Fairyland Nursery

When we were looking for a nursery, we found Fairyland Nursery. They welcomed us. Very friendly. Also, my son got a positive energy and chose his school himself. It is very clean; foods healthy and secure. My son leans a lot of things every day. He loves his keyworkers as well. They make so many activities every day. We appreciate them.

I could not recommend Fairyland enough! We had the best experience here and could not be happier that we found this place for our son!

All members of the staff are warm, caring and comforting to the children. Our son was always greeted with a hug and smile. Every face was friendly and familiar to him. They also supported him throughout toilet training and worked with us every step of the way to make the process as seamless as possible. They prepare meals onsite, and all food made in the kitchen is healthy. Additionally, our son has multiple food allergies. I was well informed as to what he was eating, and I never once worried about cross contamination. The children are taken outside as often as possible to the park/fieldtrips. Also, Fairyland is incredibly clean and well maintained. After touring three different nurseries in Chiswick, Fairyland was by far the cleanest of them all. They also provide daily emails with personalized photos, meals, sleep, etc. It’s such a wonderful place!

Our baby daughter started at Fairyland at 7 months old and we cannot recommend the nursery enough. It is a real home from home and she was very happy during her time there. The staff are warm, kind and caring and the nursery offers a very personal service. The facilities are modern, clean and appealing and the activities which she undertook daily were varied and age-appropriate – we have really seen her develop during her time at the nursery. Had it not been for our move to another part of London we would most certainly have kept her at Fairyland throughout. It is a very special nursery and the perfect place for little ones! We will miss the nursery and staff very much, as will our daughter.

My wife and I are full of praise for Fairyland Nursery for the simple fact that they looked after our son extremely well. We visited the nursery a couple of times in 2018 before enrolling our son in 2019 at the age of one. We quickly got around the only initial drawback (lack of outdoor space) by embracing the fact that the children get to go out every day around Turnham Green, a lovely place in itself.
Importantly, we saw how loved and welcomed our son felt at Fairyland. He genuinely enjoyed the staff’s company as did they with him. The management of the business was fantastic in its flexibility towards our irregular working patterns, option for extra sessions as well as how they handled the Covid-19 pandemic and the financial implications to parents.
In conclusion, we found Fairyland extremely caring, clean, flexible, honest and above all we had a great feeling about the place when we first visited and were never proved wrong.

Immaculate nursery, very friendly and accommodating staff who genuinely care about the children. Food was always freshly made onsite, nutritious, balanced and very tasty (I’ve tried it myself at the Christmas party in 2019!). The hygiene standard of the nursery is exceptional high from the very beginning. They have handled the Covid pandemic very well, ethically and professionally and therefore put parent’s mind at ease. My daughter was there part-time for one year until she started the nursery year of her school and she enjoyed it very much. The nursery don’t have an outdoor space but they take children out every day – obviously a little bit restricted in terms of location and activities since the pandemic but they are trying their best to accommodate, e.g. new flowerbed outside of the nursery to give children some variety of activities. Would quite like our younger son to go there at some point if we can work out the logistic! Thank you nursery team.

My son attended Fairyland for a short period of around 6 months prior to starting his school nursery. In that time spent in the toddler room, I saw an incredible change in his behaviour and development. He genuinely enjoyed all his time spent with the teachers and fellow students, and each day was happy to tell me all the activities he did and the things he learned. Receiving daily communication each day from the teachers detailing what food was eaten, activities, any important communications as well as some pictures is an amazing way to keep parents involved. The teachers are very welcoming and the small class sizes helped my son have comfortable relationships with all the teachers and fellow students. The lack of outdoor space seems like a downside on first thoughts however the daily outdoor activities and walks make the days all the more exciting.

My daughter attended Fairyland from the age of 2 and has just finished in July at the age of 4 to start school this September. I can honestly say that Fairyland has been a huge part of my daughter’s life, she was always so excited to get into nursery and see all her friends. She developed a fantastic relationship with her key worker from the very start, who put lots of time into her development and most recently, getting her ready for school this year. I would like to thank each staff member for the part they played in my daughter’s development, and I wish Fairyland all the best for the future.

Can’t fault this nursery at all! My daughter has been going there for 6 months now and she absolutely loves it which makes us so happy. They are committed to educating your child and go the extra mile with all the different activities, it takes the pressure off me to make sure I cover everything at home! Never thought I’d be so happy with a nursery, I really trust them to look after my little girl, all the staff are lovely and caring and I’m so grateful I found this place.

Fairyland is an exceptionally well-run nursery and has provided fantastic care to our son since he was 9 months old (he’s almost 3 years old now). The team there have pretty much stayed the same since he first joined which means he knows all his teachers really well. The activities set up for the kids are always very creative and educational and the daily outings allow them to get regular exercise as well as get to know their neighbourhood. The food is all prepared on-site, with a diverse, healthy menu allowing the kids to try different cuisines. My son loves the food there so much that he often asks for seconds! If you are looking for a nursery in Chiswick, then I would definitely recommend Fairyland as the best in the area.
