February 1, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth my daughter and son attend Glebe and have done since they were young babies in the Baby Barn. I have always felt assured that not only are they being loved and cared for, they are also receiving the very best in educational development and stimulation. I know that when they need a cuddle, they get it, and for me, that is paramount.
The staff have always been efficient and welcoming. I feel confident in being able to discuss anything I need to and I have always found their communication to be warm and professional.
I have recommended Glebe to other parents who now also send their children too, it is, without doubt, an excellent nursery and deserves the reviews that it gets.
I would, with no hesitation, continue to recommend Glebe Farm Nursery.

My daughter loves going to nursery here and enjoys all the activities, she is never prevented from exploring the setting.
Staff keep in good contact with parents to keep them informed of any information, and are all very helpful answering any questions we’ve had, could not recommend more!

February 1, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son started at Glebe Farm Nursery School when he turned 2, after only being cared for by me, I was very nervous to leave him in someone else’s care, but all staff and my son’s key person made me feel extremely at ease and comfortable. My son loves nursery and will always talk about the ladies there and what they have been doing, I always receive amazing daily reviews and will always be told how he has been and what he has been doing, I feel completely safe in leaving him with anyone there. It’s amazing to see such loving and caring staff for our children. The environment that is provided for the children is amazing and clearly looked after thoroughly, my son loves playing in the outdoor area. Overall I am more than happy with the care and love my son receives at Glebe Farm.

February 1, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son began Glebe Farm, in the Baby Barn, in September 2021. We have had a fantastic experience so far, my son is happy, settled, and has made a great deal of progress in a relatively short space of time.
The Baby Barn staff are always on hand for questions, advice, and a chat and are so personable and easy to talk to.
If you have any queries, emails are responded to swiftly and staff are always accommodating to any dietary needs.
We first looked around Glebe Farm during the summer of 2020, pregnant and masked up, and had a really in-depth visit. The learning environment in every room, and outdoors, is one of the best I have ever seen. I am an early years teacher and have taught in Manchester and Lincoln, so have seen my fair share of nurseries!
We chose Glebe Farm over plenty of other nurseries in North Hykeham and Lincoln because of its reputation, care, and learning environment. We also like that Tapestry is used so both us and the nursery can share observations via an online portal.

February 2, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter has attended Glebe Farm for a year, starting when she had just turned one. From the start, I felt reassured by the professionalism of the staff and was impressed by their approach to early years education in a fun, safe and friendly environment. My daughter loves coming to nursery, which says it all. All the staff in the baby barn and under-twos are lovely and caring, they really get to know you and your child. I love the focus on being outdoors, using natural materials, and promoting independence. The home-cooked nutritious menu is another huge plus too. Overall, Glebe was by far the best setting I viewed and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

February 2, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughters have attended Glebe Farm for over 3 half years combined.
Both started off in the Baby Barn. One is currently still in the Baby Barn and our oldest is now in the pre-school 3 years group.
From the moment we visited Glebe Farm we knew this was the nursery for us and asked for the paperwork to join/waiting list before we left!
Firstly, the staff make Glebe Farm what it is. They are the heart of the place and that to us was so important as a family. Knowing our girls would get a cuddle when needed, and they were in a loving, safe, kind, and caring environment. The activities they provide and the development of our girls has been simply amazing, walking, talking, numbers, phonics, etc!
Secondly, the grounds and building are clean, modern, and amazing for kids to explore! There are lots of outside spaces to play in and inside are classrooms but with an open plan area too.
The home-cooked dinners they receive smell delicious and the girls love to eat them.

February 2, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter started in the baby barn at Glebe Farm Nursery School and is now in the fours. She absolutely loves her days at nursery and it is obvious to me that she feels safe, cared for and stimulated in the nursery environment provided there. All of the staff members go above and beyond to look after the children in their care but also to make sure any parental concerns are dealt with swiftly, professionally and always with compassion and sensitivity. All in all, the nursery is just a lovely place for children to develop and learn new things.

Homely, nurturing and supportive (to children and parents alike!). There are a wide range of learning opportunities, indoors and out, all thanks to the staff who are second to none! The girls have thrived there and made amazing memories for life!

March 1, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has attended Glebe Farm from the age of two years. The nursery setting has really helped him to progress with his learning and social skills. The staff have always been brilliant and shown great care and understanding towards my son who had early signs of Autism when he started nursery.
Glebe Farm has a very unique setting located in the open countryside which gives the children the opportunity to explore wildlife and the great outdoors. This is something that really appealed to us as parents when we chose Glebe.

September 8, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth of our children attend Glebe Farm Nursery School and we couldn’t imagine sending them anywhere else. It’s so important to us that our children are in a loving and safe environment. All the staff are friendly, professional, supportive and nurturing. When our children have struggled with the drop-off, the staff have used gentle and reassuring approaches to make the transition smooth. As parents, the staff have been incredibly supportive towards us too, (especially during a family emergency).
The staff really get to know the children, it feels like a big family.
The facilities are great and a big draw to the nursery is the outside space and the amount of time they spend outside, which is really important to us.
The baby barn is beautiful, such a great place for the really little ones.
We love the activities they do and the artwork they bring home. They do so many different activities, with different themes each week.
As protective parents, I highly recommend this nursery.

September 21, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son has been at Glebe Farm for a year now and he has loved every moment! The staff have all been exceptionally kind and supportive to him. I know my child is cared for and encouraged to be the best version of himself and as a parent, that’s the most important thing! They’ve been brilliant in meeting his dietary needs and working with me in areas such as learning, toileting and developing language as well as supporting him, when his dad, who serves in the military, was away on deployment. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

September 26, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son has attended the nursery since he was 11 months old (now 3 years old) and we have seen such brilliant overall development in him. I can honestly say a big part of this is down to the brilliant work done by all Glebe Farm staff. Our son loves the nursery and is always excited on his nursery days as he knows how much fun he has and the great care they take of him. I couldn’t recommend Glebe Farm Nursery School enough to anyone looking for childcare.

October 26, 2022 at 12:00 amGlebe Farm Nursery School is a wonderful nursery, my daughter has just finished there and moved to school and my son has just started.
My daughter has had the best start at school which we feel is a credit to the staff, she is happy, kind, helpful and already great at phonics.
I could not have imagined sending my son anywhere else, the baby barn feels like a little home, it’s open and spacious and my son loves it there and the staff are wonderful and caring!
We love the outside space and the opportunities to learn and play outside.

May 21, 2023 at 12:00 amMy two boys have settled in so well at Glebe Farm Nursery School. The staff are fantastic and really make a connection to the children. My eldest is always excited to go and see his key person, who he calls his best friend. The toys and facilities are brilliant and there is always a healthy and delicious food menu. The staff always publish a daily care diary and observations on the parent app and it’s great to see what the boys have been up to each day!

The staff are all approachable and super friendly. Great communication from management too. Highly recommend this nursery for staff, facilities and learning.
