September 10, 2024 at 5:06 amThe day of the nativity, my son was very excited. They did a remarkable job, the kids were incredible.
The people who look after my son’s room are remarkable. They are compassionate, loving and attentive. They have certainly helped him to prepare for school next year. My son had his nativity with his class, we’d been sent the list of songs weeks in advance so we could help him learn them.

September 22, 2024 at 9:27 pmWe adore the team, they are welcoming and genuinely care for the kids. They are understanding and become such a big part of yours and your kids’s lives. I cannot fault Cuddles – they are spotless, they are enjoyable, they are loving and everything you would want from a childcare centre. I consistently suggest them to friends and family and would never choose anywhere else for my kids. We have been with Cuddles Day Childcare centre since my eldest started back in 2017, my youngest is still there now.

September 29, 2024 at 9:37 amThe assistance we have received with our twins care is outstanding. The whole team in the wide eyes room are incredible and I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us as parents to twins with delayed speech and language and possible autism.
Our girls absolutely adore attending childcare centre and get so excited to see everyone and I know they’re in secure hands every week. Thanks so much Cuddles, I can’t suggest you enough! Cuddles Day Childcare centre at Canford Heath is incredible!

October 10, 2024 at 7:18 amI have consistently been absolutely blown away by the care and attention from the incredible team, including the admin and management team, consistently cheerful to help and welcome you with a smile. My son has consistently been cheerful in both rooms he has been in and enjoyed his time, which is down to the remarkable team!
I never hesitate to suggest the childcare centre and am so pleased I chose to place my little boy here, it was the absolute best decision. I will be definitely placing my second baby at the childcare centre when the time comes. My 4-year-old little boy has been with Cuddles Day Childcare centre (Canford Heath) since he was 18-months-old, starting in the Wide Eyes room and now in Batwings.

Every time I go in, I am met with an abundance of smiles and supportive team – I wouldn’t want my son to go anywhere else! Just the best childcare centre!

October 23, 2024 at 1:41 amThe kids in my daughter’s group consistently seem cheerful. Some constructive feedback – more pictures/logs of what my daughter is doing would be nice. Parking is stressful at times, maybe some signs to stop people parking on the drive leading up to childcare centre. Very welcoming and understanding team, my daughter is well-stimulated and is discovering lots!

The many different outside playtime areas are excellent.
You can call your kid’s room to check on anything at any time which is especially excellent when they are new to childcare centre.
I think childcare is expensive wherever you choose but it’s worth paying for to attend here.
My older kid also attends holiday club here occasionally and enjoys the different activities too. My son started last summer when he was 2 and he loves coming to Cuddles Day Childcare centre.

Cuddles consistently keep me informed of my daughter’s development, they have many theme days and the team all care about each kid’s individual needs. My daughter looks forward to going and seeing her friends and receiving the assistance she needs from the team. My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Childcare centre since she was 16-months-old and has loved every minute.

November 23, 2024 at 8:42 amI have two kids that attend aged 1 and 2. They have helped my 2-year-old develop her social and speaking skills. My 1-year-old has medical needs and the childcare centre was willing to be trained to fulfil his needs. All the team are welcoming and welcoming. I would higher suggest this childcare centre. Nothing is ever an issue or problem for them. The childcare centre is incredible.

November 26, 2024 at 4:13 pmThe little hoots room have been absolutely exceptional with my daughter. She was extremely clingy and shy and barely said any words. Now she is a completely different kid! Every time I collect her she never wants to leave! She used to cry at drop off and be waiting at the gate at pick up, now she goes off barely saying goodbye and it takes ten minutes at pick up to get her to leave! All the team both in the room and elsewhere in the childcare centre are very welcoming. Never had any problems with Cuddles Canford Heath and would suggest it to anyone. I adore Cuddles Day Childcare centre.

November 26, 2024 at 5:41 pmI sense she’s really bonded with her key worker and the other team in her room. They’re so welcoming and consistently give a great debrief at the end of each session. They do lots of enjoyable activities which we get photos of and so much effort goes into things like decorating for Christmas and making Valentine’s day cards etc. to make it special for the kids.
Updates from the childcare centre is consistently very great, I’d really suggest the childcare centre to friends. My daughter started at Cuddles Day Childcare centre in Natterjacks six months ago having just turned 1 and everyone there has been incredible at making her sense settled.

December 30, 2024 at 10:11 pmI currently travel thirty minutes, twice every day for drop off and pick up just because I don’t want my baby to go anywhere else. They are attentive, considerate, honest and genuine people who have built fantastic nurturing relationships with all three of my kids. They are expert and they make the childcare centre a magical and fantastic discovering and developing setting for the kids. I am extremely grateful that my kids have had the opportunity to attend Cuddles, they are very lucky. Cuddles Day Childcare centre (Canford Heath) is quite literally the only childcare centre I trust with my kids.

February 22, 2025 at 12:46 amThey really understand how hard those first few months can be with the colds, teething etc. and are not only supportive of the kid but they were checking I was ok too. So pleased she attends here. Since my kid started at Cuddles Day Childcare centre in November 2021 at 10-months-old, she has enjoyed it, the team in natterjacks are so lovely, attentive and ensure they have lots of enjoyable and plenty of discovering opportunities.

March 11, 2025 at 8:07 pmMy son has been at Cuddles Day Childcare centre since he was a baby, he is now in the preschool room. He has settled well with all the team in each room and very much enjoys his sessions.
The team are all very welcoming, respectful and committed to the kids.
He learns new things each week and their use of outdoor space is the best, the kids have so much room to explore the different gardens and even go on outings.
My baby daughter is joining next month and I have no hesitation leaving her in their care. Even if there are tears the first few weeks at drop off, I know it won’t take long before she has an attachment to her key worker and shortly after she will be excited to be going into the room. Outstanding childcare centre!

April 27, 2025 at 11:02 amShe is currently in wide eyes only one day a week and she absolutely loves going, consistently cheerful to attend, goes in with a smile on her face and has the best day. The team are consistently so welcoming and make sure all kids have been well looked after. My daughter has been at Cuddles Day Childcare centre since she was 9-months now nearly 3, they have been incredible from then to now even though Covid was hard.

He had a lot of adventures out, to the woods, soft playtime, the carvery and even the DIY store for flowers. They had exceptional performances at Christmas.
I would highly suggest Cuddles Day Childcare centre, they really do go above and beyond.
And I look forward to my other kid attending in January.
Thank you Cuddles. My son attended pre-school 15 hours a week and he enjoyed every second of it.

They do a variety of activities which my son consistently seems to really delight in. Cuddles Day Childcare centre in Canford Heath has been so excellent for my little boy.
