November 20, 2024 at 8:44 pmMy son has started with his settling in sessions and was left today for the first time without a single tear when I left due to such understanding and attentive team. They called me twice within the hour to update me and let me know he was ok which truly put me at ease.
He had a excellent day and is looking forward to going again. Members of team are so flexible and work truly well with parents and the kids. Nothing is too much for them. This is a highly loving and cheerful childcare centre. The perfect home from home childcare centre and I can’t thank them enough already Under new management and Well, what can I say?

December 9, 2024 at 12:28 amMy daughter and son-in-law were beside themselves.
We rang Chestnut Tree, it wasn’t the most popular one on the internet nor was it the largest but this childcare centre had 2 things that stood out to us all. No tears and full of cheerful faces. The change in my grandson was incredible, it was his first time in there and he just walked off to playtime. He’s had an incredible time there, made lots of friends and bonded with all the team (Angels) he now asks, mommy can I stay all day today, please. I have one bad thing to say about this childcare centre and that is that the day has come for him to leave. Omg, I’m crying as I’m typing this. Thank you is not enough, you truly are special people and we will never forget any of you. I would highly suggest to all the worried parents out there. It’s my grandsons last day today at Chestnut Tree Childcare centre.
After my grandson struggled to settle into previous nurseries our hearts were broken to hear him screaming as you walked away and be told to keep going was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.
