Cuddles Day Nursery Ltd (Parkstone)

Our baby girl joined in January 2022 at the age of 7-months. We were very worried at first but since joining she has settled so well, this is all to the excellent work that happens at Cuddles every day.
Every time she attends she is consistently so cheerful walking through the door and getting very excited. Every day she is involved in different discovering activities, even at 7-months-old which is excellent. Also, she is trying new foods all the time when she is there too. All team are so welcoming and reassuring. We are so glad we have found such a lovely childcare centre. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Cuddles Day Childcare centre.

We absolutely adore Cuddles. All the team go above and beyond for both the kids and parents, the setting is such a welcoming place for again both kids and parents. I have no worries or concerns when it comes to my kids being left in the care of Cuddles team. The building is so secure and extremely spotless. Admin team are super supportive and so understanding. We adore Cuddles. Cuddles Day Childcare centre really is an outstanding childcare centre in all aspects, I’ve had/have three kids go here from age 2 up to school age.

Overall my journey is great. I will also suggest this to my friends. My son seems very cheerful. Overall outstanding service, team are very welcoming and very supportive.
Management is great as well.

Since his first day at Cuddles Day Childcare centre, we have noticed such a massive difference. The educators have helped him settle and have shown so much professionalism, patience and devotion. He is consistently saying that he loves this new childcare centre where educators give so much adore and cuddles all the time.
His evolution in this childcare centre has been incredible and we have been supported all the way by the incredible and flexible team. He started being confident in speaking English even if this is not the language spoken at home and has learnt so many songs, the alphabet, phonics, and building new skills for school.
He is so excited about all the different activities organised by the childcare centre including weekly walks to the woods, enjoyable activities in the pool during summer and so on.
I could not be more cheerful with this childcare centre. My son has attended the childcare centre for more than one year and he has been really cheerful here.
We have moved him from another childcare centre where he was really unhappy and crying every day.

The team are very welcoming, polite and consistently seem to have a smile on their faces. My daughter wasn’t the most confident kid when she first started childcare centre, but was soon eager to go and see her favourite educators in no time at all.
It’s a massive relief to know that my daughter is cheerful and secure in her childcare centre setting.
It doesn’t take long to get through to your kid’s class via telephone and the admin team are remarkable.
We’ve had no issues with bullying and our daughter consistently comes home full of cheerful stories to tell.
Cuddles Parkstone has exceeded our expectations and has made the childcare centre process a enjoyable and comforting journey. My son first attended Cuddles Day Childcare centre in Parkstone and so we had no objections sending our daughter here too.

No cheap cakes and vegetables from bags. Team consistently very supportive and nice. Very great outside playground. Suggest. Very cheerful with this childcare centre, only one thing I didn’t like – food could be better, more healthy.

Have no complaints! Excellent childcare centre, outstanding team and it was such a shame my daughter had to leave, as we moved quite far from Cuddles Day Childcare centre, it’s proven quite hard to find somewhere with the same standards.

The team are incredible, super welcoming and approachable with outstanding knowledge of what assistance our boys needed. Our oldest has been there for over 2 years and is now ready for school. The team in his room have made sure he is confident, cheerful and ready to move up to reception class. They’ve helped over the years with special educational needs, toilet training and behaviour problems which we couldn’t thank them enough for. Would highly suggest Cuddles to anyone who wants childcare for their kids in a comfortable setting with team who treat your kids like their own. Cuddles have been remarkable with our 2 boys.

We did consider moving to another childcare centre that’s more convenient with its location, however, it couldn’t hold a candle to cuddles. Incredible team, facilities and activities. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our little man’s education! Our little boy absolutely loves cuddles!

He has come on leaps and bounds. Outdoor space is absolutely incredible and the team are so loving and passionate. So glad I picked this childcare centre would suggest to anyone wanting to find a childcare centre place. Son absolutely loves it here.
