He is very well behaved there which shows that the team are very great. I get daily updates and pictures. Covid has ruined some things, for example, I have never seen my kid’s room or outdoor playtime space. Some of the ratings I can’t comment on because I know nothing about them, for example, I have no idea how spotless it is or what the ICT equipment is like. Overall, I like this childcare centre but I’d like to see more now Covid is somewhat over! My son enjoys going to childcare centre.

Despite the pandemic and all the restrictions placed upon team and kids, my daughter has attended with enthusiasm and has loved her time here. She has been kept secure but not made to sense worried at all, which is a credit to the team there and their hard work.
The resources are stellar, with a range of rooms, going up to a more classroom-based room for older years. The garden is expansive and a real selling point (even before Covid!) due to the playtime equipment and sheer space to let them run free.
As my daughter has grown (she has attended from 1-years-old) she has had adaptations to assistance her development. I sense that with the work on phonics, language and numeracy that she is well prepared for school, but most importantly, that she will adore school! The team are so compassionate and dedicated.
The food is also fab-healthy and varied – she eats better here than at home, the little traitor! My kid has had the best journey at Creative Kids Childcare centre.

My son also attended for four years which meant going back with my daughter was a no brainer. I like the fact there are still so many of the same team there and all the team I know of are lovely. Everyone is so welcoming and I will keep recommending Creative Kids to anyone looking for a exceptional childcare centre! My daughter goes to this childcare centre and has settled in so well.

He started just before his first birthday and has been an incredibly cheerful and settled boy.
The team are all remarkable and Claire has been lovely, responsive and supportive throughout our time at the childcare centre.
The childcare centre rooms are lovely as well as the outside space and my son runs into the childcare centre every morning!

December came, still nothing. I kept on asking when the Senco said to me there is no point doing it as he won’t get through the first stage anyway. This was very hurtful to hear. There is no differentiation at all. Furthermore, there is a lack of information on tapestry compared to other nurseries. Just a tick box instead of personalised information. When I collected my son there was no mention of development. Just comments on food and sleep. Nothing about trying to make him speak or improving eye contact. Not worth it for almost eighty pounds a day! Luckily my son was also going to another childcare centre, so I took him out and put him full time in the other one where it is better value for money and the team are more attentive. I was told in September when he joined that a Welcome Assessment will be conducted by their Senco as my son has a speech delay.

I have noticed some big developmental changes with my son and we now have long discussions about his day, friends and feelings. His self‑assurance has grown so much through social interaction, story-time and playtime. The team have consistently been so encouraging and a excellent assistance when tackling stages such as ‘potty-training’. My son walks in with a big smile on his face and cheerful when I collect him. I have now enrolled his younger sibling. During my son’s time at childcare centre and especially over the past year Creative Kids have been my rock!

My kid had scratches on his face on his first day which may mean there was a lack of attentiveness from team to see the occurrence of this. This was his first week and I believe more care should have been provided to allow my kid to adapt. There was also a lack of feedback from the team about the day’s activities. One team reported how a photo got deleted after I mentioned uploading it to the family app. My kid has a runny nose and high temp. My kid was reluctant to eat and although I provided a milk bottle, he had not been fed in his time there. Discussed this with the manager and her response was team cannot provide one-to-one care as there are other kids. Definitely would not suggest, overpriced and I do not believe they provide adequate care. Concerned about the welfare of kids in the Childcare centre as my kid was left without a jumper in cold temperature although extra clothes were provided.

The fantastic outdoor space has been well designed and is one of my kid’s favourite aspects of the childcare centre as she loves to spend time outdoors. The resources offered to every kid are second to none. As my kid has been suffering with difficulties with speech and language these resources are a must. The team have consistently been compassionate and loving and very accommodating of my kid’s needs. Never have I had to deal with floods of tears at drop off or pick up which, as a parent, is such a comforting fact. I have a very fussy eater but the childcare centre have taken that on board and worked with my kid to ensure that she never goes hungry.
The main thing for me is that my kid is cheerful there and feels comfortable in her setting. Creative Kids Childcare centre has been a secure and nurturing setting for my kid.

It literally took a few weeks for my son to settle. He sleeps and eats so well and is a cheerful content little boy who really is thriving and I couldn’t be happier.

The girls are cheerful, compassionate, attentive, and enjoyable! What more could you ask for.

The food, facilities, and activities are just fantastic.

I cannot suggest highly enough. I was extremely anxious leading up to my son starting childcare centre at 13 months, but I was instantly put at ease by the fantastic team.
