Fire Station Day Nursery

They’ve been really supportive of her settling into the baby room and she’s developed excellent relationships with the team. The app is well updated throughout the day so you have an idea of what they get up to, eat and naps etc. Covid has meant we aren’t able to go in the childcare centre which is a shame so drops off are done at the door. Now the weather is better, they are having some outdoor time as well which we really assistance as parents. They come home with lots of crafty bits, even in the baby room. I’d really suggest the childcare centre to any parents who are trying to choose. Our daughter has loved going to childcare centre from day 1.

My daughter is consistently cheerful to be dropped off and I am confident that everyone at the childcare centre is looking after her well and keeping her secure whilst I’m at work. Excellent place. Lovely team of team in Baby and Waddler room.

She has settled so quickly and this is a credit to the incredible team that look after her and their individualised approach to meeting my daughter’s needs. We can’t thank them enough for making the journey a smooth and cheerful one for all of us. The regular updates including photos via the App are outstanding and really make us sense involved and informed. The activities my daughter has taken part in are fantastic and it’s clearly a lovely atmosphere for her to grow and develop in.

We have already seen such a difference in her socially since starting childcare centre and it’s lovely how easily and happily she will go to the team when dropped off in the morning. I have every self‑assurance that the team care for my daughter as they would their own, which is every parent’s wish. The childcare centre came highly recommended to us and for great reason. A huge thank you to you all. My daughter started at Fire Station Childcare centre 3 weeks ago at 9 months of age and since day one she has come home with a beaming smile.

Now at 19 months old she has continued to thrive and develop under the care and attention of the team and her key workers. She is cheerful and has formed special bonds with other kids. The day to day activities continue to assistance her development and the updates received by the childcare centre via the app allows you to monitor your kid’s daily development. Could not suggest this childcare centre enough we now know that we made the right choice! Our one year old daughter started with Fire Station Day Childcare centre in August 2022.

They absolutely adore coming to childcare centre and have progressed significantly throughout the childcare centre journey. They adore each individual member of team they encounter. The team are well‑informed, attentive and welcoming. From the twin’s first day at childcare centre we felt so welcome. Daily development is tracked on the app so we can check what they have been doing throughout the day. They get plenty of outside playtime time and also make plenty of stuff at childcare centre for us to bring home. For us this childcare centre has been perfect as we are shift workers. We have a flexible agreement so we pick different days each week, we give the childcare centre a month’s notice. I used this childcare centre for my daughter also who is now twelve and she has the most incredible memories of this childcare centre. The manager is the same and is lovely with all the kids and so welcoming. I have sent my twins to this childcare centre for nearly two years.

I know he is looked after so well and he loves spending time with them. They clearly care about his development and have gone above expectations on getting my kid the help he needs. The setting is also super nice, spotless and enjoyable with lots of different activities that he loves to tell me about or show me when I pick him up. They make an effort to teach the kids through enjoyable ways about the world, special days etc. I can’t suggest them enough and wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else! Only downside is him realising that the team won’t be there when he moves up to school, wish he could stay there! The preschool 2 childcare centre team are incredible.

She started a week before lockdown and we waited a year before sending her back.
If I could say one negative, it’s a shame they got rid of the outdoor playtime frame.
She was very shy and wasn’t used to being around other kids. We are so cheerful with how much she changed within 6 months. She has more self‑assurance and we can now leave her with family whilst we go out without her crying after us. She loved the team, they were so great to her and she consistently talked about what she had done that day. She learned some sign and she does it at home too. I am so cheerful with how much she has progressed and would highly suggest the childcare centre.
The management are really great too and were very supportive any time I needed assistance from them. We have sent our second kid here.

The team are welcoming, attentive and enthusiastic. Both kids are encouraged to develop and learn and are supported well by the team. I highly suggest Fire Station. Fire Station is a excellent childcare centre, both of my kids are very cheerful there.

The team care for them so well, consistently keeping me informed. A special thank you for them allowing my mum to attend the Mother’s Day tea party as my nana sadly passed away over the weekend. Thank you! The twins couldn’t be happier at Fire Station Day Childcare centre.

He’s made excellent bonds with them all, especially his key worker. He has come on leaps and bounds in his development. My little boy loves going to childcare centre and all the team that look after him at Fire Station are outstanding.
