February 10, 2020 at 12:00 amAbsolutely outstanding nursery, my daughter has been going since she was 14 months old and the progress she’s made in their care is amazing.
The help and support given by all staff on toilet training, walking and other milestones have also been outstanding.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this nursery to friends and family in the future.

February 10, 2020 at 12:00 amAmazing nursery; all the staff really care about the children. My daughter was there for a few months, however due to personal circumstances we had to remove her but otherwise, she’d still be there. I definitely recommend to anyone.

March 3, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at this nursery now for over a year and they couldn’t have made her feel more welcome. They provide a fantastic welcoming environment. The staff are brilliant and very supportive. The meals they serve the children are amazing. And on top of everything else they do, they are very flexible which has been a huge help in us settling into the area, schools and new jobs.

January 25, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son (18 months old) attended Charnwood Day Nursery 2020-2021 and has recently left as we are relocating to Northern Ireland.
My family and I were warmly welcomed at the nursery from Day 1, and all of the colleagues always made an effort to greet us. He really enjoyed his time at nursery and always got excited every morning when I told him he was going.
The staff give excellent daily updates on what he had been doing throughout the day, and what food he had etc which was always reassuring to know he was well looked after. The staff always provided regular updates and photos and commentary on what activities he had been doing using the tapestry app.
I always knew he was in safe hands whilst at nursery. I would like to thank the Manager, the Deputy Manager, my son’s key worker and all of the rest of the nursery staff at Charnwood Day Nursery for making his time at nursery so enjoyable. This is a fantastic nursery and I would recommend it to anyone – thank you!

February 11, 2021 at 12:00 amAll of the staff at Charnwood Day Nursery, especially the Deputy and Manager, have been outstanding in everything they have done over the last five years. They have maintained such high standards in all areas throughout this pandemic – ensuring the children can still learn, have fun and remain safe. This has really put my mind at ease and so grateful my daughter can still attend. As a nurse during these times, both have been so supportive and as flexible as possible to assist any needs or concerns I have had. Thank you.

March 10, 2021 at 12:00 amThe nursery and management team are exceptional. I moved to the area after a relocation for work and I’m so happy to have found this nursery. My daughter settled in almost immediately and absolutely loves attending this nursery it’s like a home from home for her. She has developed leaps and bounds under the nurseries care and I really cannot fault the team, they are so dedicated to the children. Very much recommended.

I have no words to describe the support offered to our child that has some challenging behaviours. I am really happy knowing that my boy is safe there and adequately cared and supported for his development.

The staff are excellent too, always smiling and informative about her day.

The staff are lovely and my son has a good connection with the staff, he loves going. I have no words to describe the support offered to him and the family. This is a fantastic nursery and I would recommend it to anyone

My daughter loves going there and has thrived.

They really focus on your child’s needs and learning. Your child is secure and will be taken care of always. I would recommend Charnwood Day Nursery to parents out there that have lots of worries. March 29, 2023 at 12:00 amCharnwood Day nursery has always been good, in my opinion, as I have had two children attend over the last few years with my youngest being there currently. The children have a fond bond with the staff and are cared for excellently. They get up to a wide range of activities that support their development in different ways. Their individualities are supported and any concern is professionally dealt with.
The new manager is taking the nursery from strength to strength. The manager, and her team, listen and act on anything concern I have as a parent and I feel they are making my life even easier being a full-time working mum.
The staff embed so many topics into the children’s learning that support their personal development
I would highly recommend this nursery.

She enjoys coming to nursery and always comes home with a story to tell and what she has been doing that day. The staff are lovely and show great bonds with the children. The manager also seems to be making some positive changes within the nursery and keeps parents informed and involved on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend this nursery!

She loves her key workers, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are even welcoming to my son at pick up, who left the nursery in August to start school, and always have a kind word to say to him.

May 19, 2023 at 12:00 amI can’t recommend enough – I have been with them for eight years and they have helped me to raise all three of my children. They have not only looked after and guided my children, they have helped me learn and grow as a parent also. I truly feel the staff I have got to know, over the past eight years, have become my friends.
My older two children have moved on to school – which the nursery was fantastic in helping to prepare them (such as bringing in school shirts to practice doing up and undoing buttons, tying shoelaces etc.). My child that is still at the nursery is only 1, he started when he was 6 weeks old and the staff have been amazing with him – especially with him being so young when he started there. They have helped him to grow, explore, play, laugh and learn. He loves his key worker from nursery nearly as much as he loves me.
Overall, I am really pleased with the quality of care and service that the staff of Charnwood Day Nursery have provided over the years and continue to provide.
