 27, 2023 at 12:00 amAll four of my children have attended or are currently attending Hilton Day Nursery. They are always very happy to go to nursery and come home full of stories. The manager and her team are absolutely fantastic and in fact probably take better care of them than I do!
They are always going the extra mile to make their time enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to others and in fact some of the other children are there due to my glowing recommendations!

April 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThe manager and her team at Hilton are fantastic. My two oldest children have left the nursery now but love coming to pick up our two younger children due to the big fuss they make of them.
The nursery is small and homely feeling which is why we were so pleased when our children started, having previously attended a much bigger nursery. All the staff are very kind and caring and we have no doubt about leaving our children in their care. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone looking for child care in the area. In fact, my wife tells everyone she knows in the area they should use the nursery as soon as they say they are having a baby!

April 27, 2023 at 12:00 amHilton has surpassed everything I would want from a nursery. It is such a nurturing, caring and welcoming environment. All the members of staff treat the children as their own and make you feel completely safe having your child with them.
My son currently attends Hilton Day Nursery and I will be sending my daughter there in May 2023. Which I think shows my confidence in them.
I would recommend the nursery to anyone and cannot praise the staff members highly enough.

May 18, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son loves attending Hilton Day Nursery. It took him a couple of weeks to settle but he now walks in by himself without even turning around to say goodbye!
The staff are very attentive and our sons social skills have increased greatly.
They inform us if they notice any change in his behaviour/if they feel he may be unwell and keep us well updated with how he has been each day.
Our sons eating also improved after starting at the nursery and has changed how we approach food at home.
We would highly recommend Hilton Day Nursery to others.

May 22, 2023 at 12:00 amHilton Day Nursery and all the staff are an amazing daycare facility and I cannot fault them. All the staff are friendly to myself and my daughter and extremely helpful. Whatever it is, it is no trouble and they have always helped me and my daughter with any troubles we may have had. I cannot rate this nursery and all the staff, especially the management team, enough.

May 22, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been here since October 2019 and I couldn’t be happier. The nursery is a wonderful environment for all the children. The staff are so welcoming, they know the children so well, they make a real effort with parents and always have warm friendly smiles. The activities provided are fun and enable the children to learn new skills and become independent. My daughter has learnt so much in her time here.
The daily feedback both in person and through the parent app is brilliant. I get to see what my daughter has been doing and track her progress daily. I also know what she is working towards and her next learning goals. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. It has a warm caring feel and my daughter is cared for like I would care for her. Both myself and my daughter are extremely happy and I will be very sad when she has to leave for school this year.

May 31, 2023 at 12:00 amThe team at Hilton Day Nursery are wonderful. So inventive, kind and calm. The twins suffer from separation anxiety but every team member is so skilled at appealing to them and making them at ease. The crafts and learning tasks are not only varied but relevant and in context. We have used three other childcare providers in the past and the team here definitely surpassed my expectations and continues to do so. Many thanks.

June 8, 2023 at 12:00 amHilton Day Nursery is a home from home for our children. The staff feel like trusted family members and our children have always gone in happily. UI knew the minute I met the manager that this was the nursery for us.
They’re a gifted team at making each day unique and exciting but creating an awesome learning environment that inspires the children to do things at their own pace. They have given our girls the best start in life and I will be genuinely sad when our youngest goes off to school and we have to say goodbye. One staff member is pure magic in the 02 section and having had the privilege of attending their staff and play sessions. Every staff member makes each child feel special and significant.
