Fledglings Nursery & Preschool

Both of my kids have excelled at this childcare centre and are extremely fond of the team. The facilities are very great, as are the grounds. The team at Fledglings are compassionate and attentive and put the kid’s needs first.

He has learnt so much during his time and consistently comes home singing a new song or telling us about something he’s been taught. He has consistently been very cheerful and secure there and runs in without looking back. It’s a well organised, welcoming and cheerful setting. My son has been at Fledglings for 2.5 years.

The team are remarkable and really care for the kids. Every day is packed full of activities and it’s clear every one works so hard to ensure each day is educational but for them and more importantly lots of enjoyable. He comes home so excited from his day and knowing he will have a great day makes having to leave him a lot easier.
He adores all the team and will talk about them at home and what he’s been doing so that really shows how cheerful he is.
You get a really clear detailed description of the day and updates is easy and welcoming with the team.
If you are looking at finding a placement I couldn’t suggest more and encourage you to view and you will not be disappointed. My son changed childcare centre at the beginning of the year 2016 and it was the best decision I could have made.

Our oldest in particular is consistently excited to start his day there. With lots of activities and playtime to keep them occupied, we get a big pile of artwork to take home each month, so they are very creative. There is consistently ample opportunity to playtime outside and it’s lovely in the summer when you tend to pick them up directly from the outside playtime area, the kids are consistently having such enjoyable and we get a glimpse of their playtime before they see us.
The food is great and varied, and the boys seem to be less fussy at childcare centre than they are at home.
I consistently delight in reading through the record of their discovering and activities, it is such a nice reminder of how they have progressed over the months. Our two boys started at Fledglings as babies and have really thrived there.

It’s a lovely childcare centre, with a nurturing and attentive setting. The outdoor space is incredible, including an outdoor classroom, simply ideal for our lively boys. They playtime outside several times a day and go for walks and picnics in the surrounding parkland in great weather. Indoor areas are spacious and airy, and kids do a wide range of activities, including a weekly Hartbeeps class.
There are regular improvements, most recently new flooring inside and new grass in the garden. All-inclusive fees – nappies, wipes, meals and activities, really take away the hassle for busy parents. Food is varied and high quality, including organic meat, and this helped our boys be adventurous eaters. The team are lovely and foster a calm but busy atmosphere. Parents evenings keep us updated and key workers lovingly prepare development books which have provided us with a lasting record of precious moments. Management runs a tight ship but have consistently accommodated reasonable requests. I’ve had two boys here from babies.

It took a few weeks but ultimately our son is as keen to go as he was at his previous childcare centre.
The facilities and cleanliness of the childcare centre are very great and team are expert and courteous. I sense comfortable knowing that we are leaving our precious son is capable hands and a secure setting. Whilst our kid found it hard moving to a new childcare centre following our house move, Fledglings did everything they could to settle him in.

My daughter took a long time to settle and everyone was so patient and so understanding. I consistently felt like they really cared and that they took special interest in helping. Now my daughter is so cheerful there and she asks to go even when it is her day off! She is so cheerful there and has so much enjoyable. So cheerful with everyone at Fledglings Childcare centre.
