Children 1st @ Bilborough

My daughter started in September 2022 and since then she’s progressed so much in herself and her speech has come on tremendously. I’m so proud of her and to the team at Kids’s 1st Bilborough, I truly could not thank them enough. You guys are excellent and you’ve made childcare centre such an incredible journey for her. She loves childcare centre, loves all her educators and friends. It is such a excellent Childcare centre, I’m glad I made the choice for my daughter to learn and grow there. Absolutely outstanding Childcare centre.

I have two daughters and they have both attended Kids 1st @ Bilborough Day Childcare centre since a highly young age.
The team go above and beyond and they are all highly approachable and have big smiles on their faces.
I have had to change my childcare centre pattern a few times due to working hours changing and they have been highly supportive with this, ensuring start and finish times have been manageable for me.
I have one daughter that is now in primary school and is top of the class with her maths and writing and I consistently say this is because of Kids 1st as they spent so much time with her and were highly patient and attentive.
My youngest daughter still attends Kids 1st as she is consistently cheerful and smiley in the mornings and ready to leave for childcare centre.
She consistently says to me, I adore my educators mummy they are highly compassionate and they make me cheerful.

They brought out someone else’s kid to us at pick up on one occasion and no action was taken, left our son in a soiled nappy on more than one occasion and when challenged on it, the previous manager said she felt our son was Autistic. Complete lies. There were many other issues but too many to mention. There are a couple of outstanding team there but also team who mock and speak to kids inappropriately from what we’ve personally seen. Our son didn’t like going here and has come on leaps and bounds since leaving. We had to remove our son from this childcare centre.

All of the team are genuinely attentive and expert. I am consistently kept up to date on my childs development with regular assessment reports through the parent portal. The educators engage highly well with all of the kids and nothing is ever too much trouble. The childcare centre facilities and discovering spaces are consistently spotless and fit for purpose 10/10 My daughter truly enjoys and looks forward to going to childcare centre every morning and I am so pleased with the development and self‑assurance she has gained since being at Kids 1st Bilborough.

The team is trained to high standards and highly supportive with parents needs. I can suggest this childcare centre for all parents. Thank you Kids 1st Bilborough. Our son has spent the last 3 years in this setting, he is consistently cheerful to go to childcare centre and we have seen a lot of development in his young age.

At that preschool, they were highly negative about my son’s behaviour and acted as though there was something wrong. Within a few weeks at Kids 1st @ Bilborough Day Childcare centre they helped me and him learn and they showed willing to help and we weren’t an inconvenience, honestly, it was the best decision I have made. Every single one of the team treats the kids with adore, understanding and takes time to tell you everything.
I would suggest this childcare centre because of how they operate and most importantly, because of how much the team genuinely care. My twins are 4 and joined the childcare centre when they were 2 from another preschool that they attended.

From the moment I went to have a look around ready for my son starting I have consistently felt so cheerful with them. My little boy settled straight away and has come on leaps and bounds. My little boy is consistently talking about his educators and has an incredible bond with his key worker. All childcare centre educators are remarkable and I just want to say thank you to every single one of you! For anyone considering this childcare centre, I say go for it, you won’t be disappointed, far from it. I cannot thank this childcare centre enough!

Since starting the childcare centre he has become a confident striving little boy. Kids 1st @ Bilborough updates is exceptional and expert, the team is so understanding and listens to any worries you have. They do exactly what the childcare centre is named and consistently put the kids first. This childcare centre is incredible and my son absolutely loves it, he consistently comes out with a massive smile and is ready to tell us about his remarkable day at childcare centre.
