July 1, 2021 at 12:00 amVery happy with this nursery, only one thing I didn’t like – food could be better, more healthy. No cheap cakes and vegetables from bags. Staff always very helpful and nice. Very good outside playground. Recommend.

The nursery keep me well updated on the app on what my child is doing and how she is meeting the early years learning criteria.
I feel confident that she is in safe hands.

July 1, 2021 at 12:00 amGreat nursery, excellent staff and it was such a shame my daughter had to leave, as we moved quite far from Cuddles Day Nursery, it’s proven quite hard to find somewhere with the same standards. Have no complaints!

March 2, 2022 at 12:00 amCuddles Day Nursery really is an outstanding nursery in all aspects, I’ve had/have three children go here from age 2 up to school age.
We absolutely love Cuddles. All the staff go above and beyond for both the children and parents, the setting is such a welcoming place for again both children and parents. I have no worries or concerns when it comes to my children being left in the care of Cuddles staff. The building is so safe and extremely clean. Admin staff are super helpful and so understanding. We love Cuddles.

March 2, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son first attended Cuddles Day Nursery in Parkstone and so we had no objections sending our daughter here too.
The staff are very friendly, polite and always seem to have a smile on their faces. My daughter wasn’t the most confident child when she first started nursery, but was soon eager to go and see her favourite teachers in no time at all.
It’s a massive relief to know that my daughter is happy and safe in her nursery environment.
It doesn’t take long to get through to your child’s class via telephone and the admin team are fantastic.
We’ve had no issues with bullying and our daughter always comes home full of happy stories to tell.
Cuddles Parkstone has exceeded our expectations and has made the nursery process a fun and comforting experience.

March 2, 2022 at 12:00 amI would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Cuddles Day Nursery. Our baby girl joined in January 2022 at the age of 7-months. We were very worried at first but since joining she has settled so well, this is all to the great work that happens at Cuddles every day.
Every time she attends she is always so happy walking through the door and getting very excited. Every day she is involved in different learning activities, even at 7-months-old which is great. Also, she is trying new foods all the time when she is there too. All staff are so friendly and reassuring. We are so glad we have found such a lovely nursery.

March 2, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son started in September 2021. He loves Cuddles Day Nursery and so do I. My son has allergies and skin issues. All the staff are aware and accommodate this very well. When I collect him after his sessions I am always updated with how his day went, what he’s been doing and what he had for lunch. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. Cuddles has an amazing outside play area for the children which is there to go in rain or shine. I wish I sent my older children here! Cuddles is an outstanding nursery.

My son’s in little hoots and he has come along leaps since joining, he has learnt so much and loves being there to the point he asks every day am I going nursery today! I can’t fault any of the staff at Cuddles Day Nursery (Parkstone), I feel my son is safe and happy and all my needs and that of my son’s are met and all concerns sorted and addressed!

June 23, 2023 at 12:00 amCuddles have been fantastic with our 2 boys. The staff are amazing, super friendly and approachable with excellent knowledge of what support our boys needed. Our oldest has been there for over 2 years and is now ready for school. The staff in his room have made sure he is confident, happy and ready to move up to reception class. They’ve helped over the years with special educational needs, toilet training and behaviour problems which we couldn’t thank them enough for. Would highly recommend Cuddles to anyone who wants childcare for their children in a comfortable setting with staff who treat your children like their own.

June 23, 2023 at 12:00 amWhen my little one first started, she was shy and quiet and was made to feel welcome. She has since then come out of her shell and is very chatty.
The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling and happy to see everyone.

June 23, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little boy absolutely loves cuddles! We did consider moving to another nursery that’s more convenient with its location, however, it couldn’t hold a candle to cuddles. Amazing staff, facilities and activities. Couldn’t ask for a better start to our little man’s education!

June 23, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter absolutely loves Cuddles Day Nursery and so do I. She has been attending since the age of 1 and is nearly 4. Throughout this time I could not fault any of the staff and the care they have given my daughter. She loves the trips to the woods, the outdoor play, and all the little friends she has made along the way. I will not hesitate to send my son to Cuddles in the future.

June 26, 2023 at 12:00 amAs a mum, I think it can be pretty daunting when choosing a nursery for your child but upon my first visit to Cuddles, I was amazed at the attentiveness and outstanding care they provide for the children there! My son started at the nursery in early 2023 and was about 1 and a half when he joined. He was a very reserved and a quiet boy but after just a few months, he’s very outgoing and a chatterbox. He’s gone from only saying basic words to singing songs, knowing lots of different animals and generally being really confident in lots of things. And I can only thank Cuddles for helping him grow, learn and to become a bubbly toddler. He’s an only child so I was worried about how he may be around other children but going to nursery has taught him to be confident around adults and children, and how to share and take turns. He is always so eager for the day when we arrive at nursery as he adores the whole team in his room. They are all very lovely, caring and absolutely excellent at what they do!

June 26, 2023 at 12:00 amI’ve had absolutely no problems with the nursery since October when my daughter first joined. The staff are brilliant with her and the other children. My daughter has a wonderful time there. Always tells me how she’s “had fun at school today”. Her speaking and listening have come on so well since she’s been here. Every day is different activities and she loves it.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful, and the staff are always happy to answer any questions I may have, or point me in the right direction. The playrooms always look clean. I would highly recommend Cuddles Day Nursery Parkstone. My Daughter is ready to start Nursery I had no hesitation in asking for a place at Cuddles, she now has a place.

June 26, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has attended the nursery for more than one year and he has been really happy here.
We have moved him from another nursery where he was really unhappy and crying every day. Since his first day at Cuddles Day Nursery, we have noticed such a massive difference. The teachers have helped him settle and have shown so much professionalism, patience and devotion. He is always saying that he loves this new nursery where teachers give so much love and cuddles all the time.
His evolution in this nursery has been amazing and we have been supported all the way by the amazing and flexible staff. He started being confident in speaking English even if this is not the language spoken at home and has learnt so many songs, the alphabet, phonics, and building new skills for school.
He is so excited about all the different activities organised by the nursery including weekly walks to the woods, fun activities in the pool during summer and so on.
I could not be more happy with this nursery.

She has learnt so much and has made really solid friendships with the security of the care around her.
The communication between the nursery and us has also been incredible and we are involved in everything she is learning.
