Busy Bees Weston Super Mare

Busy Bees has been a superb nursery so far for my two children. The staff are welcoming and always have my children’s best interests at heart. I couldn’t dream of sending them anywhere else.

My daughter’s been attending Busy Bees at Weston Super Mare for around 6 months now and I can’t begin to explain how much her learning has come on since she started. She started when she was 8 months old and she loves going, all the staff are lovely and you can tell they really care about the children they are looking after.
If you do have any queries or questions the staff/managers are happy to help and are really welcoming and friendly. We were only going to put our daughter in to nursery 1-2 mornings a week and now she’s going every day. I really can’t fault the nursery at all. Best decision we ever made.

My daughter has only recently started at Busy Bees at Weston Super Mare. It has been a tough time to leave our daughter in a nursery and feel relaxed however this experience could not have gone better for us. The staff at Busy Bees have been outstanding. The managers are always visible and accessible if needed. If we have had any queries we have always had instant responses whether that is via email or telephone. The Baby room staff are all friendly and very welcoming. Pick up and drop off are informative and have helped our daughter settle well. Our daughter is clearly settled and having a wonderful time as she is always happy to be left and goes into the Baby room happily. Would highly recommend this setting to other parents.

My son started when he was one and will continue to stay all the way through to school age. The staff are all amazing and trustworthy. I feel very relaxed knowing my son is kept safe while he’s there. The activities they plan are great fun and my son is always learning when doing any of the activities. The food is always well planned and in-line with nutritional guidelines for children. Overall, it was the best decision we made was sending our son there. Couldn’t ask for any more from a nursery. They go above and beyond expectations.

Both our children have thrived at Busy Bees, growing in confidence and ability. The staff really take the time to get to know each child and tailor their care to their needs and personality, rather than your child just being one in a crowd.

Busy Bees teachers and management are very friendly and helpful. They communicate very well with parents on your child’s daily activities by using the App which we find very helpful and feels like you have been there with your child. We have seen a huge improvement in our child’s development and speech. Thank you so much for the hard work you all do every day.

My son has been at Busy Bees for over 2 years and has loved it. I’ve been very impressed with the care shown, the educational opportunities planned for him and the experience he has had. All the staff are professional, friendly and caring. My son has learnt so much at Busy Bees. I couldn’t ask for more.

My daughter loves going to Busy Bee’s and I feel reassured every morning when I drop her off that she is in the best possible hands. All of the team there have created a happy, friendly and caring environment. Throughout the day I’m updated via the app as to what she is doing, eating, sleeping etc. along with photos of the various activities she gets involved in. Thanks to everyone there!

It is sad to write this as I had a previous review from a year ago about how good this nursery was. But it has gone downhill so quickly with all experienced staff having left. We had no idea who was looking after our child and he was really not happy. We left when we realised how few staff were left – people would leave without us being told. And my child’s development started to go downhill because there weren’t enough experienced staff to do activities with him. We realised how much it had affected us when we left after 2 years there. He has been so much happier since moving.

Where to start?! I will start with my eldest daughter, she started at Busy Bees at the age of 4. She started last year (2022) she was in a previous nursery but that didn’t work out. We heard many things about Busy Bees and gave it a shot. Well, we fell in love with the nursery! Amazing, wonderful, caring staff that helped my eldest feel so at home and comfortable and loved. She’s now in big school and still goes on and on about how much she misses nursery! Now my youngest started at the age of just 8 months old. I was so sceptical with being her age but that was short-lived! The fact that my little one doesn’t care that I’m there and doesn’t care when I’m going just says how much she loves the place! She feels comfortable and safe. Amazing staff for the littlies too! Just doing a special shoutout to some awesome people in this place, the early childhood educator, the centre director and another member of staff. There are others I have seen and spoken to. Just go to this nursery, you won’t be disappointed!
