Children 1st @ Newark

My daughter loves it there, from 9 months to now 3 years old, she has come such a long way, not only with her discovering but her eating too! I would suggest it to anyone! Thank you to all the team at Kids 1st @ Newark (Breedon House) Day Childcare centre. Such a lovely childcare centre with lovely team that truly care for the kids!

Every single member of team cares about their job and the kids. They are compassionate and attentive to all our kid’s needs and they know him as well as we do as his parents.
Dropping him off feels like leaving him with family. He loves being there!
The facilities are incredible, the outdoor space is what initially attracted us to Kids 1st @ Newark and we have not been disappointed! From our first visit, I knew this was the childcare centre for us!

My son absolutely loves attending childcare centre and never complains about having to go. He eats highly well, has lots and lots of enjoyable playing inside and outside, he’s made lots of friends, not only with the other kids but with the lovely team members too. He’s also highly well developed for his age which is largely down to the outstanding discovering and education provided here. I couldn’t suggest Kids 1st Day Childcare centre, Muskham Road enough.

My daughter has attended two other nurseries previously and I have never seen her happier in a childcare centre setting and her development has come on leaps and bounds since attending Kids 1st. All the team are incredible, highly expert and approachable. Their updates with parents is consistently outstanding.
It’s lovely to see the bonds my daughter has made with all the team in the early years room, especially one member of team who she talks about every day! My daughter is consistently asking when she is next at childcare centre because the childcare centre team and kids have become her second family and they make sure each day is enjoyable and full of discovering. I honestly can’t thank them enough for the time, care and adore they put into every single kid in their care! I am so cheerful and impressed with Kids 1st Day Childcare centre and the standard of care they give to my daughter and every other kid that attends their setting.

They have truly strived to help our little boy to sense at home and settled since he began in January. It’s never easy leaving your little one with others but all of the team have put us at ease and communicated brilliantly throughout. We have been truly delighted with the care from all the team at Kids 1st @ Newark.

They also have a fabulous outdoor area for the kids to delight in! My daughter absolutely loves coming to this childcare centre.
All the team are compassionate and attentive, this makes such a difference in the whole journey.

The setting is absolutely incredible both inside and out with huge amounts of space that has been thoughtfully divided into different activity zones. Honestly a little bit jealous that he gets to playtime there all day!
The team are welcoming, well‑informed and attentive. We get excellent updates from both the childcare centre regarding upcoming events/activities/weekly themes and from his key worker with individual updates regarding his development and discovering outcomes.
Overall, an outstanding childcare centre and we are highly grateful that our son is so cheerful here. Our son absolutely loves going to childcare centre here and the development he has made amazes us on a weekly basis.

The team at this childcare centre are incredible. We tried some sessions with her earlier than 7 months but she wasn’t ready. The childcare centre manager was incredibly accommodating and understanding as we went through the process. Since she joined she has been looked after like she is in a home from home. I sense 100% confident that she is secure, exceptionally well fed and well cared for, the team are so attentive with the kids and truly help them with their development milestones at the right pace. The systems the childcare centre use are also fabulous, I can check in and see what she has eaten, how much and when she has been to sleep. If there are any concerns or if they need anything. It truly is the best childcare centre and I can’t imagine her developing as well as she has or being cared for like she is here anywhere else! The facilities are well maintained and well equipped, it is inviting, enjoyable and inviting. Our daughter has attended Kids 1st @ Newark Day Childcare centre since she was 7 months old.

If you are looking for a childcare centre in Newark that has excellent facilities, expert processes and remarkable outdoor space but that still manages to maintain a close-knit, family sense for the kids then this is your childcare centre. The baby room is exceptional with the recent refurbishment and the team are so attentive, they’ve helped guide my youngest through major milestones and he’s so obviously cheerful there. In the early years, my son plays outside, climbing, digging, and being super imaginative and somehow they manage to fit discovering in too. His school have commented on his educational level already and so much of that is down to this setting. Also, allergy parents- please accept my recommendation. My youngest, in particular, started with a complex and long list of allergies, we’ve had no slip-ups and they’ve bent over backwards to work with us to ensure they’re secure and fed well. Both my sons currently attend Kids 1st Newark and I often refer to the childcare centre as our extended family.

Consistently sense confident leaving my daughter here and she is cheerful to stay. She gets fantastic home cooked meals that have encouraged her to try more foods at home too! The early years room is simply incredible with the best facilities! A lovely childcare centre with the best team.
