July 17, 2020 at 12:00 amI was worried about sending my twins to nursery after spending a lot of time with me but after looking around a lot of local nurseries, Happy Tots stood out to me and the girls.
The girls absolutley love it and all the staff who care for them, so much so they don’t want to come home at pick up time. They get so excited to go and even ask to go on weekends.
Since starting they have come on leaps and bounds, their language is getting so good, they are picking up new things all the time and just generally doing amazing.
The facilities are fantastic and the staff brilliant with the girls and they are always asking for them when we are not there.
Thank you so much Happy Tots for putting my mind at ease and doing such a good job with the girls.

July 24, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little girl has attended Happy Tots since she was 6 months old, all the staff have gone above and beyond for her in each class she has been in. They helped her with her speech when she was a little behind. My little girl has loved every minute of her time at Happy Tots and is very sad to be leaving to start school, she has made friends for life with both the staff and the children.

No fussing they’ve really put my mind at ease. Can’t recommend them enough. The place is fab too, the outdoor area is amazing!!

August 27, 2020 at 12:00 amOur Son has just started at the nursery and we have found all of the teachers have helped him to adapt and enjoy a new environment. He has settled in and is now comfortable and confident to play and interact with everyone. He also goes to the teachers for comfort and is reassured by them which shows he has quickly formed a trusting bond with them. We were anxious about him starting, especially due to Covid and him being in lockdown with just us but the staff have all helped to put our minds at ease and they keep us updated on the app which is absolutely fantastic!

September 3, 2020 at 12:00 amI literally could not recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has been attending since the opening after lockdown and she absolutely loves it. The staff are always happy and pleased to see her and are extremely professional. The communication with the nursery is outstanding and as a primary school teacher myself, I appreciate the extraordinary amount of time and effort that goes into the constant updates while also looking after the children, but as a parent, they are just fantastic and really help put your mind at ease. We are regularly updated on the activities and learning taking place and like to see that observations are done and targets are set but love even more that first and foremost the happiness and safety of our daughter is the most important thing. We were worried how the lockdown would affect our daughter, but her confidence has blossomed and she has become a little social butterfly, which I know is down to the amazing care and support she receives at Happy Tots.

September 11, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son attended Happy Tots from the age of 1 and has just left preschool. The staff are a credit to the team and are always professional, friendly and helpful. My son built up brilliant rapports with his key workers and they were always positive regarding his progress and milestones throughout the years. The nursery is always clean and tidy and the large outdoor space is always filled with various toys and activities for the children to play.

December 17, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little boy has been at Happy Tots for 18 months now and we couldn’t be happier with the service they have provided and continue to provide during this time. Our son has come on leaps and bounds whilst attending Happy Tots and has developed some lovely bonds with his key workers. The support given to families during this challenging year has been excellent and ensured a caring, safe, creative and fun environment for our son at nursery. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Happy Tots to anyone!

January 26, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter started Happy Tots on 11th January so I could go back to university. She quickly made a positive relationship with her key workers and other children. She is thoroughly enjoying herself and her confidence is growing thanks to the staff at Happy Tots who take their time and care to support her and encourage her to grow.

February 17, 2021 at 12:00 amMy granddaughter has recently started Happy Tots in January and I am very impressed with not only the standard of care that she has received but how caring and understanding the staff have been towards myself and her mum. We receive very detailed handover at pick up and lots of up to date information over the app. The photographs we receive are amazing. They look fun, exciting and reassure us that my granddaughter is having an amazing day.

March 4, 2021 at 12:00 amWe have had children attending Happy Tots Day Nursery for the last seven years and have always felt that we could fully trust the provision to keep our children stimulated, safe and well looked after. Our children have always enjoyed attending and have built great relationships with the staff working with them. We really like the facilities, especially the large outdoor area, as well as the different rooms so that children experience variety throughout the day. The communication has been great too, with handover between staff and parents and the ParentZone App and we have been really pleased with the variety of activities our children have been involved with.

November 2, 2021 at 12:00 amMy child has attended Happy Tots Nursery since he was 9 months old. During that time, he has flourished – certainly in part due to the excellent care and teaching he receives from the members of staff there. The staff have always been helpful, kind, considerate and have gone out of their way to keep me updated with my child’s progress. He’s been extremely happy there and the baby that started at Happy Tots has now developed into an inquisitive, talkative and delightful toddler. Many thanks to the team – you’re all amazing!

November 11, 2021 at 12:00 amHappy Tots Day Nursery is fantastic my little boy was shy and not very social with other children. He now freely talks to other children he is now toilet trained and is beginning to count and learn colours. I am very impressed with the level of care he has received.

But he has settled brilliantly and that’s thanks to the team in ladybird 1. I can’t wait to see how he develops in his time at Happy Tots.

January 18, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little girl started at Happy Tots Day Nursery this week for three days a week and the nursery and staff have been amazing. They have made her feel so welcome and she has settled better than we expected and that is due to the staff. They keep us updated throughout the day and she is always playing and experiencing new things. The food they provide is so varied and she has been enjoying trying new things.

January 18, 2023 at 12:00 amFantastic nursery! Absolutely amazing with my son! You can tell how much notice they take of the children as they know him inside out! He has come on so much since being there and the daily information and key stage information you receive is better than other nurseries within the area. Snacks are all provided which is another addition compared to others so all you need to provide is nappies and wipes which is standard. The activities and different rooms they have which includes a beach room keep the kids happy plus the amount of outdoor play they have is brilliant! You won’t be disappointed!

I get regular updates about her day and her progress/targets which gives me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Happy Tots Day Nursery!

January 20, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at Happy Tots since April 22, I was quite nervous putting her into someone else’s care but all staff are amazing with both myself and my daughter. My daughter has complex/additional needs and is nonverbal but the support we get from the staff is amazing. Every time I pick her up a member of staff from her class will give me in-depth information about how her day has been. She can become quite upset on arrival but all the teachers put her at ease and she has a great day! We love the app so we can see photos and info from some days.

The staff are brilliant and so caring, I feel like they already know my daughter very well. It’s so lovely to see her getting outside during the day and the variety of food provided is excellent.

June 1, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little boy started at Happy Tots Day Nursery this month and it’s fair to say he has settled in really well. He always has so much fun whilst he is there and gets to do so many different activities which I think is great! The staff are amazing, not just with him but with myself too. I was very nervous about the whole experience but the staff were very reassuring and made me feel at ease. It’s a hard experience leaving your child for a full day whilst you go back to work but the updates throughout the day that you get from the nursery are fabulous. You get see what your baby has been up to and how much fun they’re having! The staff also don’t mind you phoning up to check they’re okay and have settled in well. I would recommend Happy Tots to anyone who is looking for an excellent nursery for their child!
